I shopped around before I committed to buying from imprint.com. Prices are much better for the products and the residual items. Text and design options are quite nice. It took several weeks for my signs to be produced. Not shipped... produced. After asking a couple times, someone magically made the production happen within a day or two and they were shipped right away.

These are outdoor signs, so I know the weather (and possibly neighborhood kids) will beat them up. But, there are few spots where the colors I chose did not full engulf the printed area of my sign. Not worried about it - again, these will be outside. But, I might have considered having them fixed if it was a bigger deal.

Overall great...only issue is every order gets flagged even though I am a returning customer with the same billing and payment. I understand big orders being double checked, it just prolongs the process. Will keep coming back though

Update after receiving the T-shirt: WOW! For my husband and he loves it so much. It replaces a favorite he had years ago with same "message". He wore it out and now can start again on his brand new one. Love the quality of the shirt and the workmanship is perfect! SO glad I found imprint.com!

I like the sign but next time would choose better colors. The background color is rubbing off in some spots as well.

Customer service is terrible. Imprint clipped off an important portion of my artwork that made my product unusable. My order was not expensive to replace and they likely spend more time and money denying any wrong doing rather than satisfying a customer.

I am local to Houston and paid $176 in shipping fees - could have picked them up in 5 minutes myself - was a little put off that you don't have a local option...might not use your service again because of the inflexibility -

Very easy to use, but your program does not recognize all three of my colors in my artwork. So I have to call after every order and tell them to charge me the extra $1, otherwise it gets held up in production.

The mask that we received was not printed as expected. I asked for design guidelines and a template file that had safe, bleed and trim areas like every professional print company provides. They never would provide any information on print area guidelines.

From start to finish had nothing but issues. Place order with free shipping. Was told by a sales person over phone that I would never actually get it by my dated needed for free shipping even though it stated I would get it 5 days before. Made me pay $125 more for express. Ended up with the product 10 days before I needed it. Feel I was lied too so they could make more money. The product I got was not as nice as was shown. Ordered rainbow colored bands but the colors were all screwed up and the writing didn't look great. When I filled a complaint they could careless, called to speak to a manger and was told no manager was in and none would be there anytime soon. Horrible experience. Warning, don't use this company.

Imprint provided an opportunity my students would not have otherwise had! They found the images and designs that fit the Veteran's Program we were organizing. Imprint kept us "in-the-know" at every step of the process...students would check on this everyday until the badges arrived. Thank You!

Ordered 32" custom balloons as that is an option to order. They called and said can only do 17". (Website still says you can customize a 32").
Product received looked dirty (white balloons) and logo was much smaller than expected, plus placement looked terrible. Was not placed higher like the 32" proof I approved.

Within minutes I was able to design and order simple mugs, by myself, for an office team building exercise. The mugs were very popular. I would gladly work with imprint.com again for a similar project.

After I paid an additional cost for rush shipping, I did receive my product in a timely manner. The inside of the bracelet I ordered was a raised print and is very faint which makes it much more difficult to read than the pictured template.

Overall experience is excellent. The product is satisfactory with a slight disappointment on font size being larger than expected, caused the last text line to be too close to the edge. We will know for the next time. Really liked your status emails. Thank you!

I would suggest allowing customers the ability to purchase multiple colors of the same tote bag without charging an additional set up fee each time. I order 36 bags and would have like to get two different colors but could not afford the additional set-up charges overall. Otherwise service was good and I received my product in a timely manner,

The quality is great on my wristbands. Pretty good web interface and good customer service. I would use them again.

Great price. The color is much more purple than hot pink and the printing isn't at bright as I expected.

I ordered 100 yards signs from imprint.com. They look great and they were very reasonably priced! Will definitely use again!

It was really good! I had some trouble making changes to the order after one of my items was unavailable with the bots but once I talked to an actual customer service representative everything was taken care of. Only recommendation is that our items would be packaged in a more organized manner instead of all our different balloons thrown into one box. Looking forward to ordering from you again in the future!

The banners were very nice and exactly what I ordered. Quick production and shipment. I waited until the
Last minute to order, and still received everything prior to the estimated shipment date.
The tee shirts were nice, also. Sizes seem good, not skimpy. I haven't handed them out yet, but don't expect any problems.

Excellent product. Higher than normal price for shipping and handling. Package containing sign was excessively large. Company could probably reduce costs (and lower pricing?) by maintaining a stock of smaller packages for smaller orders.

The inside of the band did not have the print as ordered. Initially Imprint only wanted to refund $20 and give a small discount on the next order. After expressing my dissatisfaction it was agreed that the bands would be reprinted. I have not yet received them to ensure they are correct.

This purchase was made at imprint.com after carefully pricing a number of sources. We were able to get the signs much cheaper here than anywhere else. The process was simple from start to finish and the delivery time was well within expectations. Thank you.

Ordering was a bit confusing at times and I'm not sure why you don't allow a customer to see what the product will look like unless you pay $10. However I love the product and it came 2 days before expected. I'll use your services again for sure.
