INFINITI Of Denville

I own an infinti which is less than 3 years old. I drive a lot so there are ******* miles on it. I received and old change locally and had them check the "check engine" light which was on. I was given the diagnosis code and told it was a catalytic converted issue and advised of the 8 year ******* mile warranty. The local place told me to bring it to the dealer, as they thought the dealer would work with me since so close on mileage and way under time of 8 years. At dealer I was told they thought it was ******* mile warranty (anyone in this industry should know it is *******) but they baited me for $200 to have it checked out only to tell me the same thing I already knew and that the warranty was in fact ******* miles. Deceitful at best. Then I was told there maybe a transmission issues as well, which could cost me $300-$*******, but it would cost another $300 for them to diagnosis that. Allie at the dealer told me they couldn't work with me since I was not a loyal customer. Mind you I bought the car there and referred a friend who bought one. She said since I didn't have all of my oil changes and work done there, I was not a valued loyal customer. Spoke with the service manager, the GM Jorgre Rodriguez, Infiniti customer care and no help what so ever. My husband emailed the VP Christian Meunier several times, who read the email, but no response. They don't stand behind their cares, they treat customers horribly and actually insult them and they deceive customers all for a few hundred dollars. Never buy an Infiniti and never go to Salerno Duane. This is the only negative car review I have ever left and I am 45. Very disheartened.
