If their results didn't lie when they said they had the owner information it would be really amazing! Instead I get to learn all about how many cylinders the vehicle has. It's all generic information that's accessible anywhere.
I got the name and city. No address no contact information. I was hit by this person and he left before the police showed up or before I could get his insurance information.
They post incorrect information and refuse to remove even once documents have been submitted showing the data they have is not even close to correct. They have cost me 100s of thousands of dollars in

I paid the initial fee for the service and wasn't given the information that the original search claimed it would have. Then was given a list of things that would be in the "premium report". The information I was looking for was listed there. Paid the basically $10 for the premium report, only to see that the information I was looking for was not available. I feel that I just gave your company $13 for absolutely no reason. Computers did all the work, and nothing I was looking for was included in the report.

Ordered Infotracer to track down a hit-and-run driver. Infotracer stated the license plate I entered had "Driver Information", but after I paid I found out that only car information was included, there was no information about the driver. Total ripoff!
