I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.

Very misleading CO, very dishonest. 17 days overdue, no promise of delivery, refusal to refund my order. 6x I've contacted them, always vague answers, always stating "it's in production" yet my order page has stated for a full month that my order is "ON HOLD". I'm begging for a full refund, but now they are telling me there will be a cancellation fee "at this stage of production." STAGE? It's been on hold for a full month. They offered a 5% rebate to stick with them ($6.50) but still wouldn't commit to a date for delivery. BUYER BEWARE!

My koozies came on time for a last minute ordering decision. Quality material, highly recommended. I called to speak to a sale rep before ordering to make sure my order arrive on time. It did, even earlier than expected.

I ordered 150 lip balms. They arrived with in a week, and I live in Hawaii. Very quick and easy. I will say the logo came out smaller than I anticipated, and if i do it again I will try to enlarge it or position it differently. If you have time to do a sample batch I would advise that.

I needed a sign ASAP. I was in mourning over the very recent loss of a loved one, and we always ran the Gettysburg half-marathon together. This was going to be my 1st time running without her, and I asked permission of the race director to place a special memorial sign at the finish line for my Suzan. I ordered the sign a week before the race, and it arrived by the guaranteed delivery date, and was beautiful. The photos despite being enlarged were clear, and not grainy or pixelated at all. A beautiful memorial to a beautiful woman.

I recently ordered 25 shirts for my summer camp kids on the phone with a live representative. We used a previous order from last year. Same sizes, same art work. During our conversation it was discussed it was for kids. He emailed me the order and it said L, M and S. When I got the order it was all adult sizes. I called back to get this rectified and all they did was blame me for verifying the order. I had no idea the order was for adults! I just got off the phone with the representative and verbally told him it was for kids. They won't even re-do the shirts! They said it was my mistake and shouldn't have verifying led the order. They took no responsibility. My kids have no summer camp shirts! So sad! Terrible customer service. Company didn't take any responsibility for the mistake! Not even a compromise! They have lost my business!

I cancelled my order after relizing they could not do what there site says. I paid extra for production, then they tell me they can not gurentee unless i add rush shipping? Told me my order would take 2 1/2-3 weeks. How is that with one day rush production and ground shipping which the site says 3-7 days. Will never recomend them to anybody. Talk to someone there before you place your order and I mean talk not text online. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Product was 4 weeks past quoted production time, customer service offered ZERO help. Would just tell me I need to wait "2-3 more weeks." What the crap! When product did arrive the print was smudged and some of the masks had someone else's print on the reverse side making them completely unusable (and I question if they were returns that were reused, making that pretty gross and unsanitary!). I would stay FARRR AWAYYY from this company. I ended up having to open a case with the BBB that they didn't even resolve my problems. The customer service with this company is hands down the worst I've experienced in my entire life. That's not even an exaggeration.

I have order on 7th oct, today is oct 25th, still not received my order. Just called them and they told my order is pending, there is some issue with border color, I asked why you guys don't called or email, and they lied they called me several times. Now to receive my order 2 more weeks, and when I ask refund I have to give written application. Don't trust them.

This is the second time I've used this company. The first time was through their 24hourwristbands.com. I would not have used this company if I would have realized it was the same one. The first time, there was an issue with the artwork and they wouldn't refund the order. This time, I was quoted a specific day for delivery. It is past the deadline and I am told that there is nothing they will/can do even if I pay extra. They will not speed up production nor will the cancel the item that hasn't even gone to production. I will be stuck with items that I can't use.

DO NO BUY FROM THEM. I just purchased from them and when I received the product the quality was ok to good and I was fine with it.

However out of the 3 items I ordered 2 of them were missing one pc of each. I thought oh this can happen I will contact them and all will be good they will just send the missing pcs.

Well to my surprise they refuse to own up to the fact they shipped my order 2 pcs shy of complete.

They keep asking for photo proof of the missing pc. How do you take a photo of the missing pc?

PLEASE Trust me this company is good and BAD at the same time. If anything goes wrong with your order they will provide you every excuses in the world to not take care of it. The good as mentioned I was happy with the quality and the price but after them not owning up to the missing pcs and calling me a liar I have had it with them.

I absolutely LOVED getting updates throughout the production process. I was in a major time crunch, and wasn't sure at first if these would make it in time. But, you pulled through, and the coozies were delivered exactly when I specified. They were super cute, looked just like the design I'd created and uploaded. Thanks for a great product at a great price!

The color I needed on the lanyards I purchased was purple. Deep purple was what is on their website. The lanyards came in as fushia. They will not stand behind their colors as they say the colors aren't always as they are shown. Will they refund/return and make right? NO! I also ordered 6 weeks out but then I had to pay for a rush to get it in time. Not at all impressed and will not EVER order again from again!

