I bought a couple of kurta pajama sets from indiaemporium and I am very satisfied with the quality I was delivered. Delivery was before time, which I truly loved. Id like to shop from them time and again.

They have great customer service. I had never ordered a custom made lehenga so I had lots of questions and a changed my mind here and there but they were acomedating. However they didn't show me the progress of the dress, only the final result which made me pretty nervous throughout. The dress came out well overall. I just need to make some alterations on tightening the blouse and lehenga waist. The dress I ordered was 1.2k at the store. Ordering it online saved me $600. Will order again but with clearer instructions on measurements.

Rashu and team were very helpful and thorough throughout the process. She was constantly in touch with me through Whatsapp. The end result was great, I loved my outfit. The work was very neat. She sent me updates and pictures throughout and was ready to make changes even before shipping. The shipping was also very quick. I recommend the site and designer Rashu, The only flaw for me was the amount of time it took, but in the end it was worth it.

I ordered a lehenga and some stuff for my trousseau from indiaemporium.com and all of my outfits look exactly the same as they look in the image. The fabric quality seems premium and the embroidery fine.

And I cant thank India Emporium enough for what they delivered me the same look and feel, the same flare, trailing length and embroidery. I received a sea of compliments on my D-Day and I dont think it would have been perfect if it wasnt for the folks at India Emporium.

I have placed an order on June 20,2015. My Order No. Is Order #*******.

I ordered for Impressive Black & Blue Net Based Anarkali Suit With Sequins Work.
But i didnt receive my order even after 25 days and asked the matter and they replied as the item out of stock. They didnt even have the courtesy to call and inform.

So, I cancelled my order on 15 July 2015 as they were not able to manage the dress.
And they also mentioned that ill get the refund within 15 days
But also failed to commit the refund and made the excuse that authorised person is out of india for 25 days. But even after that i didnt get my refund and when i called they refused to refund the amount mentioning that they are going through some crisis. (my amount is only Rs 6540)
Now its been more than 7 months and i havent got any refund from them.
I have contacted them more than 10 + times but i dont get any proper reply from them

It was a steal deal so I just couldn’t resist it. I was a little disappointed because there was a 2-3 day delay in the delivery. But I was glad that the order arrived before the occasion and it was all worth it.

I’ve been following the trend of anarkalis for quite a while now so I know which styles are new and which are old as the Mughal era itself. Every time I go to india emporium I amazingly find some exclusive anarkali suits. And I confess: I’ve bought 7 anarkalis from them so far and have kinda become anarkali shopaholic.

I am a raving fan of Deepika Padukone and was searching for the sarees she has worn in her movies and various popular events. I thought them to be hell expensive and upon doing some research online I got disappointed seeing big price tags in reality. But when I did some more research, I came across India Emporium, I was amazed to see crazy cheap prices of the exact same designs I wanted.

Firstly India Emporium had a great selection on clothes. After looking through so many catalogs, it was the only site that had the lehenga of my taste for my wedding. Secondly, the customer support person, Priya, was helpful in ordering the lehenga and answering ALL my questions professionally. Lastly, the designer, Rashu, and team did an incredible job on the lehenga and made my dream outfit come to life. She had kept communication open with me throughout the process and sent me photos as I requested them. She took my suggestions into consideration and provided her professional advice on the outfit as needed. I felt comfortable with the entire process and would order again in the future!

I shopped from India Emporium for everyone in my family for this wedding season – a lehenga for myself, a couple of sherwanis for my brother and father and a saree for my mother. And all of us are overwhelmed. We loved the quality of the garments and also their support and service. Thanks folks!

Worst experience faced in this website on buying dress. They promised to deliver my sherwani on 24, Oct 2016 for my engagement but they delivered it on Nov 1,2016. They didnt gave me the stole as they promised. The customer care girl cheated that it will be upto the quality but the stiching quality is worst that the road side shop.

I’ve been their customer for more than a year now and indiaemporium.com has always proved to be awesome in terms of support, delivery time and just everything.

I order dresses and made payment two year ago on the Indian emporium website. Still waiting. These people are fraud. They never give response back and money.so carefully before making any order

I was very apprehensive last year when I placed my first order with IndiaEmporium for my custom made outfits after reading a lot of negative reviews online. I am glad I stuck with my order and since then I have had 4 gorgeous lehenga cholis designed and made for me. I have to say a huge thanks to Rashu the fashion designer who throughout the process updated me with material and design images. Over the last 6 months I have lost 21 kilos in weight, hence my measurements kept on changing, however Rashu accomodated all my requirements to produce the final gorgeous outfits. A huge thanks to the team including the tailors. I would highly recommend this company for custom made outfits.

I ordered anarkali and before placing order I did as the date of delivery which they committed and later did not send at all. I had to travel back to US and after 1 month of committed date they messaged me it's ready where as I had called them in advance to cancel the order when my suits were not delivered. They also deducted 1000rs for delivery inspire of me not asking to resend them. Please done order they are frauds!

Indiaemporium is one of my first few experiments. And I must say they’re always lived up to my expectations, helping me let go off my online shopping fear.

Please don't buy from this site at all. These people are fake they screwed up my wedding lehenga. They delivered only blouse for my wedding lehenga and other orders they didn't even delivered it. After months for asking for refund they say they don't have money at all. Also the dresses which they have on site are 50% cheap on local shops or on other websites like indianweddingstyles. People who gave good review are their own employess-daksh etc. Please don't buy from this website.
