I just joined and I can already tell it is a scam website. After answering about 10 questions on a survey, it tells you do not qualify for that survey and kicks you off. Don't waste your time.

Overall the game experience was excellent. I was having lots of fun. However, when it came time to cash out, mind you I was almost convinced that it was really legit (to the point that I excitedly started promoting it to all my family and friends); I even went as fast as getting the actual virtual debit card with my outstanding $334+ pay out, and then, I tried to order something with the card, and it was a BIG FLOP! I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET MY AWARD AFTER PLAYING ALL THE GAMES FOR ALL THE MONTHS I WAS PLAYING. In fact, I can't even get into my profile (prepaid card sponsor) it received any email regarding my profile.

I have been with them for 2 months or so. I have cashed out $110 on two months. That is more then anyone I have had for years. They have cashed out faster this time.

I cashed out after a month of my time and I still can't use the gift card I have. I'm very upset and I won't recommend inbox dollars to anyone I care about.

Contact issues and delays when claiming rewards this on I received the 10$ I ordered after the 100$ 3 days ago but have not received the 100$ yet Evan after contacting support about this issue

Inbox Dollars is a website that allows people to a little (emphasis on little) money by taking surveys and also playing mobile games. It is legit and really works. It can be a huge time suck to try to make any real money, so I would recommend it for something fun to do to pass the time, explore new mobile games, and taking online surveys. The survey portion is incredibly bogus for me because about 90% of the time, if you answer a question that "disqualifies" you from the rest of the survey, it kicks you out and says you don't qualify for the survey. So spend 20 minutes answer questions to try to earn $1, for example, and all of a sudden, kicked out. Then, they may suddenly flag you for not answering properly and then you can no longer take surveys. This is why I quit trying to do anything with this website other than the occasional mobile games. Keep in mind, giving out all your personal information comes with risk and a lot of spam. Good luck and hope this helps.

It takes too long to pay out through PayPal because they use a company called Tango and I'm still waiting for the actual PayPal gift card to come when I cashed out 3 days ago!

None of the loyalty card codes are able to be used. Also my $10 prepaid Mastercard said I received it in my balance, but it declined...

Horrible I never received had a PayPal linked to my inbox account. So I didn't receive the funds so I was wondering if I could get the funds sent to my cashapp or a virtual visa

I finally got my virtual card and when I go to fill information out it keeps giving an error. I messaged them and still haven't heard back

Don't know how to get my cash out and they are telling me the don't have enough info I asked what they needed and no response

Swag bucks is way faster at getting me rewards. I will no longer put as much effort into inbox dollars. Inbox dollars sucks.

I am very disappointed in this program. I earned the reward and never received the card. I have made several attempts to reach out with no response

I never received my gift card for Texas Roadhouse and it's been over a month since I ordered it. Please send the gift card asap. It was for $50.

The site is a waste of time. I was completing a 17 minute survey on Inboxdollars and about 10 minutes into the survey, the attached message was displayed:

The survey has been reset since you started taking it.
To restart it, please follow the link in the email or other website that originally sent you here.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

If that doesn't happen, I attempted to complete three surveys and after answering around 10 questions. Then this was displayed for all three surveys:

We found a better survey
That last one wasn't the right fit.

No points earned. Scam website.

Don't waste your time with the site.

Update: On 10-11-24, I received an e-mail from InboxDollars with this subject: Level up to your first gift card with this $1 Bonus! When you click "Claim your bonus!" McAfee WebAdvisor displays this:

I clicked a survey where the site claims you will get $6 and the following is displayed:

Due to the nature of the survey, this survey does not reward instantly. Please allow approximately 6-9 weeks to receive the reward. In order to receive the full reward, you must provide accurate and thoughtful responses. Responses may be reviewed by humans for Rewards eligibility. Rewards issued after final review of all responses.

I bet after the 6-9 weeks, they'll find a reason not to reward the $6. Also Malwarebytes Browser Guard displayed the following regarding that survey:

Just a heads up, if the survey contains samplicio.us in the link or is from zampparticipant or Zamplia, they won't reward you anything. Beware. Update on 11-20-24: I have been using Surveyjunkie and the surveys that contain samplicio.us in the link or are from zampparticipant or Zamplia don't work on there either.

Also the closer you get to $15, the more times a survey kicks you out and rewards you nothing after you've answered questions.

11-19-24 - The same user won both the $100 Giveaway and the PayPal $100 prize. Users should only be allowed to win one prize per sweepstakes. See attachment.

11-26-24 - Whatever survey I click on, even the ones that pop up as recommended for me, now display "we found a better survey, that last one wasn't a good fit" I've cashed out recently so I'm just going to use Survey Junkie now since it's impossible to find a survey that works on InboxDollars.

12-24-24 - I tried InboxDollars again today and only 8 out of 61 surveys awarded me anything. That's only 13%. It's mainly a waste of time. Use Survey Junkie instead.

12-25-24 - A survey where I watched an ad for Chipotle and answered questions about what restaurants I eat at and how often came up twice today. Both times upon answering all of the questions, the message was displayed that they found a better survey for me and I received nothing. So a heads up for people who read this, if you get a survey where you have to watch an ad for Chipotle, don't waste your time. They won't award you anything.

This app is so easy to make money from. Your money adds up quickly and cash out
To PayPal only takes a couple of days to get. Also great customer service.

I have been doing this for several years and we both have positively progressed. You get to represent the consuming population, have fun and add money in your pocket. Secure, reliable and expedient.

I really think that this is an excellent website where you can make some extra cash! Because, they have helped me to make enough extra cash to pay off some bills!

Gift card doesn't even work so when will I get one that's useable.My gift card was for ten dollars I tried three different places to use it and it said no good

If you ask a question of the "Customer Care Team" they don't answer the question unless you provide a photo of your 'government-issued ID' and a selfie. BIZZARE

Very easy to make a little cash. The surveys are easy. I like to do the surveys to pass time. I always get paid on time too. It is a simple app the always pays. I recommend this app.

I have been using this site for a few years now and LOVE it! I have made over $1000 and just cashed in another $100 for a virtual Visa card that I can use any where. The games are fun and have different levels of complications and the surveys are pretty much easy and tailored to you. If any problems ever occur I simply reach out to customer service and have never had to wait more than 48 hours for a reply and more often then not a rectification of any issues.
