I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
I paid additional money for delivery on a Monday but it was delivered on Tuesday.
The price was good but I needed help from my young computer savvy nephew to help with uploading the design onto your format on the yard sign.
Website is horrible. I lost an hour's work due to no ability to save design work as I went along. There isn't even a way to create an account for saved work until the checkout process. Very, very frustrating and amateurish website.
When changing the aspect of clip art design, the aspect ratio causes parts of the picture to dissappera. Called to see what will print,they advised me to email - no one knew what I meant. No response from email in 2 days. Called back. Hung up on. Called back and then they reviewed my email and said it should be good and hung up on with nothing after comment. Also your company answers with 'Wristbands' so I asked is this Imprint T-Shirts and both times no response. I had to basically ask if they worked there with response saying 'Its our website' - glad the price was low. Also would be nice to see if things are in alignment with disappearing graphics.
Still no response 1.5 weeks after this inquiry when I mentioned that I would like a reply.
I paid extra for my delivery to be with me by 1st October. The product did not arrive until the afternoon of 2nd, which was too late. Nice product - disappointing service.
Customer Service did not offer any compensation for missed deadline.
I shopped around before selecting imprint. They had the best value for what I was looking for. I am very satisfied with our shirts. They are perfect! Thank you! Our vacation is going to be awesome with these shirts.
Could not retrieve my original design so I had to do over again. Did call and the directions I could not understand. They sounded confused

I gave my imprinted shot glass to a friend who used it and then washed it by hand and all the ink came off. I love the glasses but when you pay that much to have the ink fall off it is very disappointing.
My only issue with the process was the website. I designed the koozies from scratch and had to start over multiple times because the website froze and became non recoverable. The 'clip art' feature is also unusable due to how slow everything is to load.
Otherwise, koozies look great and arrived in a timely manner.
We were very disappointed not only with the product (coasters) we received but also with the whole experience of ordering with Imprint.com. Their customer service was not great. Every time (EDIT: apparently there was a shift change every single time we tried to chat with them... that's what they told me.) I tried to ask a question through their live chat, it took over 30 minutes for them to respond. Once, after writing a question in their live chat, I started working on something else and after 30 minutes of me waiting on them to respond they finally responded. It took me three minutes to respond... and apparently that was way too long because they ended up telling me that they were going to close the chat because it was taking me too long.
You also have to pay an extra $10 to see a proof of what you ordered, which I think is ridiculous as every other printer we've ever worked with has not had this charge, but I'm so glad I did end up spending that money because I asked for a change and they apparently didn't even read my simple request and ended up making the change incorrectly. I had to ask for changes several times before they actually read what I asked for carefully.
Finally I received my coasters in today. They were extremely pixelated, dark and way off center. The vector image I spent hours working on can barely even be seen because it is so blurry and pixelated. It almost looks like they just printed it on a home printer because there are lines going through them. Frankly, I can't believe we actually spent money on these.
After several calls to several different departments and being hung up on twice, they offered us a 15% refund and took zero responsibility for the terrible quality coasters. Avoid this website. I suspect they give discounts to people who leave them high ratings because I couldn't even imagine who would leave more than one star.
Tip for consumers:
Pay the extra money and use someone better. Every cent you spend with this company is a cent wasted.
These masks are very small. The is a ton of fabric for the mask portion, but the ear loops are way too small for an average size adult. Most men are unable to wear them. We also had a portion of our masks come with the printing crooked.
It was good overall. There was an issue w/ my proof which i had to take the initiative to find out about. I got an email, but the link only showed me there was a problem not what it was or how to resolve it. The phone service they used would not respond when it called me, I had to repeatedly call imprint to 1) get through and 2) to figure out it was resolved. I don't understand why the process was so complicated to review a proof.
Otherwise good product and when I finally did get through to someone on the third time they resolved the issue.
The signs were of decent quality. I paid extra money to have them delivered by a certain date. I did not receive the order in time that I needed it. They were shipped out on the day they were supposed to be delivered. When I called to ask for a partial refund I was told I should be patient and just accept they were late. I was not satisfied with that answer and pursued it further.
After several days, I was told I would receive a refund for the additional monies I paid for a scheduled arrival time.
Guess what? Not only did I not receive credit on my account, I just opened my credit card bill and found that I was billed an additional $50.
While the product was decent, the customer service experience has been awful. I am waiting for a response and the original refund I was promised in addition to the bogus amount I was charged again.

