I booked 2 female waiters for my best friends hen party who failed to turn up. This was in October and they still haven't paid the £100 deposit! Have emailed several times, will post photos of emails. Terrible terrible company, it must be a scam so be careful

“Have just returned from a night at this stylish boutique hotel. We went as a party of 24 ladies in an inclusive package for a Hen night which included B&B, evening meal, cocktails and entry to The Foundry nightclub. Well I can only say that from start to finish it was fantastic

This past weekend I helped to organize for my best friend, her party. I wanted to do something unique and different and boy was this it. We had a small group but both Ruby and Kurt made sure we all had a great time! Including the spread of snacks, wine, and champagne. I would highly recommend doing this for any bride to be even if you are not remotely artistic. I think it is an experience you should share with your best girlfriends as something you'll never forget! Thanks to the entire IM-Entertained team for helping to make Renee's day truly special.

We stayed 2 days there. A lovely hotel with excellent polite staff. We visited the ice bar Friday night and even managed to get into the earlier session which made the evening longer. Saturday was our main day and we started off in the steam room and jacuzzi followed by a dirty dancing class. Though we had great nights there and will def use again for any kind of party.

J felt I had to give you some feedback on your terrific service. Firstly everything was well organized and was as stated. Wow! Now that is what I call service. This is a first for me no matter you guys pay to venues and believe me I order from many similar companies. Secondly, all of the friends were in love the party. Keep it up, I am sure many others appreciate your sense of humour as I did. I have recommended IM-Entertained to many and will continue to do so. You deserve every success and even though I'll be back again.

Avoid this company as much as you can, it is totally scam and fraud. I booked a Stripper for Stag weekend but is never turned up. On the time every thing was messed up They did not return my money yet. It was worst experience using them.

I have already written one review about this company regarding their complete lack of customer care after letting us down for my daughters Hen Party in August. For those of you who may have paid upfront with a credit card... good news. I contacted my credit card company and they have refunded my money and taken up the dispute on my behalf. It doesn't help with the fact that we were let down but at least we are not too much out of pocket.
Its worth a try

I would like to notify you that the performers went above my expectations. On many occasions, and not only for myself but colleagues and friends have tried you guys and never got disappointed with the services. You are always polite and professional, and gives us confidence when ordering from such a manager who take his own responsibility to complete needs. Thank you!

Where to start?

1) The bar they supposedly arranged knew nothing about the stripper booking and were less than pleased with the company
2) Stripper arrived over an hour late, told me he was "knackered" and didn't have a body anything like the pictures on the website
3) Asked for a Headmaster's outfit, got an army outfit instead

Apparently they can't do anything about it as I complained 7 days later. Thanks a lot.

I booked a dwarf but unfortunately I gotta go out of city so phoned the company and explain situation. The representative confirmed information and than refund my amount saying I will be pleasure to have you here in near future. Thanks Guys you really are rocking.

Try avoiding this company because they will never keep what promised. I ordered my friends party last weekend and it was the horrible experience dealing with this company. On the time of party every single thing was messed up which we can say a very poor management & work ethics. Basically they don't know how to deal with the customer expect charging a huge amount of bill by promising the best party forever. I ll never ever think to deal with IM-Entertained for any party even in my dreams and i feel to share my words about this company as my responsibility. I ll never recommend this company to any one. Really it was a horrible nightmare.

Your communications throughout the order were excellent and made me smile. I've told many people about you. I cannot fault your service, it has been a breath of fresh air to deal with a modern company as opposed the aging giants like Amazon etc. Just keep doing what your doing. And thank you.

Although we had a great night, the agency is really poor.
They rely on email communication and through the booking process, a number of mistakes were made; time slots were confused, and after processing my deposit they became a lot less helpful and attentive. I ordered 2 beer benches for a friends birthday and on the night 2 'bunnies' arrived 'for a stag do' and one was half an hour early and the other half an hour late... so pretty much everything you would expect to be correct was incorrect.
Nevertheless, I had a great night but I think that's thanks to my group of friends and not this agency.

Sent us the wrong stripper (really old unattractive man) paid money £125 for full choreographed routine, props, 20-25 minutes performance and pictures with performer. Instead the performer sat on the hens lap for all of 5 minutes with no props or routine! Very uncomfortable to watch and even more so uncomfortable for hen... Company refuse to talk about matters on phone or offer goodwill... completely ruined our night. Be wary they do not send the strippers that they attach in pictures!

IM-Entertained is an awesome company providing all type of Entertaining services from stage performance to high class party. It is my first point of call for stage do, especially for Life Drawing. After being dealt more than 4 times, the service and quality just keep getting better and better. Keep up the great work :)

Took our money and didn't show up! Their phone lines are conveniently "down due to a major office renovation!" I sent many emails to them as they were meant to book us a venue but no reply! My friend sent them a Facebook message which we did get a reply stating they would check with the booking team and get back to us, which they never did! We send a fake enquiry to their email the day before the hen and surprise surprise we had a response to that email! They completely wrecked our night! All these 5 star reviews on here are completely fake! They are noting but con artists who don't even provide a service let alone get the right to a 5 star review! I am fuming at what they have done to us and many other people by the looks of these reviews! Do not use this company as you will be very disappointed!

The stripper who turned up was not any of our preference. In fact he didn't even look lol any of the male strippers on the PDF sent to us. He was short, unattractive and had a body that was definitely NOT like a strippers. The girls didn't really want him to take anything off. The 'geek' outfit was non existent and halfway through his routine he got his trousers stuck around his ankles. Awkward, not sexy, we were really disappointed. I should really rate 0 stars here.

We booked butler number 11 (mick) for my hen do recently, he brought a friend to the apartment with him who lurked in the corridor the whole time looking suspicious. Then when the butler went into one of the bedrooms to get changed- although he was only topless. He stole euros out of one of the girls clutch bags and was seen running out of the apartment. The company's response to our complaint is we cannot help you. Beware if you are booking with this company, especially number 11.

The staff were very helpful and prompt when answering any of my queries, and the website was really easy to use. We had a bit of difficulty finding the reception for our apartments as it was not sign posted but one call to IM-Entertained soon got us to exactly where we needed to be.
