I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.

Lots of options, website can be a little tricky - agreed.
Order came really fast which was fantastic!
Someone called to follow up on a color choice so our order could be processed.
The only complaint I have is that the two phrases that I placed on the bracelet were supposed to be spaced evenly apart, and instead they were squished together - which is not how they looked on the website design.

Not only were the shirts late, promised on time for a ceremony, but actually arrived three days after the event. The shirts weren't even screen printed for $184 in set up fees - they were DECALS! They would not return my rush fees without a long, sometimes heated exchange where I got only a percentage returned. Then I was told to take pictures of the shirts and submit them for review for quality. Really? Expecting screen printing on time, and I got decals three days late! Bad business, bad customer service, bad product. I will not use Imprint again!

I was very dismayed that I paid for having the items shipped to my address but I received notice from FedEx to pick them up at their location point instead. They said the shipper noted the package to not be delivered but to be picked up. Not very efficient or customer friendly. I called and the person was to contact FedEx, and they were to come back to me but never did. Really disappointed. The signs do look nice but really not happy on the delivery portion of order.

Its been a month and I still have not received my order, I would really like to cancel my order at this point, I have already ordered from a different site and have received my package. I will be in contact with UPS to see how this can be done, it would be helpful if the company could help as well. Customer service just kept telling me to wait and it became overwhelming, I would've been more patient if the site was honest about it being backtracked or how long it would take.

I was not able to align the curved text on the button template but assumed that the production process would take care of it. When the buttons arrived the lettering is not aligned within the words and the letters are not spaced appropriately. The graphic that I used came out fine. Maybe I didn't use the template correctly but I tried again and get the same results on the template. Can't use the buttons.

The whole process was pretty simple. As a first-time customer, I did not have any problems and my order showed up as expected. It would have been nice to be able to see a more high-resolution proof before ordering (I had a small logo that looked a bit garbled on the "proof" that I could see, so a zoom feature woule have been good to make sure the resolution would be what I expected) but the product looks great, so I guess it didn't matter too much/

The design tools for signs are limited. And it seemed that while some icons appeared to be black or red (the two colors I was already using), the price jumped up when I added the icons and the number of colors changed from 2 colors of full color. It was also confusing as to whether I needed to place the order first or design the product first. And in the past, it seemed as if I was dealing with customer support staff in the US. This time, it did not.

Website was frequently difficult to naviagate when we were selecting text and graphics. Had to redo several times. We did talk to an expert when it came to the billing. That too became difficult. The process took much too long and was frustrating. Company said we ordered 2 banners, we only ordered one but had to pay for 2. We were assured delivery by a certain date. Instead they came a day later which was after the event. They still would not refund price of second banner.

We ordered glow-in-the-dark wristbands. The wristbands came on time and were well printed; however, they do not glow in the dark. We contacted customer service who said we needed to leave them in the sun for a few hours and check again. We left them directly in the sun for an entire day but they still don't glow in the dark. Since it was a night-time event we ordered the bands for, this was very disappointing.

The quality of the yard signs was not great. They had Been cut wrong, so one of the signs does not look correct. I'm not sure if it was a machine error or human error but, unfortunately, it looks half-done.

Seem to be some pricing differences/special offer differences between Imprint.com and 24Hourwristbands.com - hadn't realized they were linked (?) until after following up on order status.

After working on a design for a while, it refreshed and there was no way to get all my work back so I redid it. Then when I paid and verified, the design changed some so I had to call and get that fixed and they blamed me for spelling it wrong but it cut a letter off afterwards. They did fix it, but the design was still a little wonky when we received them. They stayed in production a little longer than anticipated and the customer service rep made sure to get them sent out the next day for my wedding.
