I just wanted to give you some feedback about our trip to liverpool at the
Weekend. Firstly I can't fault anything about it, everyone had a really great time and were amazed at the entertainment provided and value for money.

Absolute amateurs and very unprofessional. Booked, paid and confirmed an act (a comedian to do a roast), which required preparation time, months in advance only for them to change THE NIGHT BEFORE and try and offer me a completely different act (a hypnotist) who by his own admission was not suitable but could "have a go", all without any preparation. Obviously not suitable and I didn't want us and the hypnotist to waste our time and now they refuse to refund me. If you go to hospital for heart surgery and at the last minute they say that the surgeon can't make it but the janitor will "have a go" would you say yes? Not only did they ruin the night and leave no time for us to sort an alternative they are trying to say they fulfilled their contract. I say again - amateurs. Please avoid. IM entertained - expect a letter from the SC Court; businesses like yours don't deserve to exist. I wonder how many other people you have scammed.

We booked a roly poly for stage do a couple of days ago, and i will definitely state it was perfect as promised. I specially wanna thanks to manager who booked a perfect venue and surprised us with shocking performance,

Just want to say a very big thank you to you and your staff. They are amazing. We were with you for my daughters hen party at the weekend and I couldn't find fault with anything even if I tried lol We were treated like film stars, or at least that's how it felt. Again Thanks.

From start to finish Robyn at IM Entertained was great she answered questions and was really interested in our hen party. She booked us into the best venue in Manchester and the wine tasting after went down as a treat. We are grateful and we will be booking with IM entertained again.

This site is totally Scam, they will never provide you what promised. I ordered my daughter party with them the bill was $200 but they charged me 400 instead of promised amount. On the time of party every this was messed up. It was the worst experience of life to have a deal with this company.

Just home from a hens party we had at IM-Entertained. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all members of staff were so accommodating they couldn’t do enough for us. It’s very rare that every single staff member are very friendly. Overall a great friendly atmosphere. Well worth the money and I will definitely return.

I was thrilled with performances for my weekend party, not only was it was up to perfection, but there was not a single week point! I was so impressed that I've been banging on about you guys since! I was a bit nervous before dealing with this company because it was an special occasion, but I can honestly say I'm over the moon with how easy your company was to deal with and how efficient. Spent a Saturday night here for a Friends hen weekend and to say it was fantastic would be an understatement…. The deal we had was fantastic and any future maids of honour out there defiantely go for cocktail making option brilliant fun and got everybody in the mood!

The company is best to get your hen as a fabulous event, I can get what I need nicely and efficiently. The ideas presented are brilliant and unique. I'm also very fond of the communication, always brings a smile to my face.

So 8 of us have just come back from a long weekend for our friends hen weekend and it was the best weekend ever! We laughed the whole weekend! We used IM-Entertained to help us out and they were brilliant!

The bars are great and the people are lovely! Cannot fault a single thing and will be going back there as a weekend was just not long enough! Thank you for making it such a momentous weekend! One we will ever forget!

I have never in my entire life been so disappointed. We were so excited for our dominatrix session which was a surprise for our hen. We had no communication and they just didn't turn up, leaving us completely in the lurch to try to organise something else for the whole afternoon, a 2 hour gap in our schedule and the main event of our afternoon. Unbelievably unprofession to have no communication despite 3 emails to them and no phone number that you can get through to. Awful, don't trust this company to delivery anything.

Awful customer service. Got completely messed around. One butler didn't bother to show up. The one that dos show up forgot his apron so wore boxers. He stunk of BO and was completely covered in oil to the point he stained some of our parties clothes. Customer service are now ignoring me with regards to getting a refund for the service that I didn't get and also the poor quality of the service that I did get. Not worth the money at all. Don't risk it with this dodgy company!

Booked roly poly and size 10 stripper arrived not impressed at all when I did get hold of someone they advised to email in 10 days later they best excuse they had was we did text to say a substitute was coming which I did not receive

Just a quick review to say that I am very pleased with the way my refund has been dealt with. I had to cancel my order 1 day before and i was confused about my refund. I was 90% agree on that I ll be refused but thanks to IM-Entertained who understand my situation. I am very impressed with your company and will definitely be a repeat customer!
