Awsome as always cashout fast and easy lots of choices never a dull moment with inboxdollars lol gotta be sweet
Great way to make a couple extra dollars here and there. Gotta watch out for the cashouts though cuz I am still missing one!
Googling InboxDollars will bring up mixed reviews. As with Cashcrate, InboxDollars, which is owned by CotterWeb Enterprises, works using offers and surveys. The surveys are considered impossible to qualify for, as the survey companies are very specific in the demographics from whom they want information.
With InboxDollars, users earn five dollars for joining and can cash out at thirty dollars. Other than offers, users also receive paid emails, which pay two cents just for clicking them, plus hundreds of addictive games, also with a cash payout. Many users have reported dedicatedly playing their favorite games for several weeks, before realizing that no money has been added to their account. Upon inquiring with the support center, users are typically told that InboxDollars is not responsible and that payment will happen if and when the game hosts ever confirm their having played.
The offers aren't any better, though they are more attractive, as many do not require credit card information in order to be considered complete. However, once an offer is completed InboxDollars closes the page, leaving no record of it having been completed. Many complaints have been submitted by users claiming to be owed credit on numerous offers on which they wasted valuable time and offered up their email for spam. Again, contacting the support center seems to be fruitless, and many are met with rude responses from scammers whose job is to absolve InboxDollars from all responsibility towards the user.
Finally, of those who have made it to the thirty dollar payout threshold, many have complained that upon requesting their payment, InboxDollars mysteriously canceled their accounts and their money was lost.
In conclusion, InboxDollars appears to be a scam, with its main aim to collect email address to sell to third parties, leaving the user with nothing but an inbox full of spam to show for their efforts.

I can't get into my account and I've requested a new password 2 times and none of them seem to work
I have been letting them buy me a mani/pedi or a new pair of shoes every few months for 7 years now. They pay like they say they will. I don't bother with the surveys and I only sign up for offers that i truly have a need for but still get a check every 2-3 months for $3o. I don't get that many outside emails because of them because I don't abuse the system to try to get every penny I can out of them by signing up for things I do not want.
Is this a way to earn money to make a living! OF COURSE NOT! If you want to earn a living, get out there and work. But this is definitely a way to get yourself a treat every once in a while.
Inbox dollars sends about 20 emails a day. All you really have to do is click the link and let the new page load to earn 2 cents. That takes you about 2-3 months (depending on how many offers you REALLY do want to do) to earn the $30 payout. If you aren't signing up for every offer they have, the "spin off emails" are minimal.
I will continue to allow them to make money off my minimal little click for each email and give me a little in return for another 7 years I am sure.
Please don't think you are ever going to earn enough money to pay your bills and make ends meet sitting at your computer for minimal effort. That is how you get yourself scammed and bogged down in useless emails. Most surveys are ways to just get info from you and most of them are going to tie you up for 30-45 minutes then say you don't qualify. So use that time look for a job instead and stop wasting it sitting in front of the computer trying to get something for nothing.
I wish you all the best! Hope you do decide to try inbox dollars for what it was intended for and enjoy your little treat a few times a year for your efforts.
I recently signed up with inboxdollars to check them out as I was referred to it by a family member. I will say playing the games is a cool option and do far I haven't had an issue with that path.
I rarely qualify to do the surveys which is honestly annoying.
FOR THE BAD PART. NEVER SIGN UP TO RECEIVE A VIRTUAL PREPAID DEBIT CARD THROUGH THEM! I HAVE 2 AND NEITHER OF THEM NEITHER OF WHICH WORK AND IT'S AS NIGHTMARE JUST TO DEAL WITH IT. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A NEW ONE IN THE EMAIL WHICH NEVER CAME FINALLY WAS SENT A "NEW" VIRTUAL PREPAID DEBIT CARD WHICH HAS THE SAME EXACT INFORMATION AS THE ONE BEING REPLACED. AFTER LITERALLY SPENDING MY WHOLE DAY CALLING AND GETTING A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEY NEED TO CHARGE ME TO SEND ME A PHYSICAL CARD WHICH IS WRONG AS THE PROBLEM IS ON THEIR END AND NOTHING I DID. I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN CALLED IN REGARDS TO MY SECOND ONE BECAUSE OF HOW OF A NIGHTMARE IT WAS DEALING WITH THE FIRST ONE. THE KICKER I'M NOT EVEN GUARANTEED THERE PHYSICAL CARD WILL WORK IF/WHEN I RECEIVE IT. OH, AND WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY LISTED ON THE EMAIL THAT THE CARDS ARE THROUGH IT SAID THE CARD WAS NEVER ACTIVATED BUT WHEN I CALLED THE PHONE ON THE CARD THEY SWORE UP AND DOWN THE CARD WAS ACTIVE AND VALID YET EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WAS ON THE PHONE I TRIED THE NEW CARD FINALLY SENT TO MY EMAIL 6 HOURS LATER IT DECLINED YET AGAIN.
They don't give you the option to change your email if you want/need to and suggest you put in a ticket which can and most likely will take them 30 days just to respond not actually do anything just to say hey we got your ticket.
I would say playing the games and cashing out is worth not doing surveys but I honestly haven't even collected the money I supposedly earned for completing what I have because of the inability to have proper working cards.
I will be posting an update whether the card works or not if/when I receive the physical card. I'm honestly preparing for it to not work. At this point I want the $10 one to be cancelled and sent back to my inboxdollars account because I have yet to receive the $30 one I had so many problems with.
