I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
I need to make sure no white is showing between the letter in my design. No one in customer service could assure me this. They said to leave comments after I placed the order... There was not an opportunity to do that after I placed my order.
I had all my stuff ordered earlier today when the site froze and I had to start all over this afternoon. Other than that, I appreciate the opportunity to make decisions on line and talk to a knowledgeable service rep
I would say it was an excellent experience. I really like the fact that I can order an assortment of can cooler colors without being stuck with 100 of the same as with other companies. The prices are very reasonable.
The banner was great quality and exactly what I ordered! Looks great in the Lady Eagles high school locker room!
The color come out darker than on the website. The khaki color is more like a brown color. We've contacted the customer service for future order purposes, as we requested to get or purchase a plain piece or bag to verify the color before ordering but they couldn't and didn't want to fulfill it. We need to use different company in the future.
Was quick and easy! Very pleased so far. Received my order after I fixed my artwork issues. I was extremely pleased on how fast and how great the quality of my order was. They were very helpful at helping me resolve my artwork issues. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
The signs were printed as submitted and they've proven effective for their intended purpose. They're nice sturdy signs. My one complaint is that another print job bled into my print job so there's unattractive black ink splotches running across the tops of several of my signs.
Loved many things about this product! Although I submitted low quality images, the product came out wonderful! Loved that the company kept me informed every step of the process from submittal to final processing and printing. If there was any improvement to be made, would have LOVED to have a sticker stating that it was made in the USA!
The printing itself is great so it gets two Stars. Unfortunately The mask sizes were inconsistent. One was too big for an adult and the next one was too small for even a child. Upsetting considering the it fit the model perfectly.
I was unable to open the battery case. I did not like having to make a video to get this issue taken care of. I have asked for a replacement and I am waiting for confirmation that a replacement has been shipped.
The website was very misleading with regards to shipping. When I called and asked about it. They just kept repeating the same unhelpful answer. When I asked to talk to a supervisor no one was ever available
The can cozies did not turn out as neon green as they were pictured online. The color came out more of a dulled down neon green. They also took 2 weeks to ship following the delivery confirmation email that was sent on May 27 2015. The shipment was finally received on June 9 2015. Emails concerning delivery confirmation should not be sent out until the customers products have at least started the manufacturing processes. The confirmation email should preferably be sent after manufacturing processes have been completed, that would make more sense.
Only problem was that I only used one imprint color and it said i used two. No way to get it back to one because customer service said it auto detects how many colors. I went and checked everything and it was all the same. So I have no idea what it is detecting.
Overall, I like the products I received. The proofs were very helpful. I was a little confused when I first went on the site trying to figure out how to communicate what I wanted. First I did the online chat, but that person was looking for an order number which I didn't have since I hadn't placed the order yet. I called the order telephone number and was told the process to follow. They were very helpful in me completing my order and ultimately getting a proof. The cocktail napkins were perfect. The dinner napkins were custom designed. The first round was not what I was looking for, but they fixed the design after I sent a sample. Communicating with the design department requires creating a ticket. The only other confusing part is how you are redirected to another website within email communications. Another phone call solved that problem. Received my order in a timely manner. Lastly, I was impressed that the products were made in the USA and willing to pay a little extra to do so.
Everything looks good the only thing that can be improved is the colors and quality of the printing on the mugs. Overall everything was good and I will order other products that have a good value (price).

Shipping costs were individually per product... NOT HAPPY with that. I bought 6 yard signs. And it was more to ship my product than to make it. Granted, I need it asap, but It more than doubled because of individual shipping options. And it also took me 4 times of going through checkout to get things to go through. Ease of use had some glitches.
Items werent packaged well, ordered yard signs and stands, Stands wore through the print in my signs.
Paid for fastest shipping and didnt ship till day it was promised to be delivered... SO it was LATE
Customer service tried to argue with me about date completed vs date delivered.
My order was not received on the date it was designated to be delivered. I did not have my order for the event I ordered it for. I was told this was because of the Chinese New Year...had I paid more my order would have been delivered in 24 hours. My order was 2 1/2 weeks. No one emailed to say there was going to be a delay. When I called Customer service I was given the run around that I shipped it to China--because I used standard shipping. You have false advertisement on your site--says products are made in Houston, TX---onluy if you pay extra.
Very disappointed in the service and notifications given by the company and the rep I talked to. He even said there many calls like mine and the company could only get my product to me if I paid more.
Took a little time to get used to how the website works and designing, but once I finally got the hang of it, I'm happy with how things look.
Some of the colors I used ended up not being that visible or the best choices, but I would never have known that from the website and how everything looked online when I approved the order.

I did a project for my rescue, not a client or I would be very upset with the final product. Print was cut off centered and allowed to go me, the client. If this was a project I did for one of my clients I would have raised more of a fuss to reprint but I was offered a 25% refund which I refused, my clients are worth more than that. I would have needed a reprint. If you are doing a piece for yourself that is your call, prices are fair but you may pay for it in quality.
Was easy to navigate, understand, and order. The on-call personnel helped me with anything that was unclear (I wanted to order one type of item, but in two different designs and saw that shipping was being to each, and the person explained why that was).
Great website, easy to work with! The finished product is very close to the website image. The actual colors are a little less vibrant, but that is not really surprising when comparing monitor colors to the actual printed product. The delivery was on time. Thanks!
I was unsatisfied with the individual I spoke with on the phone. I had an art issue that could have been resolved very easily if the gentleman would have offered ideas/suggestions on how to fix it. Rather, I was hurriedly told to make a decision.
I indicated to him that I would like to change my entire order and he told me that if I did that it would be another 2-3 weeks.
I am not happy with the overall product and I will not be ordering from your company again.
Ordered koozies for part of my wedding favor and they arrived exactly as they looked in the design tool when I created them. I was a little nervous because I uploaded a graphic to use, and added some type on top of the graphic, but they came out perfect. Would order from imprint again.
