Process was easy to order. Just somewhat disappointed in my product. Glad it was inexpensive. The colors from one side could be seen on the other side and colors were very dull and not sharp. Blurry The uploaded photo was very crisp and high resolution.
Simple ordering process and quick delivery
Sent in my logo. Paid for a proof. Waited a month for the shirt color I ordered. It was not available by the time I needed them. Had to choose another color. Logo was wrong when I received final product.
No one speaks clear English. BEWARE.
When I made my ordered I made a mistake with the color of wristbands that I purchased. I submitted a ticket asking if there was way to get the color changed. Customer service was quick to answer and answer my questions. I was able to get the color changed and the wristbands still arrived on time.
Imprint customer service was great, attentive and quick to respond with questions. They actually reached out to me to clarify the design. They confirmed and suggested changes be made to improve the quality, they sent me a proof and it definitely improved. I'm so glad they reached out and still sent the Koozies on time, they were a hit!

Imprint was a nice & easy shopping experience that provided great mock ups before purchase. Unfortunately, our product came in damaged and dirty. Some of the buttons were even broken. Overall, I'm not satisfied with what we received.
The website for designing my shot glass was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out I was able design an awesome product. The price could not be beat anywhere else with the detail I had requested.
