Could be better, after creating your picture, to have a preview of the product with the exact dimention

Really easy to design custom drink koozies, but their automated calling system called me a few more times than it needed to.

I did not like having to make an account and password. I'd like to shop as a guest, as I won't need to buy these items alot. Your products were NOT American made, I am VERY Dissatisfied.

The end result was positive, but I found the customer service representatives to be 1) difficult to understand, 2) rude, and 3) unhelpful.

Did not receive requested print proof. I was refunded the $10 fee, but would have preferred to see a proof prior to production.

Ordered rush service expecting it to ship the next day, but it did not and I missed my deadline. Would not order from imprint.com for a rush need.

Order came earler than expected (was not in a hurry so chose the cheapest shipping option) and the product is perfect. Great color and quality.

I have place many orders for buttons over the past 3 years. Most were fine with no issues, but one order, many of the buttons fell apart.

The sign is nowhere near the size smaller than the representative presented in a photo as an example during our chat. Also it is not weather proof.

Some of the banners were smeared but I could not send them back because we were pressed against our Reunion date, but overall the product was good.
