It shows a number of results/reports when you do a free search, then once you pay, all of those results/reports disappear. Claiming there's no information, I did one on myself out of curiosity, hoping it worked so I could hopefully track down old school friends.

I opted to pay for this service to research the owner of a vehicle who has been parking on my private property. It appears to be a vehicle owned by a company (based on the lic. Plate). The site advertised "owner information" but that was not accessible in the basic plan. I then paid for the "premium report" since that was advertised as more detailed information. This report stated "no owner information available." This report gave me absolutely nothing I couldn't find for free. I'm very disappointed

The search previews make it look like there is information you want, but BE WARNED, they are completely fake or inaccessible once you sign up. Once you have entered your credit card details and created an account, the SEARCH RETURNS NO RESULTS FOR ANYTHING. The entire website is a complete fraud designed to scam you. My purpose in signing up for this service was to find out the name of previous owner of a vehicle that I recently purchased, on the blurred copy of tile that was one of the bits of info that would suposedly been provided by your service. Once I bought in to your service I discovered that I would need to pay an additional 9.95 to get a full report that would identify the previous owners as well as other information. Very disappointed...
Make it more clear that there will be an additional cost to get all of the information, and don't show a blurred image that leads a person to believe that all that is blurred would be clear after purchase, and also disclose that there would be an additional charge to do so.

I was told that a report would include ownership information among other things and none of that was actually available in the final report. I even paid for the premium report after having been misled on the entry level one, and was given another false promise. This is a scam of a service.
