I was in a pinch for needing buttons and I could not be more pleased with my experience! Good quality and shipped in great time!
I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
While they have a number of products, they did not deliver on time and did not provide any shipping details prior to shipment. I had the retrieve everything. Overall, the products were fine but customer service could improve.
Never got a proof email. Had to pay extra to get rush shipping because I didn't see the proof until a week later when I asked for it. Assumed calls from Texas were scam calls-email would have been a way better way to contact me.
The delivery times are worded in such a way that is very deceiving. Putting an *asterisk next to the delivery date is just a cop out to get people to order based on the estimated delivery date. I've noticed this is a big problem with this company, after doing a little research. I will never buy anything from this company or it's affiliates as it takes pride in misleading people.
I am disappointed that I could not use 2 colors on the 9" latex balloon and that the website allowed me to do so when ordering. I never got notification when your company would update the order, only initially. Due to that, it took much longer than expected.
Product arrive in a badly packed, severely damaged box. Imprint was wrong. Should have been 2 colors, they printed 3. Should have had a half-inch margin, they printed an inch and a half. It took me FOUR hours on the phone with customer service to get them to agree to a reprint. Only two hours in did they even offer anything (a 10% discount). They lied to me about not being able to talk to a manager or quality control. They hung up on me. They refused to issue a refund even though they could not meet industry standards of printing. My project was pushed back two weeks because of the blatant incompetence of this company.
Design and ordering process was easy, after ordering experienced a couple minor delays over their concern with something about my design but we quickly resolved it and it ended up not delaying the order, even though initially it was supposed to delay it a day. Product looked great!
This has been the only site that let me order what I wanted with ease.
Now if the product comes out right, I have need of more tees shirts for another project.
So far I am happy with the product and the price BUT there is something wrong on the back with the first n in Minnesota and the 4 in the phone number. It is legible but very odd. I need them on Sat and Sun of this week so they will have to work.
I ordered the 20" X 3" banner for our schools Project Graduation party for the graduating seniors. Being the first time researching and then ordering from Imprint.com...this is the best price and my banner looks fabulous. I am very pleased with quality and the price was excellent comparing to other companies out there on the net.
Product arrived. Color was vastly darker than the ordering website indicated. Black letter (which could be read easily on the order site) were unreadable. THAT is how dark the material ended up being.
Received no satisfaction from customer service. We were told that replacement shirts would be received by April 21. The company updated their own ticketing system 4 days ago that they were not going to replace the shirts but never notified us of their decision. We needed the shirts for a 50th anniversary party on April 22 and now have no alternative.
If I do not receive a full refund, I will never use this company again and will advise others of my poor experience.
First time ordering with Imprint.com. Extremely satisfied with how easy it was to order customized bands, the turn around and delivery time was very quick. Prices are extremely reasonable and much lower than their competitors, nearly half the price of others with quality products. Loved that we had the option of using "made in the USA" products. We received an email informing us that the color that we originally ordered was no longer available. However, we were provided optional colors or given the option to cancel if needed. We chose a different color and received our product extremely quickly and was very satisfied with the outcome.
We will definitely be using Imprint.com in the future!

I used my glow in the dark bracelets for a ministry outreach at a city wide Kidsfest. 350 happy kids walked away not only with a quality product but also knowing they are loved. Thanks for your service, prices, and speedy delivery. I had 3 days to find somewhere and from start to finish, I accomplished that goal with imprint.com's help.
I never received my product. Their production staff disregarded my specifications and made dye-sublimated patches as opposed to the embroidered patches that I ordered. They look awful. With well over a month of time before delivery was necessary, they failed to communicate for over two weeks. Imprint.com customer service is unclear, noncommittal, and tepidly responsive. They refuse to refund me my purchase price.
-50/10 stay as far away from this fraudulent company as possible.
Extremely poor customer service, even through the Customer Care Resolution service. They could not get us our product in the expected time frame, even when our order provided a 5 day cushion for receipt based upon all available website information (which has been updated since our order), and they did not offer any resolution other than saying they're backed up with production due to Covid-19 and can give no guarantees.
Your site is easy to use and I appreciate that I can get shipping estimates prior to putting in payment information. Your pricing was comparable to other sites who were temporarily at 50% off everything which was nice.
One of my shirts had some strange white space around the graphic which none of the others had. It wasn't too bad for what we were using the shirts for, but if this were for a more serious event, I would have had to contact you to have a new shirt made. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product.
Hard to get the people designing the yard signs to follow direction. Takes a long time to go through the process of getting it designed correctly and getting the content in the right spots.
They than will attempt to charge you for the changes when its their fault for not following your directions..
Your creator is easy to use, but it might be better if you could zoom closer to see details.

I was looking for an online tool which allowed me to place my button design in a way that I know exactly where the template would wrap around the edge. Imprint provided this tool, only the buttons I received do not at all match my placement and scaling of the template and are therefore not usable for me.
2 of the customer service reps were rude. Felt that they didn't care about my order and were quick to try and finish the call instead of taking the time to look into things.First one was great? He helped changed the color.
I had a spelling mistake and no one at imprint caught it before it got to production. The name of a month should be something a printing company should bring up to the customers attention. I'm sure typos happen frequently and catching them would improve overall customer satisfaction.
Button designed & button shown on saved file or e-mail & order form was very misaligned on the vertical & horizontal and the letters sized differently in the wording. Two customer service phone calls and an e-mail attempt did not come close to resolving issue. I will not pay for buttons if they are as off center and not my design as I built.
I received the buttons and they were acceptable. The time & effort I spent on phone calls, e-mails, and on line just to get a simple order were a pain. I would probably return again for more of the same buttons I have ordered, but as for starting with a new or modified design I would have to really think about it before I reordered.
I am still currently in an ongoing conversation about a quality issue. The conversation has been extremely drawn out as if to avoid assisting and resolving the issue. I provided photos to show what I was unhappy with and there is a request for me to provide a photo that will essentially mask the quality of the coaster by not showing any detail in the prints and taking a wide over view photo of the my product. I am so frustrated at this point and seems like Imprint is doing everything to avoid making the issue right and coming to a resolution. I represent quality with my company and the product I received is unusable.
The signs we purchased were a cost-effective way to celebrate our students who were moving up to the high school. The customer service was excellent as well from helping rectify issues with the design and providing follow-up to questions in a very timely manner.
I had the worst experience ever with this company considering I've shopped with them for over 5 years now. They did not have the colors I needed and I kept saying change the color but it's like we couldn't get passed that. However once we got past that two weeks of talking,
Approving the art work was way more complicated than it needed to be. I would get a call every day from a robot, then I'd talk to a person who almost knew what was going on. I was unable to approve over the phone for some reason.