I have used this site about 2 years. I received my first cash fairly fast. Once you get your first cash out, you will notice that it is much harder to earn going forward. Recently they have capped how much you can earn daily for activities like the games section, giving you an 'aw, snap!" blocker telling you that you maxed out after earning a whopping 15 cents. The also started something new of requiring your phone number in order to request a cash out. I had to do this and now I am getting flooded with robo calls to my phone that is registered with the Do Not Call list. Their site claims they only need your number to 'verify' your account but of course they do not need a phone number to mail you a check. They claim your info is confidential but that is just a bald faced lie. Everything about that site is about selling your info, opening you to bogus surveys that ask for things like your Facebook log in, etc-- that is just a poor attempt at identity theft. Oh, and while we are on the subject of surveys, I used to work in the survey industry. Once a survey asks for your demographic information, it is finished enough for that survey to use to get paid from their client. However, the surveys on the Inbox Dollars site will have you complete the whole survey, then ask for the demographics, then you get a message saying you didn't qualify. YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE SURVEY. It is completely wrong and fraudulent to collect the survey and then claim the person doing the survey didn't qualify. Inbox Dollars is getting paid for a completed survey, they just aren't paying the user for it. It is a tedious waste of time and recently I am seeing a lot of complaints from people who have earned enough to finally cash out and when they go to cash out they are told that their account is not valid and Inbox Dollars won't pay them. Go to their Facebook page and read all the negative comments posted daily. It is not worth your time and they will waste your time and keep changing the requirements so you will never cash out.
Answer: I think the people that are saying good things about it are being PAID to say good things about it. INBOX DOLLARS is a SCAM. EVERYONE needs to REPORT them to the Better Business Bureau and Sue their ASSES. I bet if ENOUGH people got together and did that they'd get PAID and INBOX DOLLARS would get SHUT DOWN like they need to be so they can't SCAM people anymore.
Answer: It's a legit company, if you shop alot online. Go thru them and get cash back on purchases. They also have cash back on regular grocery items. As well as good amount surveys. I've been using them for couple years and just bare minimum of doing a $1-5 survey a day to get my daily complete. I make about $100 a month, but that is doing only minimum.
Answer: Inbox MIGHT have paid 35 million (and we only have your word on that)--question is how much did they NOT PAY which was due to participants
Answer: Way more tracking cookies than most survey sites but no malware or virus that I even had issues with.
Answer: No it isn't. It's legit. It just takes forever to reach 30 bucks and they keep 3 bucks. I got one check from them for 27. It's just something i do once in a while. Clicking on emails and answering surveys if i do qualify which is very rarely. You won't get rich doing that..
Answer: Hi Kristin! Members can always request a payment with InboxDollars when they reach $30.00. If a member ever has a missing credit from a survey provider, offer provider or other advertiser you can always reach out to our 24/7 LiveChat for assistance!
Answer: Hi! So glad you love the site! To help clarify the terms as shown to you when you joined about the W9 requirements you can check here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms Section VI. Cash & Payments Item 4. Tax Matters I would recommend that you reach out to LiveChat agent via our Support Center link and ask that your inquiry be sent to the accounting team who can address this information directly with you.
Answer: Dear John, Please note that your account is credited as soon as your credit is sent by the offer provider. You mentioned that you have been completing offers on Mindspay and InboxPAYS so if you have completed the offer before with those sites then they will not credit again for the same offer. We do show your account has been credited for other offers so most likely if you are missing credits on InboxDollars than it was most likely due to being credited for the same offer on InboxPays or other site. Please note that our offers will credit as our terms state usually within 14 - 30 days. More information can be found here: http://www.inboxdollars.com/pages/terms
Answer: No they don't pay daily. They pay you by check or a visa card that can be used to purchase items but no cash back. If you looking to generate income off of your own money then this the site.
Answer: This is one of the questions I pondered when I was taken for a ride by Inboxdollars. While NO ANSWER WAS FORTHCOMING FROM THE USUAL PARADE OF... supporters and staff there (look at the "repeat defenders of this atrocious business, I THINK you can safely assume it's gone to pay those who sit there and ENABLE THIS THEFT TO CONTINUE... i. e. The EMPLOYEES. Not sure whether they pool all the TAKES, and divvy it up at days end HEY KIDS, HERE'S YOUR BONUS, or if it goes to the top of the food chain (top canine). Otherwise I'm not sure what's in it for those "participants" who respond so quickly propping up/fiercely defending the indefensible business ethics of INBOXDOLLARS - one might logically or reasonably assume they're rewarded with FIRST CRACK AT THE NEW SURVEYS, with seldom a reject slip. But who knows. Perhaps you can ask THOSE individuals or the little worker bees on computers that enable this to go on, day in/day out. On the other hand, if any 'supporters/employees of this business told me it was raining... I'd look out the window BEFORE I grabbed my umbrella.
InboxDollars has a rating of 2.9 stars from 1,794 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with InboxDollars most frequently mention gift card, personal information and phone number. InboxDollars ranks 3rd among Work At Home sites.
Hi Erin!
It's no fun when a password is forgotten but we can help!
Can you contact a LiveChat agent to assist? The link for LiveChat is in your Support Center in the bottom right corner.
We do not send new passwords but will send you an email with a password reset link you can use to make a new password.
If your link in the email is not working than this can be due to having Popup blocker enabled. The link in the email is a pop up so if you have Popups turned off for InboxDollars the embedded link will not work.
Contact Livechat 24/7 if you need more help!
