I was in a pinch for needing buttons and I could not be more pleased with my experience! Good quality and shipped in great time!
I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
It was a great experience initially. I paid the additional cost (over $100) to have my order express shipped to me. However, once the yard signs were ready to be shipped, I received a call from customer service saying that I needed to pay AN ADDITIONAL $40 for my order to be express shipped. I was livid. I felt that that the intial $100+ was an extraordinarily high charge but paid it anyway because I was in time crunch. To be asked to pay an additional fee was completely unfair. Fortunately the manager shipped my yard signs without the additional charge.
I ordered 250 full color door hangers on June 17th with a promise of delivery around June 24 (7 day Standard) I submitted my artwork and it was approved and sent to production on June 20th. On June 27th after not receiving the item I looked at my order on their web site and it gave a new delivery of June 28th. Again no delivery so I called and talked to Marcus and after much argument I agreed to pay an additional fee to expedite the order for guaranteed delivery on June 30 as I had hired 2 people to distribute the door hangers. June 30th no door hangers, contacted chat on July 1st at 630am and after an hour of run around was told "someone will get right back to you", July 1st let go the 2 people that relied on that money and were willing to work a holiday weekend and called again. Once again Marcus kept the run around going for a solid 20 min before saying"all I can do is have someone get back to you when we know what is going on" asked for a manager, "we don't have managers here". As of now I am filing for a chargeback and making sure no one I can reach uses this company.
Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere. Might be a cheap price but you will waste tons of time contacting them for answers only to get none!

I wish we could re-order an old design. While I did receive my order on time, what I did not receive was my refund on the portion of my order that I canceled. I was told it would take 7-10 business days and it's been longer than that.
I ordered a shirt for my 14 yr old nephew with a picture of his dad on the front and angel wings on the back with some writing. My brother passed away a yr ago unexpectedly at the age of 35 leavin his son behind who's mother isn't around. The shirt looked amazing n i luv that i didnt have to order bulk just to place this order. My nephew opened it on his birthday n when he saw it he cried n hugged on to it. Thank you Imprint for the amazing work. I will be back to order from you all again..
Great overall, just was not crazy about the turn-around time with production/shipping. My statement states that production time = 3 business days + Shipping Time = 5 days (+55.15), unfortunately it was longer than that (Order date was April 15th & Delivery date was April 26).
I placed an order for napkins and T-shirt's for a party. All turned out great. I am so happy with everything! I uploaded an image that I created on an app. They adjusted it so it was not burry and fit appropriately on the items. Everything was perfect! The prices were less than any site I found. The only thing that was a misstep was I ordered two types of napkins printed differently, they were printed the same by mistake. They corrected the problem and quickly sent out replacements. My event is not for a few weeks so I had plenty of time for any adjustments. However the everything arrived in the stated time. It was a very quick turnaround. Everything happened over email or on their website never needed to make any phone calls. The response when I had a question was very quick. Was so impressed, will use imprint.com again and would recommend to my friends. Thank you so much!
The balloon color was correct, the quantity was correct, and they were delivered in time. Howerver, the print on the balloons is extremely small and does not reflect what I saw on the proof. The print needs to be two to three times larger.
It took much longer to receive the signs. I kept receiving calls that there was an issue with the picture I uploaded but when I would call in, they said there was no issue. Your voicemail system could be improved. I had to call 3 diff numbers to talk to someone.
The lanyards were great! The badge holders, however, were not the same as pictured on the website. The ones on the website show that they are sealable and the badge holders I received were not. I had to order more from a different overnight website to have what I needed in time.
I was disappointed that the website was not more upfront about standard shipping not being a guaranteed delivery date. I selected a delivery date of March 2 because I needed my order for March 10. I received an email on March 5 thaty order was in the screening process. I called customer service and had to pay $37.10 to have the order expedited to get here in time for my event. This was an unexpected expenditure due to the fact that I thought receive date I selected would be honored.
