We wanted to present one saree for sister on rakhi... We ordered from india emporium. We have not recieved yet after wasting so much time on phones and chat. Every time they had different excuse which were not acceptable because they were conflicting... I am surprise this is the way people do international business... these kind of things just spoil the name of nation. Nobody will like you if you cant keep your commitments. Pathetic...

I should have taken more notice of reviews posted. India emporium is horrendous. They are quick to take your money. Whilst ordering, I even had 2 phone calls from India telling me how to successfully submit payment. I have received 2 items out of 5 which I ordered and paid for September 9th. I received 2 rather shoddy cheap looking outfits and the others remain to be seen or not seen as in my case. I have e-mailed, sent hundreds of messages and I'm ignored. Potential customers DO NOT be misled or be tempted to use India emporium. They may be cheap but cheap in every sense. Money gone. Thieves and fraudsters. BEWARE

I ordered a blue party wear saree and my happiness had no limits when I first saw it its exactly as shown in the picture. The fabric, the colour, the detailing, the fall, everything is beyond my expectations. Wonderful work guys, keep it up!

This company is a total scam, the clothing is absolute crap, they look nothing like the pictures on the website, they are very poorly made, and the fabric is atrocious.

We booked 9 Patiala dresses for our dance group and shipped to USA but received defective product. Actual dress is different than what we booked. We lost all money about $450.00 gone in to drain...

They are fraud i placed an order 2 years ago still no delivery lolz today when i tried to log in my account to check if they have any shame left i saw they deleted my account another lol never ever order from this site thank god I ordered only one suit to check their service before makin large orders they suck and also are a**holes they should be arrested

There people will rip you off. I received my bridal wear a day before my wedding and it was nothing like what was in the picture that was displayed on their website. They stopped responding to me and not was there a complaints process that was followed through on. I wasted a lot of time and effort on a company that had no care for their customer. I live in NZ. If I could give them a 0 I would.

I really appreciate the work they are doing. Initially I was little confused about ordering online but they really worked hard from taking the order to final delivery.
They were updating me on whatsapp throughout the process and even their support executive called few days after delivery and took my feedback about the quality of sherwani I ordered.
I would love to recommend indiaemporium team to everyone for the good quality and their flexibility towards custom outfits.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the custom made lehenga (order no. *******). The work on it turned out to be much better than what we envisaged. And the colour and quality of the fabric is exquisite too.

"This Indiaemporium.com is a total fraud. Never ever risk your hard earned money on this website. They do not deliver on time. The item that was delivered, was not stitched according to the measurement given, The item was stitched in such a way that it cannot even be altered. They have a poor customer service department. If there is a cash back offer, do not even expect that you will get the cash back amount. I strongly recommend NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS with this website.

Do not buy from india emporium. They are cheater and liars. They took 3 month to give my dress and when the dress arrived it was very badly stitched. When i wanted to return their product. They refused and did not gave me a refund either. Very bad company and bad person

I not just loved the outfits but also liked the fact that I was continuously informed about the status of my order & was provided with timely delivery.

The product I received contained an XL sized stitched top, material for the bottom and net dupatta. Colour is exactly same what it is shown on the website. Cloth is same as mentioned in the specifications.

The most important thing i want to highlight is the kind of work their embroiders do. I have been shown videos of hand embroidery and timely updates for my outfit. Really good experience and love the interactions.

My bridal lehenga arrived on time and it looked as beautiful as it did in the pictures. Their support team is prompt and kept me up to date with the status of my lehenga. To be honest I was a bit doubtful about the quality of work and fabric when I first ordered but after receiving the lehenga all I was more than satisfied.

I had order one saree which was Made to order. After 3 months they have send me order and saree what they show on website and saree what they have sent it is not at all same.It is bad and even work is not upto the mark. Please please don't buy anything from this site.It is fraud and when you call them you will never get back you money.
