If I could give this zero stars, I would. Got a random recall notice for a car I've never owned, InfoTracer claimed their info would help me make sure nobody has registered a car in my name without my knowledge. Nope. The info they gave me for the "intro" price was exactly what was available for free elsewhere. They wanted a premium upgrade fee to get additional info, and in my search I learned that the information I sought is actually NOT available for anyone except insurance companies and the police.
