I was in a pinch for needing buttons and I could not be more pleased with my experience! Good quality and shipped in great time!
I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
Overall I'm satisfied with the product. I ran into two small issues.
1. I was hoping the printed letters on the wristbands would be larger (taller).
2. The printed bags came out pretty neat but I had no idea how they would look. Some of the font on the wording on the bags is illegible.
Imprint always gives me what I need and the turn around time is great! I always forget I need to order buttons until the last minute but they always get them to me in time. I do wish their shipping was cheaper.

Signs are very disappointing. I specifically asked NUMEROUS times for the letters to be made as big a font as possible to fill the sign. They are very cheap looking, hard to read from a distance and look pitiful compared to the other political signs in our town. I am sooooooooo disappointed to the tune of $255+!
I was happy with the service and product. The writing at the bottom of the can cooler was a little too close to the bottom so it doesn't show well with a can in it. I would have moved the design and writing up a bit if I were to do it again.
I ordered 100 lanyards with holders. I received only 25 holders, when I contacted you, I was told there was nothing you could do. I only want the balance of the holders. When I was told to contact customer service and open a ticket. I received an email with "Response Requested", however the only box to check is a customer survey. So I can say I'm not satisfied at all.
The order came exactly as I expected. They were perfect! The only thing that I could say negative is that I never got anyting telling me when my order was going to be shipped. So I had to call and verify that the order was even being worked on. They did come on time and everything was great. I would order from this company again.
To this day i have not received my order. Order was placed on the 21 st of July, on the 10th of August i was sent an email about order being delivered. Waited a couple days and called about order and i was told it had just gone into production... I dont think this company has any clue of what is going on
Getting the artwork in a format that suited the company was awful. I would rate that experience as a ZERO as it was more of a customer demand than actually serving the customer.
The product was cheaply made and very small in terms of size.
In general my experience was a waste of time and money.
Don't waste your time. They nickel and dime you for everything. I pay it and they still don't follow through. Worst company ever don't use them.

Placed an order for fan that we wanted printed on both sides, we received a "proof" of the fan. Decided we just wanted a one side printed, clicked a button to change the order, received another "proof", clicked "approve" and we received the fans in a few days.
The website was supper user friendly and the example of what I was ordering was really accurate to what I received. It was delivered early and was exactly what we need. I'm a High School teacher and got these for some of the students here. They love them and use them all the time.
I canceled order for my high school of 50 units because they asked such ridiculous questions and wanted copies of my license. I ne we heard of that to
Make a purchase. I reported them to AX, called Better Busiiness Bureau but still have not received my credit for cancelling order.

Fast and easy website to navigate through and design items. Least expensive compared to other websites. Fast and reliable services. Great communication through the whole process while designing and shipping the product. Great quality, very satisfied.
Unclear (and questionably a bit deceptive) that one has to order and, presumably, pay for order before creating an account. While intent was/is mostly likely to order and pay soon for 2 different signs, I'd like to leave in cart and possibly edit order for 1-2 more 9x24 signs (or not?) depending upon instructs I have to work under from a long distance collaborator in Denver. I'm not confident that the credit card payment for my order won't go thru (as was represented to me to my understanding when I called in for customer assistance) before I get final approval from my collaborator on the design (which I anticipate) and desired number of the 9x24 signs. Otherwise, the experience was/is in the 4-5 STAR category
Great web interface and easy to use. This is the second time I've designed and ordered buttons and the quality is great. This shipment was a bit slower than the first even though it was the same number of buttons.
The only glitch I encountered was when putting together the custom yard sign I was given the option to add a wire stand. However, it did not appear to add multiple stands when I requested multiple copies of the same sign.
The signs turned out great. I appreciate that I was contacted when the image I sent was not exactly lining up to the sign specs. My only complaint was the customer service agent took a LONG time to lookup my order when I called and couldn't tell me exactly how much of the sign would be bare. I was pleased with the final product.
The signs that were ordered looked great when they arrived. The signs arrived in the time period that was indicated when the signs were ordered. The only problem incurred was the confusion created on the customer end when a second order number was provided. It was unclear which order number was to be used in tracking the sign purchase. When I called to ask for clarification the customer service agent provided clarification to the question on the order number but then proceeded to indicate that the signs might not be delivered for up to 3 weeks, instead of the 1 week that was indicated when the signs were ordered. The signs did end up arriving in one week, but the verbal notification from the customer service agent was disconcerting to say the least.
Few bugs at the check-out but overall very convenient and easy to do.
The status of my order was not properly updated on my profile so I tought that the was not not sent when, in fact, I received it the next day.
Other than that, very smooth experience.
Worst customer service ever. Order will Very likely come very late or not at all. Customer service Agents are extremely rude.
I ordered 500 lanyards. I wanted the j hook and I had that chosen and when I went back to show my boss what they looked like I guess I somehow clicked on the wrong hook. I called customer service and they confirmed I did at first have the j hook picked and that I had that picked but somehow I changed it. They said next time call and order. It was really frustrating. I even have a printout of my order showing the j hook.
The quality is not what i was expecting. I put a photo on the koozie, and it came out a lot darker than what the proof showed.
The writing was also off center and so low to the bottom that i'm afraid its going to get cut off once you put a can in there.
The price was great, but the quality was lacking this time.
Customer service called me to tell me something was not centered on my design and ask if I wanted it printed exactly as I had submitted or if I wanted it centered. I did want it centered and was grateful they checked with me.
Signs were fine, but the repeated automated phone calls and emails saying there was an issue after the initial issue was resolved was bothersome
