I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.

Check out was arduous due to no "save" or "go back" button. Unlike many online shopping marketplaces, there is no "review your order" before final purchase. Design feature is nice, but the guide lines for the button are covered once your design is uploaded so they're deemed nearly useless. Had trouble with my cart being emptied although i had already designed and saved my items - multiple times this happened. Pins turned out great - more pixelated than the design builder had shown, but otherwise fine. imprint.com has a lot of bugs to fix and features to add, but this order came out fine.
So far the worst experience ever. I wanted to try a new company for my retreat shirts this tear and im extremely dissapointed. Trying to have issues solve and cannot talk to a real person. The worst ticket creation system ever. The color was different, the imprint hardly noticeable, the shirts collar higher than it shows on the website. I have been trying to solve this issue for the past hour, cannot upload file, cannot receive help from a human being and my retreat bis in 3 weeks. Upset very upset
They were quick to let me know that the graphic I uploaded to use was not going to print well so they suggested I redesign but were willing to use what I had submitted. Some companies would have just printed and said they weren't responsible for the quality but you all gave me the opportunity to redesign it. I am thankful for that as the signs turned out looking great and were a big hit with my staff.
I didn't realize how small the 12x18 sign would be in my yard and decided to order another sign 24x18. It would be nice to be able to re-order the exact same design but select a larger size instead of having to re-create the whole thing al over. And What if I did like the sign that I received and I just wanted to re-order another one for someone else? It's inconvenient to have to redesign the whole thing all over again. I spoke to customer service about this already.
The website was fantastic and easy to use. Reviews of the products on other websites are a little sketchy, which is why I'm ordering a very small set to test it out now before hopefully ordering large quantities in the future.
The circle on the mug was misshapen - I'm not sure if that was a fault of the document I uploaded or imprint. The white shirt was nice. The gray shirt was awful. The gray was close to green. The white that was printed on top was dingy and peeling off.
The first order received was all incorrect, the second order was half correct and other half incorrect. Yet I was giving them another try but 3rd time they didn't even have the shirts we wanted in our size so we just gave up and choose to go with someone else.
My fiance and I used Imprint to create koozies for our wedding reception. Customer support was phenomenal when it was discovered that the image we were using on the koozie was not going to turn out the way we were anticipating. Customer support contacted me immediately and we were able to fix the problem. Our koozies turned out AWESOME and better than we expected. Customer support was patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was never left with unanswered questions and the koozies were delivered right on time. My fiance and I will definitely be using Imprint again!
My double sided yard signs came out great and we love them! However, the single side signed were not what I ordered. I had reached out prior to ordering them and asked if it was possible for the corrugation to go horizontally instead of vertically because we are stapling them to phone polls. The rep I worked with said it was possible and just make sure to notate it the notes section of that item's order. I did and then they came just like the others, with the corrugation going vertically.
Imprint customer service was great, attentive and quick to respond with questions. They actually reached out to me to clarify the design. They confirmed and suggested changes be made to improve the quality, they sent me a proof and it definitely improved. I'm so glad they reached out and still sent the Koozies on time, they were a hit!
There was no follow up email to notify me to approve design.
Was confused when I received email to confirm delivery prior to approving. Logged into account before calling for support when I realized that I needed to approve the design before print and shipment.
There is no clear communication that there is an approval process before print and shipment.
This would have eliminated delivery delays.
That's the only thing that I noticed that threw me off a bit but not to the point that I wouldn't use services again. Now that I know the process.
Would be wise to fix for future first time customers.
The print was all together with no spaces. I wasn't very pleased with it. And there was an issue with our credit card that I called about it they said it needed to run it course instead of allowing me to fix it.
I am giving the one star because there are not negative stars.
This company have the worse service and the worse business ethics I have ever seen.
I place two orders for the graduations of my kids school, for the first order they just put it on hold because they where not able to have it on time. After a lot of calling I was able to get the order in production again but I was going to get it after the graduation. I keep asking them for a refund for the rush service that I paid and they refuse to do it I just give up with that order already.
For the second order I got it on time but came without the wire stands, when I spoke to customer service on the 28th he said that the wires where shipped already and that they can not give me the money back for the wires because they already shipped, when I check the tracking number is not even working, and the guy told me to give it some time to update.
Today I checked my ticket and they just put a tracking number for the wires, they where shipped on the 28 the day I opened the claim even that the guy insisted that they where shipped already.
They preferred to lie and keep the money instead to give me a refund for the wires and accept their mistake.
This company is the worse, I understand the situation with the virus and all that, but at least if they know that the can not make the deadlines don't take the orders, and if they screw up have the decency and kindly accept your errors and make it up for your customers.

