I inherited a wing chair that had memories. ILuvFabrix had a sale on a mohair that was still wildly out of my price range. After talking with several professionals in addition to the people at iLuvFabrix, I was convinced to get it to cover the family heirloom ("the durability, quality and unparalleled look with mohair"} The upholsterer and the furniture restorer raved over the quality, and the chair will be a show stopper for at least a few more generations of my family. I'd do it again.
I had purchased from them in the past but things have changed. Card was charged, fabrics did not ship, multiple phone calls and emails with no response to deal with the issue Months of this have passed and still nothing! I am out over $600 and it looks like there is no remedy. Their prices are so over inflated--I found a similar fabric for less than half of their price (which was supposedly 80% off retail). I am disappointed and saddened that they have hit my "scam" list. Buyer beware!
I have purchased some fabrics from them and the fabrics were OK but not fantastic. They claim their fabrics are mill ends from famous fabric houses. I think they would be sued by the fabric houses and forced to stop making such claims if they were not true. Every business needs a means of disposing what they cannot sell at full price. For example there is a web site that sells very high end men's clothes and I am certain that the clothes are as described.
I wish Michele and her Internet advisors would take the hint and stop sending me so much spam mail. Their "sales" are a joke. I have seen some of the same fabrics on the site for more than a year and the price budged maybe a couple of dollars. They also sell tiny scraps of fabric, like a yard or two for steep prices. These little pieces of fabric are worth $5.
I had a good experience with this site - the fabrics are gorgeous and customer service very responsive, but actually receiving the order took a little longer than expected. The designer was extremely helpful and bent over backward both to solve problems and understand what I was looking for, and I was ultimately thrilled with what I ordered. I would definitely recommend them, probably better suited to a discriminating and knowledgeable customer as their products do tend to be very high end.
I ordered a fabric sample for $14, free shipping. I don't need it overnight and I intentionally did not request an upgrade in shipping methods. However, the company unilaterally changed my order and sent me a PayPal invoice for $39,95 for the upgraded shipping, despite my immediate reply that I did not request this. Now -- surprise -- this company that other customers are claiming is so responsive and so customer service oriented is pointedly ignoring my phone calls and e-mails. There is nothing else to call this but a complete SCAM. I'll be directing calls and e-mails to iluvfabrix until they correct this -- and will never pay the erroneous PayPal bill. Caveat emptor indeed.
The choice of fabrics are amazing and I am very happy with all I have chosen. The designer brands are beautiful, and any question or delays were promptly dealt with by Michelle. Highly recommended, and I would use again for any fabric decorating project.
I Luv Fabrix is a site in El Paso, Texas that professes to sell designer fabrics at a greatly reduced cost.
It is a complete lie. The fabrics are poor quality knock-offs. A complete fraud.
Don't waste your time or money.
They should be shut down or advertise what they are really selling... knock-offs... not the real thing.
I am very pleased with the velvet piece I received. I had to wait a while for it but that is because it was being shipped from Europe and then the weather did not cooperate. It was worth the wait! I thought the price was reasonable as well for such a heavy antique panel.
Love love love iLuvFabrix! The fabrics are beautiful, luxurious,. And irresistible, and you'll not find them anywhere else at a better price. But what really sets the business apart is iLuvFabrix's incredible customer service. Questions are answered quickly, and the personal service is amazing.
Ordered a couple of flowered chintzes with iLuvFabrix. Got them within a couple of weeks, which was quite fast, considering the packet was checked at the customs office. And now they are here! Beautiful colors, great touch and feel. In short: great quality!

I just received my latest order of beautiful fabric from Iluvfabrix and the quality is excellent. I have ordered several times in the past and the furniture pieces I purchased for now look super! The fabrics arrived quickly and were all packaged nicely. The green and gold Scalamandre is going to be out of this world on the loveseat. I'll send you a pic when it's finished, you won't believe how perfect this one is.