The way your site is set up we thought stands came with signs, the price I paid for just the signs, I would not have made the order, I went broke on just the signs, very un happy, would not do again, live and learn

I had signs printed but when they arrived it looked like their printer ran out of ink or was broken- large white stripes on signs that were supposed to be all red. I sent a ticket to the company via their website- NO SURPRISE- I didn't get a call, email or anything. I wouldn't recommend this company to print anything.

Sadly they committed to delivering signs on rush timing and failed to delver. They then failed to cancel the order and will not issue a refund. Customer service is unable to process a refund and fails to follow up. It is one thing to miss a deadline in the Covid-Era, but our order was due in May and it is now July and they will not issue a refund for a product they did not produce or deliver. Buyer Beware! They appear to be having significant back office issues and would stay away.

I ordered an item on May 28th, it said it would be here June 14th. It is the 14th and it has not shipped. They want to charge $25 to get it by the 19th. Which is crazy to charge more to get it on the promised time. Don't use them I you are ordering for an event. Their shipping times are not true at all. I work for a business and would have given them lots more business. But I know now they are awful.

I contacted customer service and they didn't care at all. Terrible experience

I ordered 200 tote bags from them on April 5th. The turn around time was 2-3 weeks. I have yet to receive them. I keep calling customer service which is located in some other part of the world. They are very professional but absolutely NO help. They can't tell me where my order is, is it in production, quality control, etc. They have no idea when I will receive it. I made multiple attempts to speak to a manager to cancel it. But they say it is not possible. I think I might have to ask the credit card company to dispute it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company. Their don't stand behind their delivery times.

Ordered "paper coasters." I know that they are paper, but I had "assumed" they would be like real coasters. No, just printed out of a laser printer paper circles. I paid extra for rush, as they were a gift -- $60 total. What we got was not what I had expected. I usually order from StickerMule, they're great. I chatted with "Eanna" and opened a complaint ticket. Got my response from "Mickael" saying that I got what I deserved. A waste of 60 bucks, a waste of time, anmd a very bad online transaction. I will never do business with this outfit again. Stick with StickerMule, not only do you get free hot sauce, you actually get the product you expect. Awful. Warm holidays? Jerks. Needed to get 600 koozies in 3 days and Imprint delivered. Kept the design very simplistic to minimize the chance something could go wrong. Imprint came through and got me all 600 in 2 days and had in hand on the 3rd!

I paid this company $25 extra to have this order produced in the USA. I could see from the UPS tracking that they included me on (1Z985R*******973) that my order arrived at their office in Houston at 11:37 a.m. on May 5,2020, from the Foshan Trading Company in China. By 5:00 p.m. on this same date, it was then relabeled and shipped to me. I wrote to them asking for a refund since my order was obviously produced in China and they just remailed it to me from Houston. They offered me no explanation for this. I was hoping to resolve this issue in cooperation with them, but now I see that will not be possible. I should be due a refund for the fee I paid for USA production, and this company should be held to account for their false claims of offering items that are made in the USA.

STAY CLEAR FROM IMPRINT.COM. Buyer be warned. No delivery date is guaranteed with this company. They will give you an estimated time of delivery but that means nothing to them. They are using COVID19 as a cop-out for taking as long as they want. If you want to avoid their standard shipping policy which guarantees nothing then they will charge you more for rush options. Will not let you cancel. They have horrible customer service agents which I am positive are not located in Houston. They simply send you off to a virtual ticket which takes a day minimum to reply. They laugh at you on the phone and break promises. Ordered yard signs, were supposed to be delivered today by their estimate, yet they haven't even been produced yet. They will reply to this stating their terms and conditions of no guaranteed delivery date. This is a horrible business practice and they are taking advantage of people. If you cannot deliver on time, do not advertise that you can. You are messing with real peoples lives, yet they do not care. I will consider adjusting this review if my signs actually come in within the next week like they said they would, but I am extremely doubtful.

UPDATE: Imprint has repeatedly contacted me to apologize and either send me the one stake missing or refund me for it. After calming down a bit... I did appreciated the apology and the effort put forth to fix this issue so Im raising my rating from one to three stars. If there is any issue with your purchase CALL them right away. Don't use their ticket system.

ORIGINAL:
I bought five yard signs from them with stakes so that I can put them... in yards. They sent me four stakes instead of the 5 I paid for. I tried clicking on the order and opening a ticket TWO times to have them send me the stake so that I can use my last sign.

Finally i decided to call them and they literally told me they couldnt help me because it was past a seven day period. SERIOUSLY!? Then, when I looked for my support tickets on their site... they were no where to be found. So I couldn't even prove I had contacted them right away.

Apparently they can't take care of a simple error on their part. I will never get my signs from here again. I can't imagine how it would have went if it was a more expensive mess up.

I am asking the company to refund me and so far no one is helping me. My event was on May 30th. At time of purchase, it said the banner would arrive on between May 20th - 27th. Which was fine because that gave the company plenty of to make and deliver. Today is June 10th and we still have not gotten our refund. Stay away from this company. I see lots of delays on delivery. They might be scams and will be reporting them to BBB.
