If their results didn't lie when they said they had the owner information it would be really amazing! Instead I get to learn all about how many cylinders the vehicle has. It's all generic information that's accessible anywhere.

I typed a name and a small town. Your preliminary results indicated that you had located a person with that name in that small town. I paid. The results came. That town and that name were never displayed. Instead I got variations of the name in random locations all over The US. Very misleading. Clearly a waste of time and money.

Was not able to conduct even a single Canadian search. Looked up three profiles that are well documented on social media and other places, but the tool came back with no results for each. Infotracer states that it will provide complete vehicle information, including the name of the owner of the car. But while it provides a ton of information, it does not provide the owner's name on its report.
Darlene was excellent--very kind and helpful. It's not her fault that the company misrepresents the information it provides, yet she deals with the consequences very professionaly and politely. I commend her for that.