This was a last minute thought for my husbands 40th birthday - to give away to our friends/family to remember the day of celebration. They loved it! The quality of the print on the koozies I ordered were on point! I used a photo off the internet and did not use the image proofing option - and I didn't have to! It turned out really good! Very happy with my purchase! I was worried that it wouldn't get in on time so I expedited the shipping but I got it even earlier than expected so it worked out well. I recommend this product for anyone looking for good quality printing.
Good overall experience for the most part, there was some confusion at points and it was informing me that I still needed to do excess steps and how I needed to provide feedback immediately, but then I wouldn't hear back for a while so that was somewhat frustrating but when the product did finally come, it looked pretty good.
This was a last minute idea for my aunt's 90th birthday. I was able to upload a picture, design what I wanted it to say and choose my background. Even with the picture, the pins were less than a dollar a piece even with shipping! They arrived in just a few days!
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service when I called and then again when I tried using the online chat. I received two different answers to my question.
In the end, I have now been billed TWICE - so I have to call again to have one charge removed.

I will call the customer service line about this problem, but altho there are many aspects of the order that I liked (colors), the SIZE of the balloons were all supposed to be the same but instead were different, which is really a problem for the project I'm using them for. They are visibly different sizes just by looking at them before being blown up - I have to assume that for some of the colors, the wrong size balloon was used for my order.
This was the result of asking why they didn't send our stands. I don't want to wait, I'd like a refund. A full refund if you want to know how I feel considering the chaos that is now ensuing as Ann tries to find stakes.
Our order was sent missing a key component. We ordered lawn signs and lawn stakes for the signs. We ordered 100 of each and paid for each. Not until the order arrived without the stakes, and I had to reach back out with a support ticket, did I even find out they were never shipped. If we had known there were not going to be stakes we wouldn't have completed the order and they, in no way, relayed that we would not completed the order, let alone waited until it arrived half filled. We were honoring our senior high school students and we paid for express shipping, understanding that there would be a delay because of Covid, we should have also been told our order would be sent incomplete. We'd like the money refunded and will not be choosing imprint again.
A lot of upselling in the ordering process with location of production, rush production, and rush shipping. I had rush production (3 days) but not rush shipping, and my coasters were not produced in 3 days. They said it's because I didn't have rush shipping. Why offer rush production and shipping separately then? After talking to customer service, they shipped the next day. As far as the coasters, some lighter colors came out very pixelated.
I paid $251.37 for express delivery. The screen told me "deliver by Sep. 03 2015. I did not receive the yard signs on the 3rd. I called and talked to customer service and she told me that meant they would be shipped out on the 3rd. That is not what it says on the screen when I ordered. It needs to be much clearer in the description if that is your intentions. The signs and one box of 50 wire stands were delivered on Friday the 4th. I did not receive the 2nd box of 50 wire stands until Sept 8th. That is unacceptable when a customer pays premium dollars for express delivery that should be your priority to provide the customer that service and an immediate follow up should be provided, especially if the customer has contacted you with issues. I will now leave this information with you and see how you feel lead to resolve this issue.
I tried calling the number on your site and was not given any help at all. I was asking about putting the logo on the left front rather than the right front. She said I should drag it, which I could not. She told me she couldn't help me and that I should order through 24hourwristbans if I wanted to place an order by phone. I decided to just leave the logo on the right and placed the order. I was pleased that the rest of the process was simple and that I could get a quick turn around with the order. The T-shirts are very nice and the quality of the logo was better than I have received from other vendors. I will definitely order from you in the future.
I was disappointed that my arrival date offered of 6/8/2016 is not guaranteed--I needed to spend more $ for an earlier arrival as not to chance these not being here for my event 6/12/16. Thank you to the agent who offered me a PROMO10, This helps to offset this increase shipping expense.
The shirts were very pixelated as for the pictures. The pictures were taken with a quality camera and the transposing of the pictures were less than exceptible and will not be used on an upcoming trip. Seeing the quality of the work I will not be using you again. Quality is the issue not the speed of the service but the quality of the transferring of the pictures.
