I ordered 10 cartons of Marlboro from this seller and never received them. The US customs sent them back, USPS tracking said that they were not claimed by addressee!, which is not true because they were not passed the US Customs in San Francisco. The store got them back and asked me to send $35 more to resend the package knowing well that US Customs no longer lets these products in the country. The original shipping was $10 and now they are asking more than 3 times to resend when they know it will again be sent back to them. So I asked them to send my money back and they refused although the product is undeliverable. I have spent $255 already and think anymore I spend is wasting money and I won't get my order. An honest business would deduct the shipping cost and would send the rest back to buyer.
Update 1/15/2011: Sent several email to this seller trying to find out if he could send my order to a different country I am travelling to. Avoiding to answer my precise questions with bad English maybe pretending he doesn't understand. Finally I offered to receive two cartons less which is worth more than $48 in place of $35 shipping he is asking and all the he answers "thanks for your review in resellerrate. I am not interested in communicating with you again. I've been trying to help you." And I wonder what kind of help other than trying to get more money out of me. If he really wanted to help he would accept my reasonable offer and send me something for my money.
