If their results didn't lie when they said they had the owner information it would be really amazing! Instead I get to learn all about how many cylinders the vehicle has. It's all generic information that's accessible anywhere.

You get very little information with the trial subscription. I did not purchase an advanced sub. Why should I? The trial should demonstrate what information you would get with a more expensive sub. If the trial I bought did demonstrate what you would get, then there is no reason to spend more money. All I got with a license plate lookup was carfax info.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry we could not provide the vehicle's owner information. Everyone is welcome to do a Preliminary Search on our site. The Preliminary Search accesses people’s databases to verify that the person exists in the United States and is just a preview of the possible results available once you've subscribed to our services.

I ran the search on my end and was also unsuccessful. It could be that the VIN might be restricted access under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection. This may also happen if the information has been purposely removed for privacy, confidentiality, and security by an individual or the state.

Since we could not provide the information, I canceled the account and processed a refund of $9.95 for the Premium Report. Please expect the funds to reflect in 3 to 5 business days.
