Would have appreciated better service in the printing process. Getting it corrected was a bit of a hassle.

I had ordered many t-shirts. When I got them everything looked good, but the front letters, which I had wanted in white, came as a dingy/dirty creme color. Not sure why this happened but it disappointed me because it makes the shirt look dirty.

The website for designing my shot glass was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out I was able design an awesome product. The price could not be beat anywhere else with the detail I had requested.

I called four times because of delays with image files and printing. The customer service was helpful, but not very personable. I talked to several different people, and each gentleman that I talked to seemed indifferent about helping me, and unenthusiastic. The overall quality of the work was very good, however, and i will use your business again if i have print needs. Thank you, Charles Kiefer.

Ordered face masks in 2 different colors (white & black) of the same product with imprinting. Received a call a couple of days prior to date should have received and was notified they would be late by a week causing us to miss an event. Then when I received the products, they were not the same. We had purchased samples prior to ordering, but the black masks were different from the samples. They were smaller, like a youth size and did not fully cover an adult face.

Had some difficulty making sure the order was as I wanted. Called and used Chat. Both times imprint.com was very responsive.

Received the order on time. The imprint looks great. The bag quality is not what I was expecting but it looks to be good. I was unable to get a sample of the product before ordering. That would have helped.

The product and shipping was a little more expensive, compared to some places, and there were less options with fabric and style, but if it is high quality, comes on time, and the print looks as good as the design, I can't complain.

The ordering experience was easy to understand and navigate. The product also arrived in a timely manner. However, I asked to increase my order of balloons from 25 to 50, and was even charged for the increase, but only received 35. You also need to clarify that print confirmations will not be sent to the customer's personal email address but to his or her Imprint account. I lost time on our order because I kept waiting for the logo confirmation to be sent to my personal email.

The website promised free rush service, which is why I choose Imprint.com. My order was more than 2 weeks being delivered. Customer service gave several different reasons why. The end produce was good, but slow

My font display in checkout was different than my design screen, so I'm worried about the consistency of the final product. Less than-- This was typed before I received my order and I was right--the font ended up being incorrect. I also never received a response on this issue when I tried to address it before production. So now I'm stuck with a mediocre product. Would definitely use a different website for this service since there's plenty to choose from.

Awesome experience! I was a bit unsure of how the final product would turn out because it only lets you design 1 side of the lanyard and duplicates the other side. So glad my assumption was correct! The Lanyards turned out great! Will definitely order again!

The signs turned out great and were delivered ahead of schedule. I noticed a problem with my own design after submitting and approving the proof and customer service was outstanding in getting it fixed before the signs were printed. I will definitely order from here again!

Clearly a 100% remotely run offshore business - or at least anyone that actually interacts with a customer. It is unfathomable that a sign printing company would point to a clause in their T&C's that their goods are purely promotional and therefore poor quality is ok. Terrible!

They did a great job of staying in communication about the design preferences. I was very thankful that they were not afraid to be honest about a design problem that actually led to a lesser purchase price. Shipping was lightening fast, product is great quality and printed perfectly! 10/10 would use again.

Quick and easy to create the perfect Father's Day Shirt. Love the free shipping! I received the shirt and it would have came out nice but the black is bleeding through the white design made for this shirt. The iron on looks as if its already breaking before it even being used.

I find your site difficult to use when designing my order. Quality finished product. Production aligns with quicker shipping options. Customer service difficult to contact. Would I purchase from again, sure but hope company improves site issues and better contact with customer service rather than just by email "tickets".

Had a great time with my design.My buttons I received were all dented. They were just put in a plastic bag then put in a fed ex envelope. So they had these ink pen size dents on all of them. I was very disappointed, I spent all that extra money for shipping so we would have them to wear that next day and they didn't look nice.

The frosted cups are great! We love the quality and the design looks better than we hoped. However, we had in issue with another item we ordered that we were notified was out of stock after we placed our order. As we spent time and effort picking the colors and making the design we preferred to just wait until it was back in stock for our original order to be completed. This simple request took many back and forth contact with customer service. They kept trying to get us to change our order instead of wait the 3 weeks for it to be in stock. If we're not concerned about the extra time, why try to force us? The service representatives were nice, but it seemed like they didn't actually have access to correct information. They also said our order won't get processed unless we call again when the item we want is back in stock.

Design is good but could be improved:)
Wasnt aware that it was digital printed, thought i was getting woven so that may be on me. They look good, but its ribbon material and i want something that will last much longer.
Design was printed well and came out looking like i thought.
Shipping is price gouging though, c'mon, $17 for something that cost literally $4? Thats a crazy expense.

The bit about printing on front and back is very confusing. I had a hard time figuring out how to do it. Then, in the checkout process, it still says "Front Only," when I specifically chose Front and Back. Otherwise, the rest went all right.

PS: When the order was received, one mug was chipped. I hoped to get a replacement mug, but instead, I got a small refund.

Very Disappointed with the delivery times stated on your website vs. actual delivery time. I would not recommend your company to anyone who needs quick turnaround since the delivery dates your website promised by paying a higher shipping fee were in fact not reality. There was no problem with the quality of the signs or with the order that had plenty of time to arrive. I suggest your management review the needed turnaround & shipping times and revise what you offer on your website.

We received products that we could not use due to the background being too dark for the text to be legible. The company does not stand behind their product or try to work with unsatisfied customers.

I have several clients that order branded merchandise in bulk but I will not be referring them here.

7 of the 10 signs did not print properly. Company stated artwork was the issue even though 3 of the signs were correct. They refused to replace the signs and am left with 70 % of an order that is useless! Won't use them ever again!
