I searched for a license plate online and Info Tracer website claimed have results but I had to pay for them. Upon paying the fee and creating an account, InfoTracer said there were no results. This shows Infotracer engages in false advertizing.

Customer Service said the fee was non-refundable. They backtracked when I said I would lodge a formal complaint with the state office of consumer protection.