Shopping was easy. I took the picture and adjusted it to fit. Banners will be placed at World Competition for Dog Agility/Frisbee/Freestyle and Dog Dock Diving. Smaller Banner will travel around the USA
Best graphics and colors available, for the price!
The only thing I would suggest is to have the colors on the website be more true to what the product actually is.
I would say that my finished can coozies are robin's egg color, but the website made that color look more like teal.
When we placed our order, the website said it would be a 3 day printing process and 4 day delivery (we paid extra for the quick delivery). After ordering, and not receiving a status update for over a week, we contacted the company and was told those timelines were not guaranteed because we did not pay for a rush order. So we ended up having to pay additional shipping fees to get our product on time. While we are very satisfied with the product, we were very frustrated that the stated timelines were not adhered to, were very misleading and impacted our opinion of our order.
The shopping experience is always good online. Just had a problem with a previous order in the past so I am a little hesitant. I have ordered banners and shirts and so forth and they were great - but then my last run of shirts were not so great - so I am a little hesitant. But the website is great and very intuitive. Thank you.
Update 2017: The New shirts and banners turned out fine. The shirts were good sizes and the artwork was centered -- much, much better. The only thing that I have an issue with is the additional costs that do not get seen when I see the TOTAL price to be paid. Apparently there's tax and I don't see the actual real TOTAL cost. I think it is a bit deceiving since it says TOTAL cost and then when I see the bill I paid, it is not the amount that I think that I am paying.
The process of designing and purchasing the koozies was very easy. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly customer service we received. Unfortunately, we were not as pleased with the product, because the image was printed on the koozies in a slightly crooked manner. We were informed that this error was considered within the industry standards and therefore was not "defective" and could not be corrected, and so we received a discount as a result. The prices and the ability to create your own design really cannot be beaten, and I guess it makes sense that the quality of the product correlates with the price.
Called customer service last week and wasn't impressed. The girl on the phone didn't seem interested to trying to help me. The website is easy to use.
Product is great, price is great. Arrived earlier than expected.
Order was on hold because shipping and billing address were different. Customer Service Rep would only accept a business card with the billing address as proof to release the order. I regularly order with my Company Credit card and have NEVER had this issue.
I found the design process a little difficult because I could not see a sample of the sign I ordered. Even a 4x4 piece would have made the process more comfortable and quicker. I had to order a sign and then remake the design because I couldn't use the order as my design.

I ordered (12) 2-color custom artwork Koozies for an upcoming trip. Although it was easy to place my order and it arrived on time as promised, I was disappointed in the quality of the printing and the colors, which were not as depicted in the examples on the website. The 'white' was more of a pale yellow with thin coverage and you couldn't even tell the difference much between that and the mint green I chose as a second color. I was expecting the quality I see with pretty much every other koozie, which is a thicker ink and more solid coverage. Because we were leaving the next day on our trip and just got back yesterday, I didn't have time for a do-over so it was either take them as-is or send them back and go without them. I feel the printing was misrepresented. Sorry, I won't be buying from you again.
Was trying to find a free shipping code, but couldn't. Also didn't realize they didn't come with the metal things that are used to put the signs in the ground. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the signs.
