I was in a pinch for needing buttons and I could not be more pleased with my experience! Good quality and shipped in great time!
I ordered 100 glasses from this company and after being washed only one time, the print us coming off ALL glasses. We did not get ANY use out of them.
The signs fill their purpose, but they did have some issues. The colors were supposed to be fluroescent and they was not. Some of the print did not adhere to the signs. The metal brackets are very cheap (3rd party provider?) and are already breaking. Depending upon future needs, I may or may not use them again, but I wouldn't use them if needing high quality work.

There was a problem with my order and nobody reached out to me until the order was three days late. They then tried to tell me it would be an additional $300 to fulfill my original order that was placed that was already $200. I spoke to four people and got absolutely nowhere they do not care about their customers and there are other printing and marketing companies that will actually care enough to rectify the situation. However these people will just continue to repeat themselves like robots and not actually help you with the issue unless you want to pay more.
This company has no return policy, no cancellation policy and is completely misleading in their time estimates.
Please avoid doing business with them at all costs!

I placed an order April 27. Their website said I was able to get rush production for free - rush as in 3 days. It is not 2 weeks later and my signs are still in production. I used standard shipping because their website says that is 4 days. I needed these for graduation - no later than May 22. They still have no shipping date. VERY FRUSTRATED - I can not get an answer from anyone. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Placed an order on 5/8/20 and was given option for production and delivery. Knowing I had some time I chose the option that best fit my needs and budget. They failed to deliver within that time frame, and we are now a week past due. In the meantime I have been fed false information, I've been told standard orders are fulfilled in 2-3 weeks, 3-4 weeks, and that shipping will take another 3-4 weeks. My status went from scheduled-waiting (listed as such 3 days prior to my delivery date) to in-production only after I spoke with customer service the first time and a ticket was opened. I was informed that there is a shortage of the materials needed to make the item I ordered, yet the company is still accepting RUSH and standard orders for these items and admitted that if orders are placed online consumers are not being informed of this material shortage, and their orders are simply being placed on hold indefinitely until materials are available. In the meantime, the company immediately charges you for your purchase. They use their terms and conditions as a crutch knowing full well that they have no intention to meet the delivery dates they are advertising to their customers.
I received just what I was expecting. The online or after-hours customer service is not reliable, so you'll want to speak to somebody in Texas in person when finalizing an order.
STAY AWAY. AWFUL... AWFUL! We ordered company mugs. Not only were the staff rude and insincere about their mistake on the overprint which was shown on every mug they called it a visual imperfection that they were not accountable for also the packing was so flimsy that 30% of our order arrived broken. They offered a 5% refund. INSULTING. I basically have to throw these in the garbage which is like throwing away money. STAY AWAY. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.
I appreciated being able to talk to someone about my concerns before finalizing the order. Customer service is hard to find these days. Definitely recommend.

Ordered 200 koozies 45 days ago and still do not have them. Also, don't ask for the extra cost or option to be made in American bc they are not made in America, all comes from China. Called and asked to speak to manager over 5 times, operator created many "tickets" for someone to get back to me and no response. Yet to receive paid for goods and will be reporting to BBB and will be adding this to all social media for this company. Worthless company, don't waste your money and better to use someone local regardless of cost.

