I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
DiscountMugs.com does not charge for proofs. I'm disappointed that you charge for digital proof. They automatically sends me a photo of what the product will look like at no charge. Might want to think about offering this for free.
The shirt color I choose was not available for production, but they didn't tell me until two days before they were supposed to be delivered. It pushed back my delivery time a week. Other than the delay and color change, it was great.
Imprint gave us exactly what we were looking for. The design experience was smooth and they even provided proofs and made precise adjustments based on our feedback to get the product just right! They definitely hit the mark!

Terrible customer service. Will not work with again. They were not willing to remedy their delay in production time.
When everything goes right, Imprint.com is great. If you need to contact customer service it becomes a very complicated experience. Also, for the second time consecutively the address has been incorrect and if my UPS delivery man didn't know me I would never have received the merchandise. They constantly confuse the billing and delivery addresses using half of one address and half of the other. I'll have to seriously rethink using imprint.com again in the future.
I've ordered several things from here, I've never had any trouble with any of my orders or products! Love how easy it is to get what I want, and the shipping and tracking are fast and simple! I tell everyone to use this website, and will definitely be returning, again!
My 6th order and a 7.5% defect rate per 200 pcs. There were only 4 or 5 defective pieces in previous orders of 50-200 wristbands. I have liked the quality of my previous orders. I might place another smaller order to give Imprint one more chance.
I wanted to order the same item as last time. I would like to just be able to click on that option instead of having to fill out all the forms again. Otherwise, I've always had a good experience with your company.
Public Service Announcment:
I will never use imprint.com for anything ever again, and neither should you. Customer service is a pretty straight forward process and most companies understand this - the customer is always right...especially when the customer is actually right.
I have used imprint.com multiple times over the years for custom buttons to advertise plays I have directed. I had buttons made for "Noises Off", "Baskerville", "Don't Drink The Water", and I just had buttons made for "Catch-22", which I'll be directing in August. ALL of those orders were fulfilled perfectly. I created all of those graphics as a square with the intended design centered. I have never submitted a round design to imprint.com and most websites will provide a square sample of your design overlaid by the round bleed and trim lines for reference. This is not unusual. This is what I have found to be the norm.
So, when I placed the order for "Catch-22" I added an additional order for my vanilla extract business Here's Some Vanilla. I submitted the same square design I have always used with the intended logo centered, accommodating for expected bleed and trim lines. Again, the exact same way I had done four times before. When the buttons arrived, the "Catch-22" button looked great. Wonderful! And then I opened the Here's Some Vanilla bag...
As you can see, one of these things is not like the other. So I called and submitted a return request and for them to fix their error. It seemed pretty straight forward. The attached images are off my conversation with their customer service, ending in their refusal to correct their mistake. Instead, they argued that because I didn't specifically request to NOT have my image shrunk and a big white background added, it is my fault the button turned out the way it did.
In conclusion, if you or anyone is ever shopping for custom buttons, DO NOT USE IMPRINT.COM. Thank you for your time and attention.
Our troop purchased the bracelets for recruitment and we could not be happier with the way they came out and how quickly we received them. I did have to call due to file issues and it was quickly taken care of. Will definitely order more when the time comes.
Imprint was an easy website to set up my product request. After that, it all falls apart. They took 5 days on a 1 day rush (of which I paid) and then, when they finally delivered it (3 days late) they were almost impossible to work with as they fought with me everyday about refunding the cost of the expedited services. They will not speak over the phone about issues, only work through an internet email thread. Their customer service personnel had no qualms about lying to me to get me off the phone. When I tried to get my refund for the services they did not do, it took another week of fighting with me to get any refund (and I still don't have it).
It was simple and easy to order. I did have a problem with our account being flagged due to a difference in billing and shipping addresses but everything was verified quickly. The package arrived right on time.
Their site for designing signs was good but could be better.
Took several tries to get the text to align correctly when ordering a small 9" x 12" sign. Seems like their template is set up larger signs.
The line of my sign in Spanish was printed correctly using the correct accents.
I received my products very quickly and their pricing was better than I could find anywhere else. I will def be using them for future orders
6 weeks later and they totally ripped me off. Stole my money and gave nothing but BS in return. Customer Service was horrendous and unhelpful liars.
I approved one image and got another. Product was useless. Company doesn't stand behind product and refused a refund. Did give "courtesy" credit of a whole $8. Less than $100 order and they have lost me and whoever will listen about experience as a customer.

However, one glitch, which was probably not your fault, but my credit card was compromised after using your site. I haven't used the card in weeks, but after entering the number on this order several fraudulent charges appeared a few hours later. Again, could be an outside problem, but thought you should be aware in case others are experiencing this with your site.
I ordered two sets of pins. One looks great, but the other has a white border around it. I am absolutely sure that I provided sufficient bleed for my order, and I am incredibly disappointed with the way these turned out.
At first, I was very impressed. However...it took an extremely long time to get my order. It took well over a month. Also, the colors turned out awful. One shirt was supposed to have purple print and it looks more grey than purple. My other shirt was supposed to have bright green printing, but it's actually a dark hunter green. I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing from here again.
I was disappointed that a tint generated from one of the two colors within the job was not acceptable, considered a third color, and had to be deleted from the art work or would have raised the price considerably. After that was taken care of with three phone calls and new art generated and submitted, I received further automated phone calls claiming the job was still held up and not going forward, even though I received email transmissions sayings the job shipped. It was a little unnerving being that I had a tight deadline to meet.
The end product was fine, but wished the "Red" printed had been more dense, it was a bit thin, not nearly as true as the original color specified. I guess... a result of screen printing vs digital. Leave something to be desired. Ultimately, my client was pleased, but thought you should know!
So much fun to make bracelets for an inside family joke. They came out better than I thought they could and were loved by all. They arrived two days before they were anticipated which was great! Overall easy to create and edit and super satisfied with the products!
I placed an order for 100 bags on June 14,2022 and was told that I would have the bags by June 17,2022. I spoke to a representative and they said that they would rush for me to get the order by June 24,2022 since I needed the bags for an event that I had June 25th. I never got the bags neither did I get a call explaining why. I called customer service again, the week after my event, and was told that they needed a new deadline of July 7th and that I would have my items in hand by that date. July 7th came and went yet I still didn't have my items. I called on July 11th to cancel the order and was told that I should have my money refunded within 5-7 business days. Today is July 27th and my money still hasn't been refunded. When I called customer service today to find out why I still don't have my money refunded, they said I should have it in 2-3 business days. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Easy to work through and place order. But read carefully because they charge you for items that says FREE. Free means FREE. If you are going to charge for it then put a price. For $15.00 you can receive 100 more wristbands. Don't LIE! And hide it at the bottom in smaller print for customer to find later when trying to figure out why they were charged more than expected..
