I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
In good faith, I placed an order in April of 2020 with a delivery date of May 12,2020. Here it is May 20th and I still don't have my order. I've emailed them and called them with no definitive answers provided. They do use the word "maybe" very often. I just don't think it's a real company that cares about their customers?
Their site experience is incredible archaic and, as a result, they sent me an alert about my card being incorrect. When I corrected the error it charged me twice without me realizing it and they processed my order twice. When I followed up for a refund, they blamed me and refused to give my money back. I will never use this site again! Save yourself the headache!
Sent in my logo. Paid for a proof. Waited a month for the shirt color I ordered. It was not available by the time I needed them. Had to choose another color. Logo was wrong when I received final product.

It appears someone from Imprint tried to recreate the logo I submitted and botched it. I have 175 custom notebooks that were supposed to be holiday gifts and can't use due to the messed up logo. I am trying to work with customer service to fix issue and get new notebooks printed but they don't want to refund me the additional 200 I paid for expedited shipping to get in time for holidays. So I have a botched order and currently no fixing from Imprint.com. WON'T USE AGAIN.
This conpany has issues with be honest about shipping. My order was damaged during processing. The ink was smudged and the signs were clearly damaged. The are trying to say it was shipping but the photos will provide my point. Also I only recieved partial order. I ordered wire stakes for the yard signs and was told is was in transit and it never came. Now the company is telling me I can wait 2 weeks. So now I have yard signs but no way to use them. There customer service sucks. Stay away. Also they will block any reviews they don't like on there Facebook page and block you.
I was able to place my order for silicone wristbands very easily using the online form that guided me through each step. The options and pricing for each option were clearly visible and updated in real-time as I changed things. I received emails daily updating me on the status of my order as it went into each stage and finally shipped, and I received the shipment on the day it was originally estimated while placing the order in the first place. I'm very happy with their service. I think there are a lot of options and the order form presents you with a lot of information, so some of these negative reviews are probably from people who didn't fully read and understand what they were doing. There were some options that I could have chosen which would have doubled my price if I hadn't been paying attention. I think their prices are very reasonable, some add-ons just cost more to produce.
These people are unbelievable. We placed an order for lanyards - as shown in a photo, we choose the date we needed them (expecting they would be there around that time... which is reasonable, right?) - they never even got back to us to say they were delayed, we emailed them when we hadn't heard much and they finally confessed the order was delayed. When we asked for a refund (the lanyards are now slated to arrive way past our event), they basically said no, it's not their fault, there is a Chinese holiday and somehow we were supposed to know that? The back and forth is frustrating, they refuse to take responsibility and there is no easy way to contact a real person. They force you to use the ticketing system instead of being able to just call and handle over the phone. The phone people are probably the most useless.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them. Use one of the many other reputable vendors that will actually get your materials in a timely manner and help you when something goes wrong.

We ordered 250 of these in a variety of colors. Just about half of these were defective prints that had a thread on the screen or the print before the ink was cured. There are big long lines in each print on more than half and these are all unusable for our community.
With the remaining prints, we found 12 that were printed correctly and are usable. We tried to work with the Imprint Customer Support, but their best offer was a 30% refund on 100 of the defective Koozies.
Legitimately have never had service so bad from the printing quality to the support on working towards a resolution.
I placed my order with a ETA of June 16th. I am now told it will be an additional 2-3 weeks and this is not guaranteed either. No where did it state that if you choose standard shipping, they can delay your order. Called and called to see if I can change my option but I can't. This is pure bull $#*!.
Just know that if you choose standard shipping, it'll be a MINIMUM of 2-3+ weeks (their words) for your order to be shipped. I can't imagine why such a huge company takes that long to print a little logo (that I made, by the way. It's not like they designed anything) on 24 plastic cups. The whole process has been inconvenient, slow and regretful. I chose this site because I figured my small order would get done and shipped easy peasy, BUT - If you have a smaller order like me, use Etsy. Trust me.
Ordered a banner and the wrong banner came. They blamed the artwork and took 0 responsibility. I explained I ordered a custom banner but they said they didn't have record of it and I only ordered a blank banner. I even sent them a screen shot of the banner created in the cart with a time stamp prior to placing the order. I ordered a custom banner with writing around the artwork and they only printed tue artwork. I would not recommend using them. Will say they are cheap, but you get what you pay for.
These guys are not from Texas like they pretend to be. They are Indian scammers. All their stuff is made and shipped from China. You will waste hours each day as they pretend they are looking up your order and rushing. My order was charged and they extorted me for additional expedited money just to tell me 2 days before my event, they can't fulfill my order. Then they lie they will refund me so I now have to claim fraud. My event was cancelled and it was a stressful 3 weeks. Be Careful!
The process of getting our custom coolies was so fast, start to finish! With the most affordable and most color options on the market, we didn't know what to expect, but we had our new coolies in less than a week and love them!