I was very pleased with the amount of options I had for choosing fabric. It was very easy to find what I was looking for, and get exactly what I needed! When I received it, it was in great condition and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this website for all your fabric needs.
Worst customer service, ever. I was told the fabric would take 2 weeks to arrive at my door. 3 weeks pass and I call for an update... got the run around. Another week passes and I follow up again, we're now 4 weeks from the date I ordered, told it was already shipped. Never got a confirmation that it went out. Whatever. Fabric arrived and the color was completely different from the fabric sample I ordered. Not just a little different, but A LOT different. I was told they would check the mill and have another roll sent out. Some how, this roll made it to me in under 2 weeks. It arrived with scratches and gouges in the fabric that wouldn't come out. And to add insult to injury, it still wasn't the same color as the sample they sent me. Getting a return form took an act of congress.
I will never, ever order from this company again and I will certainly be sure to tell others not to order from them either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
IluvFabrics has beautiful fabrics. Gorgeous, high end fabrics at amazing prices. I have reupholstered several pieces in my home and they look fantastic. Michelle offers wonderful advice and guidance for purchasing the right amount for the right piece. So glad I found this website.
Unfortunately, I did not receive the surface mailed fabric that I ordered. After a waiting period, Michelle offered a replacement of the order and mailed it priority mail. It did come promptly and I am pleased with it. Thank you.
My concerns were: that they did not send me an order confirmation immediately (like other online fabric companies do), but I finally received it. Then I asked for a tracking number more than once, which I never received; then Susan called me on a Monday and said I would receive my order that Tuesday or Wednesday, Friday evening I had still not received my order; finally, I received it Saturday morning. If they had just sent me the tracking number, I would have had peace of mind and all of the above could have been avoided. Would I buy from them again? Not sure, their fabrics are lovely and very well priced, but with reading reviews from others I was worried if I would receive my fabric or not. Such a shame, the tracking number would have left me totally enchanted with their product and I would have given them a perfect 5.
Sent damaged fabric and won't stand behind it. So rude you won't believe it. Wish I had never ordered. This is the type of merchant that give e-commerce a bad name! Wish I had seen this site before I ordered- would have saved a lot of money and aggrevation. Agree with person who ssays they should be shut down.
I purchased and paid $500 extra for rush shipping on January 24,2018 using paypal to pay $1,059.80 for black velvet fabric. Someone finally called me in March to tell me my order was being shipped from Belguim and it was held up in customs. I finally received THE WRONG fabric on April 6,2018.
I have been calling, emailing and snail mailing and nobody will return my messages. I have reported them to Pay Pal and filed a report with the police department and the BBB in El Paso. I even returned the fabric with a letter in the hopes they would contact me: NO RESPONSE.
This company is a FRAUD. There are many, many, many complaints exactly like mine. BEWARE and do not shop here! Worst experience I have ever had, and I have lost all of my money. $1,059.80!
It was my first time buying fabric online so I ordered samples first to be sure of my purchase.
The samples were exactly the colors and quality that I was expecting. I ordered the fabrics and was told delivery would be about 3 weeks. The fabrics arrived faster than expected and they were extremely well packed.
I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend them.
This warehouse is amazing and the fabric is to die for. Anything you need, you will find here. Michele knows fabric and will bend over backwards to get you what you want or need. The prices are incredible and a true bargain.
FANTASTIC company! I live somewhat near their warehouse in El Paso so I decided to check it out before I made any commitments. Incredible! MASSIVE selection of fabrics, and the staff there was so helpful and friendly! I found exactly what I was looking for (along with some more that I intend to use for future projects). Great company!

I wrote a review earlier and it needs updating. I'm no longer so sure their fabrics are mill ends from well known houses. They have sent me extra swatches for consideration and these extras were not designer fabrics. I now think you are paying full price for the fabrics you are buying unless Michele can prove otherwise. Plus I have received emails from her husband when I complained about something. He is a foul mouthed slob in my opinion. I think he gives away the whole credibility of the site. So since he's such a sleazeball, it makes you wonder about Michele and her nicey, nice demeanor.

I have paid over $1,000.00 for fabric plus shipping over 3 months ago. I have not received my fabric nor any further communciation nor a shipping tracking number despite numerous requests.

I continuelly tried to purchase fabric. The site wouldn't work but they called to take my order on a Sunday. I called 3 weeks later bc I never received a receipt and they had drastically over charged my card. They never returned my call about 7 wks later a bolt of fabric arrived. It contained no receipt and it was the wrong fabric. Not even close! I emailed and called everyday. I have a huge bolt of fabric I can't move that I have no use for... and was charged more. They have never retired my call after 10 days. I even sent pics of the incorrect fabric... vs what i ordered! So I had to dispute the charges with my bank. They left me no choice due to the lack of response and resolution.
