I still have not received the product we ordered. Our goal was to place a 1,000+ order after receiving the first batch of 12, but due to the wait in shipping, we will not be ordering anything further from Imprint. Upon placing the order the lead time we received and paid for was 7 days.

You need to have a way for people to save a project. Every time I clicked 'edit' my cart, it kicked me back to have to create the bracelet every time, even though all I wanted to edit was the amount I was ordering. I wanted to share the artwork with others before ordering since I'm ordering for an entire group, but then have to go back and recreate it every time is a nuisance. Giving people the option to create a log in and save their project will keep them coming back to you. I googled wristbands when I had to start over, and there's LOTS of companies out there. Just knowing what I wanted was the only reason I selected you again. I'm frankly a little worried too, because I placed an order a couple years ago with "24 hour" wristbands that was not done in a timely manner, and shipped to the wrong address. So to see now that you're connected to that company makes me wonder.

So far so good, will make final judgement once product arrives ontime. Would have also liked a more athletic "wicking" shirt option

I contacted CS for a typo change - same day as ordered, before the order went into production. They fixed the typo on the back of the shirts but not the front.

I thought the price and quality of the work was good. Just the typo issue and a slight delivery delay would be my only comments to work/fix

Excellent quality and accurate print. I ordered shot glasses for a memorial keep sake, needless to say it was crucial that they came out just right. I was overly joyed to see how great they came out and my family absolutely loved them. There were issues with the design and instead of just processing them as is, customer service contacted me and made sure everything was fixed before printing. Can't thank you enough to your outstanding customer service and quality of product!

Although Imprint was the price leader for the product I ordered, I was seriously disappointed with the customer service I needed during the process and lack of any follow up. The product turned out great, and in all honesty, was exactly what I wanted, I just wish that the help I needed would have been provided. I may come back, but I'll carefully consider all other options first. Price doesn't always win.

I had a great experience! We ordered shot glasses for gifts for our wedding party and although the ones I had originally ordered were out of stock, the customer service I received to get my order on its way to us with a different product was amazing. Very happy with our purchase!

Ordering from imprint.com was so easy and quick! It didn't break the bank and they didn't skimp on quality. The site keeps you updated with the progress of your product so you know exactly where it is in production and design to when it ships out the door. I would absolutely recommend!

I was a regular customer with them, since the last couple of months had placed at least 5 different orders with them. Their online site is pretty bad for orders. I placed an order for draw string bags and didn't require printing at all ( Just Blanks), the first order was ok. Second time when I placed order it would keep giving me a charge for set-up charges. It just would let me pass without playing those charges. So if you don't view your break up charges correctly you will end up paying. So i had to call and place order. The 2nd order i received 47 drawstring bags short, i followed with them, but they think i am dishonest and requesting for the claim. I tried to get to speak with manager but till date no one has even called me or emailed me back. I paid for a rush charge for my delivery where i got less bags. They dont just care.
I was ordering those bag's to donate it filled with school supplies, why would i be dishonest. But they care less.

I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM FOR ANY FURTHER ORDERS. THE FIRST THING SHOULD BE TO HAVE RIGHT ETHICS.

I had a bad initial experience then got a follow up and was kindly told much of the functionality I was looking for in the website just doesn't exist but they are working on it.

Still not thrilled that I was pulled in by free shipping just to learn that it is on a very limited number of products

We ordered a large number of branded coffee mugs. The mugs are of exactly the quality described and we are very happy with them. The only issue at all is that the colors on the website are not quiet a match to the actual product. Fairly close but not exactly what we expected. In fairness that warning is listed on the site. Apart from that everything was good and we will use this company again.

Design and ordering was a breeze and the final product is great. My big issue is lead time estimate. When I ordered, the site said that without expedited shipping, the products would arrive 5/25. I wanted to be sure they would arrive earlier and the site allowed me to pay for expedited shipping to guarantee arrival on 5/23. They arrived 5/19. I feel slightly misled in that had I not paid for expedited shipping, they would have arrived well before the estimated 5/25. Seems as if the estimated time is simply a way to drive up shipping and handling "costs", which is a shame because the products turned out great.

The product is great! However, the "estimated" arrival date, based on paying additional money to receive sooner was totally incorrect. I paid additional money to receive by Friday, which product didn't arrive until Tuesday - missed the intended event, but will use in the future. Wisdom: Under Promise - Over Deliver. I'd adjust your "estimated" arrival date template to accommodate rural shipping, etc. The product was great, but the implied shipping arrival date was misleading, costly and disappointing.

Great customer service. The image I first inadvertently sent was too low in resolution. I received a nice notice to contact them about it. I am so glad they didn't just go ahead and print it. The final product turned out great once I sent the higher res image.

The color was different than shown on screen, and you didn't address the issue correctly (I requested a bottom line of text be moved up instead of cut off the item but it was not printed on it at all)

As I said in my review, the shipping chart was misleading. Why give a list of specific dates if they are not accurate? I felt duped when I had to pay an extra $60 because I learned after the fact that the dates on the chart are just estimates.

I had difficulty uploading artwork. I tried from a Mac product.
I wish my artwork/ Logo could have been larger, it was also not totally centered between the handles! Next time I will choose a bag that has hidden handles!

I expected that it would take a while to receive the masks but it did feel like it was a long wait with no updates. As for the masks themselves, they look great, but these are not for adults, they are just way too snug. No one is using them, they feel suffocated by them. We will not be ordering more.

You guys are awesome! You had better prices and better design choices than all of your competitors and the service was fantastic. We loved going on our email account and seeing the updates as to where our product was in production. Keep up the great work!

Good to pay for proof so you are ensured of getting accurate product. Our logo sent was too large but was corrected in the proof. Product turned out great! Prompt, accurate and great customer service. Updated as product progressed from printing to shipping.

Everyone was very nice and helpful when I placed the order and they did arrive on time.
My concern is that the printing was very light. The previous order I made had good dark printing. These look like you were running out of ink.

Received my yard signs for a fair price and on a quick turnaround, but the print was off-center on many pieces. Overall fine.

We couldn't be happier with our banner! It surpasses what we had imagined. The website is super user friendly and the delivery time was faster than promised - by 3 days, actually! We will always use Imprint.com for all of our banner needs in the future.

Multiple attempts at purchasing through the site left me with either multiple orders of the same purchase, or no purchase at all. Phone contact either dropped my call or sent me to a different site where I had less options to put in the same order I needed. I'd only come back to this site for future orders if given a great discount for all the problems I've had to go through.

I had paid extra on the shipping to have them quicker and they showed up 2 days later than promised. They blamed it on the design but when they called to ask a question I answered it immediately. The letters on the signs were quite small and not bold like I have gotten in the past from other sign companies.
