To start with, regardless of how many negative reviews this site might get... there is NO alternate choice. So you're stuck with this site for visas for India. The site is not at all clear on the information that they require, not to the point. Too many possible answers. When you call the provided phone numbers for help folks on the other side act as "you should know this, how can you not?" basically minimize you and have minimal patience to walk you through the process, or better yet give ridiculous analogies to make you feel further stupid.

Just wish that the government of India can get a better 3rd party to their security verification. The entire application is tedious and difficult to process. Verbiage is just so off that's unbelievable.
