If their results didn't lie when they said they had the owner information it would be really amazing! Instead I get to learn all about how many cylinders the vehicle has. It's all generic information that's accessible anywhere.
The person whose name was given in answer to my request was a 94 year old deceased woman. Not sure how her car wound up where it is. I think the info was incorrect.

If I could give zero or less I would. I just signed for the trial to find informa on a VIN for a motorcycle. The preview of the report shows that they have 15 line information on the vehicle but you need to pay extra $9.99. Guess what? The report shows nothing. This is what a scam looks like. Their automated report should have shown no available information on the preview for VIN or license plate. Before asking to sign up. That's fair business practice. Chafing for a service not provided is deceptive marketing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere..

I paid 2.95 about 2 months ago looking for a person that I had their drivers license, title to the vehicle and 6 minth outdated license plate. And that after paying for the afvamced information promising better information. This service couldn't find them at all.
I tried again a week ago thinking maybe it was a fluke. Nope it wasn't. Again had a license plate that this service is not found and can't find the person or their relatives.
I called on the day of my renewal to cancel and was charged the 24.96 because I was supposed to call the day before. They even tried looking for information and failed.
I called and offered no refund even though today is my renewal date. So I am getting charged 24.95 for a service I am not going to use. I guess I can use it for the next month to frustrate myself even more by not finding anything I'm looking for.