This company will talk you in circles and not deliver a product. They are over double their extended delivery time frame for my order and I still have nothing. I tried to cancel the order when I knew it would not be here in time and they will not honor that either. I have filed complaints and will continue to move forward.
Do not order. Super shady. My order magically was duplicated, then I spent multiple days dealing with "customer service" who had multiple stories. Yes it can be canceled, no it can't be canceled, now we need a $65 fee, now you can pay the fee but it's in production so maybe it won't be canceled, go online and respond to the ticket (no ticket was there). Nope, nope, nope. Shady as all get out. Do not use them.
They are very inconsistent in quality. The color swatches on their website is not even close and they don't care. Ordered a dark blue color mug, even paid for the proof which came in dark blue. Mugs came light blue and they told me that is what I ordered and would not replace. STAY AWAY. They do not support their work or problems.
Cheap prices and seemingly fast turnaround on products seem nice, however, ll of their production times are lies unless you pay the highest price priorty shipping. Customer Service is also trash. They really have no idea what is going on at the production warehouse and when products will be sent out. Order sat for over two weeks with nothing being done. Was told if i upgraded the order they would produce it by deadline. Didnt happen! Called day products were supposed to be delivered and they were not even produced at that time. Customer Service will not let you speak to anyone in management!
We ordered 50 soft foldable koozies with custom (2 side) design and lettering. Everything looks great and we are pleased with ordering process and product. When we became concerned regarding delivery, I spoke with customer service. At first they told me I would have to pay $48 more for a "rush" order but with further discussion they agreed to process and sent order out with no extra charge. I suggest giving them extra lead time for any orders for best peace of mind. I will gladly use them in the future and feel they do an excellent custom designed product.

I ordered 60 signs and stakes for an event and paid to expedite them. THe signs showed up in a battered and heavily retaped box with no stakes, so I had to scramble and order through Amazon which shipped the stakes in 24 hours. They disputed my pictures of the signs and damaged box, and refused to refund for stakes I had paid for.
There are many options to order online and I will never use them again. Beware!

I ordered parking tags using their website example, but uploaded my logo. Good thing I paid extra for a digital print. When I received the proof, it was NOTHING like the product example and my logo was so small I could barely see it. After being on the phone with customer service for over an hour and the language barrier, they realized they used their affiliate's website "24-hour wristband." Why? I don't know when I ordered from imprint.com. NTL, they tried to make it right and redid he proof, it was not the quality I was expecting from a company that had 4.5 stars. So, I requested a refund. After, telling me it would take 3-5 days, I get a message asking me to be patient, as it will take 10-15 business days. They must think I'm a fool. I am immediately filing a credit card dispute with my bank. I don't know what happened to this company, but they went downhill. So, I warn you, do not use them! There are a lot of other American competitors and the work is much better!

Website advertises face masks in stock with 5 day production time. Order did not move to production for 3 weeks where it sat "in production" for over 5 days. I called customer service to inform them that I needed the masks specifically for an event being held in 8 days and need the masks to ship ASAP. After speaking to one rep that tried to charge me an extra $263 to expedite then another who tried to charge $365 I asked to speak to a manager where a production manager assured me that the masks would be delivered within 7 days to meet my deadline at no extra cost. The masks still have not shipped and today I received a call asking if I want to expedite the order to arrive in 3 more days for an extra $100. The masks are now useless to me and I am assured that it is impossible to cancel my order.
This company uses Covid as an excuse to delay production and charge extra for "expediting"
I spent $132.00 on wristbands for a family member who passed. The wristbands were poorly made. The names were so faded and the writing was so thin that you couldn't see it. Customer service was no help. They offered a FIVE dollar refund and said the pictures I sent were fine. Never using Imprint again.
What a nightmare. I ordered a graduation banner and paid extra for for a 2 day rush. Going back and forth both verbally and via email was like talking to a wall. After 4 days they agreed to waive the rush fee. I ordered the banner on a Monday, graduation weekend was that weekend. By the following Monday I was beyond frustrated and still no banner so they offered me a $20 discount. It finally arrived on Tuesday. I got my credit card statement and they charged the full amount. I asked for a refund. I got a credit I need to use within 6 months which is worthless to me. They basically refused to refund my credit card despite the FedEx tracking number showing when it arrived. Nothing but frustration and you never talk to the same person twice. Never again.