I had to contact Imprint to see how to get rid of the strong paint smell in the cups. I washed them by hand. Then I put a tablespoon of baking soda in each one filled with water, had to let it sit for 24 hrs, then washed them again.
I have placed orders with this company two times. The first time, the ordering process was a pain and took a long time, but I ultimately received the product, which turned out how I had anticipated. The biggest challenges were that you would receive conflicting and unclear information from different employees, which would also conflict with the website. Some of the employees have difficulty speaking English at the level necessary to complete their customer service role. So, that is also a big frustration, and it takes some time to resolve these issues. The second time I placed an order here, I was left with the impression that I was being scammed. I was promised a particular order at a specific price by a guaranteed date. However, when I submitted the order, it was a bit more expensive than promised. Since I had a discount code, I decided to proceed. I am then contacted the next day and told that I need to call them about an artwork issue. I call them. There is no issue with the artwork. Instead, they demand that I pay them an additional $35 to receive the order by the guaranteed date?!? I argue that I want them to honor their word and I send them written evidence from one of their employees with the promise, and I am then on the phone with multiple employees for quite some time, and they each provide conflicting information, demand more money, and will not honor what was promised. So HUGE waste of time with no resolution. On top of that, the amount that they demanded (which was for a small order) is more than what it would cost to submit a new order with the same parameters. It was also enormously frustrating to speak on the phone with multiple people who could not understand English at the level necessary and who claimed that they had no power to resolve the issue. If you have a lot of extra time on your hands, enormous patience, don't mind having to pay more than agreed, and are ordering at least three months in advance, you could try out this place. However, if you only have two months or less, have low tolerance for frustration, and a budget, beware of this place.

My overall experience was okay. The company called/emailed me about my order saying it had artwork related issues but once I called customer service it was resolved. My order came in exactly like i designed it. Would recommended!
I was frustrated because I placed my order and had no idea it was on hold waiting for a proof. I thought I had submitted and just said to go with it. I paid extra for slightly expedited service and this was no benefit whatsoever since it got stuck on hold due to their system waiting for me to approve the proof. Also the final product doesn't really look like the proof, even though I approved it. The actual logo is much smaller than it was made to appear on the proof
We had paid for delivery to be received by 4/13/18. When I called...the cust serv rep said we wouldnt get them til about 2 weeks after that date. He put in a ticket. I started a chat that night, then received an email the next day and received them before the 13th.

I ordered 12 yard signs on a Sunday and paid for 1-day rush production and 3-day rush shipping to get the signs here by Friday. The signs were made on Monday and I received an email saying they had shipped on Tuesday. However, the signs were not transferred to FedEx until Thursday. I contacted customer service multiple times Tuesday evening and Wednesday when I realized the tracking number still showed the signs had not been transferred to FedEx. They kept telling me that they had shipped and would be delivered by Friday. I didn't receive the signs until Monday. I was refunded for the rush shipping but I am very disappointed with the customer service representatives. I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge that there was an issue with the shipping until Saturday morning. I never received an explanation for what happened other than FedEx didn't pick up the package.
I ordered can coolies. 2 orders, actually. I was supposed to receive 2 fluorescent colors (orange and green), they were a dull orange and dull green. They should not be listed as fluorescent colors. I am a little disappointed but too late to change it now. Customer service was great with other issues.
I should have review my letters more closely but you printed exactly what I had asked. Yes I more than likely order more. Waiting to show off my T-Shirt to my Comrads. Maybe they will ask for same. Very please on time use between time order and fast delivery.
My sign came late and bent.
I ordered this yard sign to be used in a youth cheer competition and I ordered from imprint.com as I was told by a youth sports director that they could be counted on to be fast. I paid extra for the overnight shipping so the sign would arrive on Friday and the girls could practice with it over the weekend. The sign arrived on Monday and when it arrived, it was already damaged. I know you can't control the shipping company but I am really unhappy with this experience and won't order from your company again.
I need to make sure no white is showing between the letter in my design. No one in customer service could assure me this. They said to leave comments after I placed the order... There was not an opportunity to do that after I placed my order.
