I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
This product has a terrible smell and leaves a film on your hands. We had to add 99.9% Alcohol and scent to it to be able to use it for our staff and customers. I might as well just make my own if I have to do that.
Despite multiple emails, they never responded. They printed my arrow signs backwards with no credit offered.
When template design added to cart, design shifted to left. Called customer service and he was beyond great...answered all my questions and made sue I had the promo code. Wow, was so impressed. 1st time order...praying my order is as good as your customer service.
My overall experience was good; I didn't have any issues. I liked that the company sent out email updates along the way, for when my order was being processed, in production, and when it shipped. One suggestion for improvement is to add a preview component so customers can preview the layout and color combinations before buying. I was hesitant to purchase because I couldn't see what I was actually paying for before hand.
I paid extra to print in th USA, which I will gladly do, but the customer service agent and time frame given took longer than expected. I also paid $10 for a proof that I created and then the actual print on the balloons were very small...clearly not the proportion as the proof suggested...Lesson learned. I did not complain nor will I, but for future I will probably not seek further business. Customer service was very kind, just not what I expected.
It was easy and prompt, I would have liked to have a tracking number once shipped just so I knew when it was coming in, but that wouldn't stop us from ordering again. Some of the balloons were defective and had tiny pin holes in them which was a bummer when we were trying to blow them up. But overall I'd give a 4/5. Thank you
The bracelets are great! Purchased these for our trip to Disney just in case we get seperated my kids our cell phone numbers with them. My kids are 5 & 7 and they are wearing them around their ankles. Wish there was a smaller size than youth as they fall off their wrists. Other wise it works and they are great.
Initially I received feedback that my image was too complicated, and I attempted to reach out to fix that but was told my order had shipped already. However when I got my coasters, they were perfect. I'm not sure why I had gotten that initial message, but it worked out fine in the end.
I was suppose to get a credit which I never received. The only system charge me for two colors even though I had it printed as one color. I called and they said they would credit my account, which they have not to date!
There are so many choices wren it comes to printing. So glad to have found a local company with such amazing service.
Customer service is useless and will not assist with your needs. Takes over a month to ship. Save your money and time.

This was an additional set of coaster and if it had been my 1st order I would not have ordered more. The print was not very white and the blue background was not printed to the edge of some of them. I understand cardboard does not print crisp but these ones seemed more blurry or could just be color not as good as my 1st order.
We had a slight problem as I needed the face masks quickly and my proof went to junk mail and never saw it. Once I realized this I contacted customer service. They were very helpful in getting what I needed completed and delivered in time! We were very happy with face masks printed for a wedding!
The service tech I chatted with was very professional and knowledgable and completely answered my questions. My signs arrived ahead of schedule and looked exactly as shown online. I would definitely order from imprint.com again!
It was advertised that you would receive 100 wristbands free with a purchase. We ordered and paid for 500 wristbands. I am not sure why that offer was not for us. We called Customer service to check on the status of the order. Otherwise we really like the wristbands.
The color that was shown on the shirt as I was customizing it came out much darker on the actual shirt, which is fine, however being it's so dark, you can barely make out the text. Had I known, I would've picked a different color text. I paid the extra shipping to ensure it'd reach me on time for a birthday present. Now I don't have enough time to order another one as I would need it in 2 days
So far this process has been step by step and easy. I hope the product is as awesome as my experience on your website has been.

Easy to design my own. The digital proof process was very straightforward. The final product was fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for.
However, we ran into delays and issues related to the Christmas holiday (apparently 4-5 days for this company). The Customer Service Rep was entirely unhelpful and wanted to charge me a fee to cancel an order which was going to be delivered 5 days later than promised. When I made a stink they offered to expedite my order to save a couple of days. I asked how it was possible to expedite a Ruch order (I paid extra for this).
As I said the end result was what I wanted and they did knock off 2 days of the delay. But there was no sympathy or understanding of their mistakes.
Overall, the process was great. Designed my own glasses, base fee wasn't crazy, and they got produced and delivered in a very respectable amount of time.
Design process could have been better--in the end the text and image on the glasses was a little small and off center. It was very hard to change positioning and size of elements in the designer. But, I opted out of the sample product review process, so... I got what I got, and I'm still happy with it :)
I placed an order for napkins. Saw something else to add to the order but the first order had been place 15min earlier. Canceled the first order, placed a 2nd order, spending more money. Next day, company said they could cancel my first order but for a few. Rep didn't know how much the cancel fee was so he would get back to me and make sure the 2nd order was ready to go in time. I was notified that my 2nd order would not be on time but for an additional fee, they could make it happen on time. I said fine, just refund the difference on what they were holding but they still didn't have a cancellation fee on my 1st order figured out. I get a UPS notice the next day with a target date the day before the event. Label created. It sat that way for three days. I called but had started laryngitis so the hung up every time. I went online. They couldn't help me bcs the package went out via FedEx that day and they couldn't help that there was an ice storm that day and my package now will not be here for the event. They kept all my money. Fee of canceling order 1 was $50 on a $75 order and the additional $25 was used for FedEx. I spent $210 on something that can not be used.
Excellent shopping experience, just need to wait for the result of my order. Received my order and it was wonderfully made. The only thing I didn't like is that it had a very ugly smell :( Took a couple of washes before the smell went away. Other than that, it was terrific!
It was confusing to place my order. I received an email with a delivery date of Nov 6th but when I did not receive them I called and was told that I did not approve them so they were not ordered.
It cost me an additional $25 for a rush job
Overall experience was good and prices were very reasonable in comparison to competition. Only suggestion I would have is allow your customers to save their selections in a cart. When customizing an order it is common for customers to want to show others, review, etc. and with no ability to save an order before placing it you can not keep your customized selections for any time period.
The misleading shipping window left us having to contact regularly for updates - with no real response. The products we received were great, but wish we would have been more aware of ACTUAL shipping times.

The only complaint I have is that the two phrases that I placed on the bracelet were supposed to be spaced evenly apart, and instead they were squished together - which is not how they looked on the website design.
