I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
I ordered some t-shirts and paid extra shipping to have them delivered by a certain date and they came late. And the refund they wanted to give me was practically nothing.
The product was exactly what I wanted at a good price. I was just disappointed that for an item that was showing in stock it took so very long to receive.
The customer service was poor. The delays from COVID were not made clear and you should update your system so that it doesn't get false delivery dates.
Quality of product was not what I was expecting. By that was probably on my part. I ordered embossed and it just doesn't show up very well especially on white. I had no idea.
The avatar chat feature was a joke and. I dot got back to me. I asked for a full refund and then the banners arrived a couple of days later AFTER our needed date
It was great service. We needed to increase our production from 30 to 50, and customer service took care of it no problem even though it initially didn't look like it could be done. That was cool.
I placed an order that was done on my computer for design, and the imprint on the coffee mugs were more clear and crisp than I ever would have imagined...incredible
Figuring out pricing as I went along was a little annoying (but it seems like ALL online sign companies are this way). But comparatively, pricing was inexpensive, sign is nice
Previous order didn't look like it looks on website. Even after I called for confirmation, it wasn't what I wanted. Items were nice, but dont go with my banner, t-shirts, pompoms, or balloons.
I ordered 12 and received about 20 because a lot of them were very off centered or not straight i do appreciate the extras since they were not printed right but i could only use about 10 of them.
Make it clear on the full charge to your card. My order confirmed $42 but later cleared my bank for $57 to include shipping on the 100 additional wristbands.
Customer service was great! Talked to an actual person and they helped resolve my issues right away to ensure I received my order on time. Fast and friendly service!
The design and order process were great. The yard signs we ordered have some scratches and discoloration on the faces, but we can live with it for our purposes...
I ordered my product and paid extra to have it delivered by Monday November 14th. And didn't get it. Called on Tuesday and got a run around, then called back on Wednesday and finally told the man I spoke with I either get it by Thursday or cancel my order. The first time I ordered from this company I was 100% happy with both product and 100% with shipping. So what happened this time and WHAT WILL YOU DO TO KEEP MY BUSINESS?

Day late for arrival, paid extra for it, was not happy! But the banner looks wonderful just wish it was delivered on time.
First of all filing a ticket is hard because the order number on my invoice is not the order number you need to submit, and the categories for tickets are also limited and dno't include mechandise quality issues.
I ordered a 4x shirt, was told it was in stock. It was over a week before they even contacted me to say they had no 4x of any kind in stock and it would be months before they got them. (why wasn't it listed as back ordered or unavailable. If every style they carry was out then they had to be running low for a while.) So I had to switch to 3x. It took over a month for my shirt to arrive and I had trouble getting any updates on it until it was shipped. Then I wore it, washed it once, and the sleeve is unraveling, and Ive been trying to submit a ticket for over an hour but my order numbers on my invoices don't match their system so they won't take it. Very frustrating!
It was hard to tell the actual sizing of things I was placing on the banner. In addition, because the proof was so small, I missed a typo and the coach's name now reads "Brain" instead of "Brian."
My order arrived a week late and was therefore not in time for the event it was supposed to be used at - a child's memorial. I was refused a refund. I will not be using this company again.
The picture on the shirt looked somewhat faded. I've used other companies before & if the pic quality is not going to be good, it warns me before I order, or tells me to make the pic smaller.
I received items on time and they were same as proof, accept the custom tie dye bracelet.
The colors looked different on the screen then what I received, but overall that is the only issue.
Easy ordering. Customer service was a bit slow in responding, and my order arrived a couple days after they said it would. But overall the product looks great and it was fairly easy to order.
My first experience with Imprint.com overall was pretty good. I ordered designed T-shirts. They quoted me one price and then charged me another, but they corrected it quickly. They said something about a 16% tax that gets added, but I told them that was evasive and not clear. They quickly removed the additional amount. The shirts were good quality and printed well and shipped in a timely manner. I handled everything via online. Today, I did a re-order of the same designed T-shirts. This time, I phoned it in and it was much easier. But I may have to update this review if my shirts turn out wacky. It will be a watch and see. But for now, I am pretty pleased overall.
UPDATE: 4/25/2019 -- I was told Imprint.com could not go ahead with my T-shirt Re-Order which was originally $269.26 (with 10% discount) - I had phoned in this order at the advice of a chat who told me that an agent can help me with a reorder. I then received a message on my phone saying that the artwork needed to be full-color (which is obviously black and white -- see image) and that would be an additional amount of $256.16. The FIRST time I ordered these shirts (with the one-time set up fee of $50.00) it cost me $286.62 (Imprint removed a charge that was not told to me). Now, Imprint said that it MUST be in be full-color and it would be an additional $256.16 = totaling $525.42 for 48 T-shirts. This is a Re-Order and it does not require full-color. Even if I went on the Imprint website RIGHT NOW and did it as a NEW order, it would only cost me $309.33 (343.70 with the Save10 discount = 309.33). I spoke with three Imprint agents and they could not help me at all or get me to a supervisor. Each kept me on hold for a very long time. The last agent I spoke with said that he had a different price increase of about $148.00... That is still $404.16 for 48 T-shirts that is a RE-Order with black and white art. I CANCELED the order and he seemed okay letting me go as a customer. Unfortunately, I have to go elsewhere. I am extremely displeased with Imprint. I have orders with stickers, wristbands, multiple shirts, banners, etc. I was going to get patches next... It looks like I will I have to take my business somewhere else as the things they are asking me to pay cannot be logistically correct.
Had to resize our files because we could not place an order for the exact sizes needed even though the FAQs say "custom sizes and shapes are available" by calling the toll free number provided in the FAQs. It would help to remove th custom order option and phone number from the FAQs so as not to confuse anyone else.
From the very beginning this experience was not good. I was looking to get lanyards made with a government logo on them that did not have to be in high resolution - it just needed to be used. I let the computer comment system know this and I put this is the comment field when placing the order. I soon was notified that there was a message waiting for me on the website (via email) this process is ridiculous as I had to log into my account and find my order to write back (then I received several other emails I was not able to just reply to---just contributing to email clutter!) After several lines of conversation with a different customer service "rep" every time I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the artwork and I said yes then "they" came back and said they could not do it. So after telling about 4 DIFFERENT service "reps" to cancel my order because they could not make it work I finally was able to get a confirmation (another ridiculous thing I had to do just to cancel) I received confirmation that my order would be cancelled. I ended up finding out from accounting that this charge for the 95 lanyards did go through...Still I have not received any order (and if I did I would not open it and send it directly back). So as of right now, this company has charged for this order and nothing has been received for almost a month now. I think this is absolutely unacceptable as I asked the order to be canceled before the artwork was even approved so the card should have never been charged - Or at the very least refunded by now.
I love all of the options that I had to choose from when making a lanyard, and the fact that I can see a preview before buying really helps me know if the lanyard will look right.
