I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
Hired this company to make advertising signs for my business. They made unauthorized changes to my original file, misspelling a word that was correct initially. When i complained and demanded they remake my signs as intended, they refused with various stock lines "sorry but you approved the proof", even though i was able to recover my file from THEIR servers with the correct spelling, proving they made the changes for reasons i cannot fathom and refused to take responsibility for their incompetence. Attached are photos of my file, and what they sent me.
Imprint falsely represents its products. The quality is nowhere worth the value of their prices and there are not low enough expectations to justify their services. Imprint is completely unwilling to solve the problems when their product falls apart and becomes useless after their 7-day policy. Imprint does not take responsibility for their errors and covering up their mistakes. I will not allow anyone to use their products or services again. Do NOT trust this company. Case in point - their magnetic buttons are not at all what their product photos represent and they fell apart leaving the poorly glued on magnets a choking hazard to my client's preschoolers. Imprint clearly produced my order wrong and tried to cover it up and was completely unwilling to solve the problem.
I paid extra for rush delivery per sign on the website, as it gives you the options and dates of delivery. 18 Days later my signs still did not show up. I called and asked for a refund on the shipping and the said there is nothing they can do because it is standard. It has taken almost a month to the day to receive them. So they took my extra shipping cost that they provide on there website and dont refund. I will never order another thing from this company!
If I could select. 5 star, I would. We ordered some customized face masks - and just like other reviews on here they are made for children and do not stretch to both ears on adults. I reached out and was told they are one size fits all, that a 'strap extender' of some sort can be purchased, etc. The strap extender only works to prevent the ear straps from resting behind each ear. In order for that to be an issue, the ear strap on the mask needs to extend beyond the ear - and these do not. Total scam and rip off. Stay away. No refund offered, no remediation offered, nothing. Awful company.
Horrible and rude customer service. I called two different times and tried to inquire about my order, which was never delivered, both times they hang up the phone on me and tried to give me different stories each time. Stay away from them. It is a scam in my opinion...
Horrific Experience. Do NOT use this company. Based in Houston but customer service and sales barely speak English I must have been talking to India.
3 days with runarounds on the artwork after I sent the files in the pixels they needed, then they sent me a proof missing half the artwork. The promise date was not met and the entire experience was a 4 days nightmare for a simple button design. The final artwork I ended up with was mediocre at best. Terrible experience. Like a nightmare!
I approved my proof on Friday, it is now Tuesday and my order is still on hold. I paid the additional 15% to have them produced "same day" which would have been Friday when the proof was approved. They refuse to give me a refund for the extra money I spent on the rush production and still have not produced my materials. I asked the customer service rep to send me an email in writing promising delivery by 8/14 and his email he sent read:
"Dear Customer,
We will try our level best to meet your deadline date of 8/14.
Thank you."
This is definitely not assuring I will get my order by tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor and nobody was on the floor to take my call. So he stated I would get a call back. I'll hold my breath. If you are looking for a company who stands behind their promises on delivery time, I would shop elsewhere!
I should have read these before ordering. The expedited guaranteed shipping is a fraud. I paid an extra $77 for expedited shipping - after they tried to get me to pay $165 for expedited shipping because they said the cost of the tshirts went up.
The delivery date came and went so I called USPS and provided my tracking number. They informed me that Imprint only paid $7.63 for First Class Shipping - the lowest level of shipping with no guaranteed delivery. They told me there are 2 tiers above that - Expedited Priority and Priority (which would have only cost $33.)
So if you are paying for expedited delivery, it is a scam, they ship all items the same, and just keep the money, not caring if they actually get your package to you in time. It's a numbers game to them. Beware.

I made an order for hand fans for my church. The order and payment process was ok. However, they projected the delivery date of over a week ago and I haven't heard a word from them. The contact process to get information is non existent. They don't want to hear from you once your payment has been accepted.
Colors were nice but differed quite a bit from what they looked like online. The neon orange looked more like the Texas orange and both the Cerulian and Raspberry turned out darker. The camo however turned out much better than expected! We printed white on the camo and it was very clearly legible.
The designing, ordering and delivering was fantastic! Great print job. Definitely will order again!
This company should be ashamed of themselves. They give false claims about there shipping and then after requesting a refund... all of a sudden they have no confirmation of their cancellation. My cancellation was done over the phone. I then sent a written confirmation of a cancellation and NO reply. They are just holding my money even though they never printed or did any business for me. SCAM!