I ordered 30 sweatshirts for a team and paid extra for the proof to ensure that the color (deep red) and artwork would come out as intended. The company called me after my order was submitted to tell me that the pricing I originally ordered at was incorrectly low and they doubled the price. Then the sweatshirts were in production for over four weeks, even though the estimate was less than half that time. I had a deadline and the sweatshirts weren't going to make it in time because the production was taking so long, but the company insisted that I would need to pay extra for rush shipping despite their estimates being so wrong. They refused to let me cancel the order for a refund so that I could use the money to purchase something that would actually arrive on time for my team. They arrived after my deadline and now I will have to pay to ship the sweatshirts to everyone.
Once the sweatshirts did arrive, they were very clearly not the deep red color that was provided on the proof I paid extra for, but were very bright red. I had to reach back out to Imprint to refund me since I just didn't receive the product I had ordered. They refused to take any responsibility for the incorrect color and instead claimed that the proof is not intended to show an accurate depiction of the color or product because it is digital. Pretty shameless business practices.
Imprint is not worth the risk, as they won't even stand by their proofs.
The silicone wristbands, I ordered were supposed to be purple/black swirl but 90% of them are solid black. This was a total waste of money, I will not recommend this company to anybody
I placed an order for buttons and stickers on January 21,2020 for an event my non-profit was hosting in February. I specifically paid extra for "rush production" and selected the clearly labeled shipping for "5-days." It is now February 24,2020 and half of my order still has not arrived. My event has come and gone without my order. Customer Service tells me that I chose "standard shipping" which has no time guarantee whatsoever, despite the all CAPS language next to the shipping option I chose. They told me, "You should have read the terms of service." The buttons that did arrive had a significant number that were unusable. The plastic coating didn't completely wrap around the button, leaving half of it open and basically trash. Since I needed to get my event together and did not photograph the buttons and begin a lengthy process to try to get a refund, I have no recourse. While creating these was fairly easy, getting the finished product and getting something useful has been a nightmare. Bottomline, I will never use this company again.
If I could give a negative star I would. I paid for expedited processing and shipping gave them an deadline of 09/24/2021. I had to have multiple conversations to find out about my product which I really wish that I wouldn't have called and would have submitted tickets or chats because now it doesn't show that week of trying to insure that my product was being made. When all was said and done I finally received a tracking number my "product" arrives and it is just the wire stands. I paid over $250 for 49 football helmet style yard signs with wire stands didn't receive the most important part the actual signs. It has been nothing but sorry ma'am we can only reach our claims department by tickets and no we do not have an update on your order. No one can even tell me if they even made the signs and each time I speak with someone they do not look into the problem they just create another ticket. I needed these signs for a homecoming present to the football players and it seems that it is not going to happen.
Their online customer service took over 8 minutes to answer any question before completely ignoring my questions entirely. I finally submitted and order after 3 hours of being online for just under $800. Then, the following day, they send me an email saying there were problems with the order. Specifically, the one ink was not compatible with a 2 of the shirts, 2, that i had ordered. I told them to change the ink for the problem shirts and they said they had to do it for the whole order and not just the two shirts. Also, shirts that were marked available when i ordered became unavailable for some reason and not just a few shirts but about 20 different shirts/styles became unavailable. All in all, very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Oh, and their customer service lied about the conversation we had to make me seem like I wasn't willing to work with them and to make themselves look better. They say they will beat anyones price online but i promise you it is not worth it. There are much better companies out there and paying a little more for less of a headache is totally worth it. I've included screenshots as proof of purchase and problems just in case the company tries to deny it.

I purchased 5 face masks from Imprint.com on July 16. Delivery time was significantly longer than advertised and I received the order on August 17. I contacted the company and inquired about the order and kept being told to "please be patient". I finally requested that my order be canceled and money returned. They advised they could not refund my money. When I finally received my order. One of the graphics (soccer ball) on all of the masks were smudged. I again contacted Imprint.com and sent photographs to them of the defective product. I requested new face masks, while returning the defective masks at Imprint.com's expense, or a return of my money. Imprint.com advised that the smudged artwork was "digital lines" and offered me a 15% discount. Note: the artwork that was used was picked from the Imprint.com site. Totally unacceptable. I have NEVER left a negative review for ANY company. Imprint.com was very polite in all of my dealings with them, however their business practices are poor.
A month ago, I would have given 10 stars. Now - I'm VERY disappointed! I've ordered several different times and have been happy with the product and very quick turn around. 30 days ago, I made two different orders - one I had in about 13 days and the other one didn't show. I gave it some time and finally reached out. This order was specifically for an upcoming event. They told me it was in the process of being made. No worries! So, I kept checking online. Finally, 30 days later, I reach out, telling them I needed it for the upcoming event 15 days later. They told me to have it on time, I had to pay more money to have it shipped faster? If I paid, this would be more than 45 days after ordering. Their website says, "Our Standard Production and shipping time together is typically 14 business days."
Now, I understand that sometimes it takes longer and that I have no problem with, but I ordered this over 30 days ago, knowing that I needed them a couple of weeks beyond now. And, to receive my order within 45 days, they want me to pay more.
The sad thing is, I need to order 800 more. I don't want to take my business elsewhere, but I am so frustrated with your company. 1) No one has even apologized, and 2) No one will waive $7.00 to get them here. Keeping in mind it is going to be 45 days beyond when I ordered them.
I have canceled the order - since they cannot guarantee they will be here on time! I'm not risking paying MORE money to chance they will be here on time and not get them. I am very disappointed!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I placed an order for some yards signs on Friday 4/17/2020. I paid for ONE DAY production. It's now 4/23/2020 and the signs have STILL not shipped. They tell me the signs have been printed and will not ship unless I pay an extra $119 for expedited shipping! UPS is 2 day ground to me from their facility! I DON'T NEED to expedite the shipping JUST SHIP THE F'IN SIGNS! This company is VERY DISHONEST! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Shipped on time, looked just like the proof, easy to add my own logo. All I ask is that the product look like and ship like the description... and this one did. I will be using this service again.
When ordering a yard sign, it had me choose a day to have the sign shipped. I chose the day before the graduation party. When I received an email two days before it was supposed to arrive that it had just gone into production, I called and was told that was an estimated day. The site literally had me click on a particular day without it saying it was estimated. I canceled the order, but they processed the sign any way and I just got an email saying it was being shipped, despite the fact that I canceled it over a week ago! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Overall happy with the ease of ordering and ene product. However the yellow koozie isn't really very yellow! A little disappointing but they still look good!
Really easy to work with, great customer service, and the product came quickly! I didnt want something too expensive so the koozies worked out really well.
They keep responding to my reviews with more BS that I have choose standard 7 day production.
