Carfax listed a collision for the vehicle on their report. Info Tracer said Collison " No".

My father-in-law has or had a classic Pontiac GTO. He is the second owner and has had it for over fifty years. Like most older classics, he took it in to a local mechanic to have engine work done in 2019. Little did we know that would be the last time we seen the car. The shop owner started stalling us. He closed his shop in one city and moved it to another with out written consent. Since then we have contacted BAR and had an investigation launched. Only to find out that BAR had limitations on what they could do. I used infotacer and found not only the shop owner but all of his prior business that he did the exact same thing to other people ashe did to us. We were able to see he was opening lines of credit under a different name. We got his latest address and phone number. We now are able to track him down so he can explain himself to the authorities

Decided to use infotracer to request owners name by using license plate info. I certified my legitimate reason for requesting information and results came back with everything but that information.