I designed my own signs, which easy to do. You can not save your design work, so you must complete and order what you are working on. I ordered 3 signs and got 4, but two of them have a white strip on the top of the sign. This is not a big deal for me as the signs are still usable. My rating is based on cost, not quality.
The website is easy to use that is why I gave it a 2 star. I laid $10 for 1 day rush production with standard 4 day shipping. It's been 9 days and my order says production waiting. When I used their chat services I was told it was in waiting because I didn't order rush shipping as well. I explained that they charged me $10 for rush production and have not produced.
Never Ever order from this company. Ever! Don't believe the site when it says 3 day order turnaround. That's only if you pay the ridiculous expedite fees. 10 biz days after order placement and my order has yet to be made. Their customer service people are horrible. Clayton never processed a change of address that I requested and Barney couldn't even tell me when my order would ship. Find another printing company. Seriously.
I had worked with the company before and was pleased with the results. However, my last 2 orders were a mess. The 1st- lanyards did not arrive as shown in the proof, and was only offered a very small partial refund after an immense amount of contact. 2nd - tried again, thinking the last was an isolated event. In the end I did receive an item that is workable (but still different than the proof), the communication to get to that point was ridiculous. Getting bounced between no less than 5 different service reps, with one in particular who was rude and didn't answer simple questions, left a really bad taste.
We had a little communication problem initially--the website suggested (but did not promise) an earlier delivery date than the guy on the phone at customer service. But once the phone connection was made, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. And the product (custom shot glasses) arrived ahead of schedule and looking even better than expected. I recommend getting them on the phone as soon as you're ready to order. These guys will take good care of you!
We ordered mugs from imprint.com. They messed up the order and have been very unresponsive when we've followed up. I've asked to speak to a manager many times and have been told the managers are too busy for us. Mind blowing!
This company follows dishonest practices. We made a purchase for our elementary school and they charged us more than the quoted amount, we did not know until after the payment was made and they emailed us the invoice that they added fees that were not disclosed in my Order Total. We have repeatedly tried to get this issue resolved and our calls are not returned. We have been trying to get a refund for the erroneous amount that was charged and the last we were told by their customer service representative is that they have to ask the production dept. if there is a cancellation fee. What credible company has their production department assess cancellation fees. It took 3 calls in one day to get a supervisor on the phone.
I ordered a couple of yard signs and paid extra shipping costs to have them delivered. When I had not heard back from the company in over a week, I went to check on the signs and they said it would be 2-3 more weeks to produce them and then 14 days more to ship them. When I asked for my money back, they said my product was already in production and could not be refunded! Beware of their "terms and conditions" and refund policies. Over all, I would just go to your local office store for cheaper, faster service and more reliable customer service. I just consider my money gone and once the signs arrive, they will go in the trash because the event I needed them for will have been over for a month! Stay away!
Paid for rush shipping and 3 days after they were to arrive. Still no signs. When contacting them, they say they are in production, but cannot tell me where in production. All I get via opening tickets is to please be patient. They weren't patient about taking $900 from me. Would steer away from this company. Do your research and find someone reliable.
Ordered and paid for a 3 Day rush production product from their subsidiary site and nothing but a run-around for 2 weeks - item hasn't even shipped yet! They truly deserve the "F" rating they received from the Better Business Bureau!
Absolutely horrible company to deal with. All is good if they get the order right like my first 2 orders. When they get it wrong though, they don't want to know at all and it is all my fault supposedly. I even ask for a proof for an extra $10 and it still comes different but it's my fault. I ordered several thousand custom buttons from this company. They misprinted the order and then blamed me for screwing them up, even though I submitted everything correctly according to the instructions on their website. This company is a scam.
Dealing with this company has been one headache after another. My invoice says rush order but because I selected standard shipping to save a little money they won't uphold the order saying it will take 3 to 4 weeks to make then another 3 weeks to ship.
Supervisor named Marshal wouldn't give any other information besides saying I have to pay $65 to pay for expedited shipping then they can get my order to me in a week. When I asked him why it says rushed Production on my invoice and standard shipping 4 days he said I don't qualify for that.
I placed my order on April 6th. Few days latter I was asked for better picture for background, I opened the ticket and upload new picture. Haven't heard from them since then. I followed up once, they apologized and said everything is set now. I waited another 2 weeks and followed up again, still no answer to when I will receive my order. As of today 5/19/20 I still didn't received anything. If I knew it will go this route, I would never order from them.
