I'm completely dissatisfied with Inbox dollars. Every thing was good until I completed my latest offer. I was supposed to receive $120. I was given $12. It's ridiculous and bad business. I screenshot my offers upon acceptance so I have the proof of what I was owed. I've heard from others about this happening but I had hoped for better.
Inbox dollars is a SCAM! You take the surveys. But when it comes time to receive your payment (via PayPal in my case). You have to link your PayPal account to inbox dollars. They want you to verify you inbox dollars account by send you a code to your phone. The ask you for the phone number associated with your inbox dollars account. When you enter your phone number you get an error message saying that the phone number is associated with another account. Over and over again. Contacting "customer support" is pointless as you cannot talk to anyone. You are required to submit a "ticket" explaining your problem and you NEVER get any response (not even days later). Repeated attempts at submitting customer support ticked is pointless, because again they NEVER respond. So Inbox Dollars GET THEIR SURVEYS TAKEN WITHOUT EVER PAYING OUT!

I cashed out $100 and have not received it. Now I'm being asked to do a review on cashing out. It's a joke. No one is happy with the way it's being run now. Getting help is quite difficult. Things don't pay out as they should. FIX IT please.

I got enough for my first cash out reward at inbox dollars so I got the Amex 15$ virtual gift card "that is excepted basically everywhere" which is the furthest thing from the truth. I tried using at more websites then I can remember, trying different amounts factoring taxes etc, nothing worked I'm hoping to sell it for a lesser value. Hopefully the MasterCard version is better then Amex

My Inbox Dollars redemption was requested and distributed within 48 hours. They advise to expect it within 72 hours so receiving it a day earlier than stated was awesome!
I don't cash out that often from the site but I have never had a problem with my redemptions.

Inboxdollars.com requires a little bit of work, but if you're looking to make some easy extra rewarding money or gift cards. It can be kind of fun, at the same time as being rewarding. Tasks require patience, understanding the requirements per reward. Definitely need the ability to read and comply with tasks (read fine print or "more" details) otherwise your wasting your time. The website/mobile app can be very rewarding if you take the time, but also super easy rewards for things we do everyday anyways; like shopping, web searching, giving your experience or opinion, etc.
The only downfall is there is lots of spam mail, ads and emails, phone calls, and personal information but nothing extensive, definitely your choice, it's worth the annoyance, if your looking for some extra income. Thanks!

I have been using this site on and off for a few years now. While it won't make you rich, it can help supplement your income each month. It all depends upon how much time and effort you are willing to put in. I usually play games or do offers instead of surveys. Which can be long and often filter you out after making you answer a lot of questions. But the site has many ways to earn. I also like how I can get my rewards deposited directly into my PayPal.

So I'm sure that all of you, like myself, have agreed to take surveys in hopes of achieving the promised reward upon completion. Then what happens? One survey turns into another, and then another, and before you know it, your just aggravated with the whole thing and then you quit. Me too, been there done that. Then I found InboxDollars. They have multiple choices for you to decide on how you want to rewarded, i. E. gift cards, PayPal deposits, or my own personal favorite, a check mailed to your home address. I have had several rewards unaccounted for, never pending and stays in the "viewed" status. The rewards I am credited and available for "cash out" take about 5 business days to receive in my email which the virtual mastercard I choose as my most recent "cash out" had limitations on what I was allowed to buy and declined at multiple stores. I really enjoy the app and the ease of making a couple dollars but really wish the money I essentially worked for would just deposit into my bank account or be available to use immediately through my apple pay.

I love doing the daily activities. The only thing I don't like is I played inbox dollars Playtime. I made money for playing games through them. There was an update and now mine is gone. I wish that would come back. Otherwise when I need extra cash or want a few extra $$. They have it ready for me.

Did not get bonus completing larger referrals like Chime. When i contacted support, they said it must have been something i did or didn't do even after i provided screenshots of every step i took and all necessary evidence with dates and times.

Stay away from the larger referrals or the ones that dont provide confirmation right away. Inboxdollars will not pay and blame you.

Do not deposit any money on this fraudulent website. You are permitted to withdraw funds once or twice. Upon gaining confidence in you, they impose a 25% fee on the remaining balance in your wallet.
