I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
This is my first order and my estate sale signs came out great and drove business to my sale! The ordering process was very simple and there are lots of templates to choose from. Great experience!
I contacted the company (which is not imprint, but some 24hour wristband place) and tried to duplicate an order that I had placed the week before, only this time I wanted to claim my "100 free wristbands" The rep told me that there was a $15 handling fee for the "free" wristbands! So, they're NOT free? That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Then he offered to place my order online and the price was double what it should have been. He tried to tell me it was shipping and handling because the RUSH shipping would take 2 more days than it guarantees, but while I was on the phone with him, I went online and placed the order myself for $30 cheaper. Also, the $15 "handling fee" for the free wristbands was NOT in the total amount that I agreed to pay on the payment screen. They just charged it to my card and if I hadn't checked, I would have never known. Not only are they falsely advertising "FREE" products, they have proven that they will rip you off any chance that they get.

I ordered Koozies with my company logo and was given an estimated arrival date at check out for standard shipping of about a week (which still left a week buffer for my event). After placing my order, I got an email in less than 24 hours that production had started. It has now been 6 business days and it still has not shipped and the estimated arrival date has passed. After over an hour on the phone and chat with customer service (4 different agents) that I assumed is outsourced to India; I was hung up on, talked down to, and belittled, while being told I must pay for expedited shipping otherwise they can't tell me when my order will ship. They said production and shipping typically takes 3 weeks...or more... and if I wanted it any time soon, I needed to pay $68 to expedite it (which they did eventually lower to $20 after a lot of arguing). I repeatedly referenced the estimate on my order invoice of 1 week (no where near 3+ weeks), which they proceeded to condescendingly ask me to define the word "estimate". Finally I asked to cancel my order because I was not going to pay more than half of my order price for shipping that was already included. Shocker, I was told I could not do this since production had started. My order still has not shipped... This company is an absolute scam with HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I created as custom lanyard and it was exactly what I wanted when it arrived. It was done quicker than expected and it was the most reasonably priced that I could find. If highly recommend imprint
Order states 3 days production, 5 days delivery. Then when I called they said at least 3 weeks production, at least 2 weeks delivery. Said I would need to give them more money to do less then that.
This company has a huge banner at the top of their website that reads TWO DAY production and fast shipping. I inquired about my order after noticing the order status has yet to reach production after 7 days. The chat-bot told me that the "fine print" terms and conditions read that only rush orders are produced in two days and they would gladly upgrade me to rush for an additional fee. When I said no, nevermind just cancel my order, they said there would be a cancellation fee. Basically, they take your money, leave your project sitting there and extort more money out of you. They will hold your project "hostage" until you pay the upgrade rush fee or simply just take your money through the cancellation fee. So I've paid for my order and received nothing. They said for non-rush orders they don't ever guarantee a ship or receive date. SO basically, they will keep my order there indefinitely until I pay the extra rush fee. I am reporting them and filing a complaint to the BBB. Save yourself the grief - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This company does false advertising. If you need your stuff, go to Vistaprint instead.
They try to get you to pay for expedited shipping or they hold your order hostage. NEVER AGAIN!
NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. "Approval" email went to spam and our time sensitive order ways delayed majorly. In order to get our order on time they were going to charge $230! They did not follow up with phone call or 2nd email and the customer service after the fact was lackluster at best. Customer service is at an all time low with this company. WE WILL BEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I have ordered through this site multiple times and never once have I been disappointed! Great prices and the koozies are always a hit at all the events I have gotten them for!
They are the worst. They profited over $100 on my shipping, messed up my order and will not fix it. I'm out $300 with no help from them.

Poor customer service, poor quality and they send you so many automated responses to avoid having to resolve any issues. My masks were supposed to be custom and I gave exact sizing and placement directions. Everything seemed legit until I got my package 4 weeks later. Ink bleeding, lopsided images, floating images, nothing centered and all they could offer was a 5-10% percent refund and claim quality is not guaranteed and that they defects were minor imperfections. 100 masks down the drain because I cannot and will not sell these to anyone. I asked for a refund if I could return the product and was given the message over and over. I gave them a chance to redo the images and all I got was...

Dont Do It!!! Any good merchant cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They feel like after you pay, you get what you get, so don't throw a fit! and they do not do returns money back

I ordered shot glasses. My logo was not printed well. It was crooked. Some of the glasses tilted. The letters were thick on some glasses and there were bubbles in the cup.
I went back and forth on the phone with Ralph and was told to write my issue in an email, which was almost pointless because he didn't even include everything that I wrote in my email. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and cannot use the glasses. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT QUALITY.

After searching the internet for some time, Imprint.com by far had the most reasonably priced mugs. The quality is great, and they arrived within 2 weeks of placing my order which was also much faster than other sites!
Imprint.com was good about communicating with me. Process took much longer than I expected and the per-unit price is high considering the flimsy nature of the masks. I'll find a local source next time. Thanks anyway.
Honestly, in 15 years of dealing with print companies, this was the worst experience I'd ever had. Inferior products, massive delays, customer service was extremely unprofessional save for one rep (phone). I'll not be back.

Everything turned out super exact of what the preview examples were before finalizing my order. And things were shipped so quickly without any issue!
They sent update emails to let me know what stage of the process my signs were in. They arrived before I expected as well!

I ordered 50 yard signs for a charity event.
Definite communication challenges. Sent an image with all specific dimensional specs but printing was not to the specs requested. Luckily the minor variances did not create any problems for our end use. Also, had to stay on top of order daily even after approved. I discovered the rep. Never "pushed the go button" to send into production. I would definitely be a return customer...the items were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, they came in close enough to what I requested and you can't beat the pricing.
Overall great...only issue is every order gets flagged even though I am a returning customer with the same billing and payment. I understand big orders being double checked, it just prolongs the process. Will keep coming back though
