I purchased the Dining table set recently in saraf furniture store and I must say the quality is really good and the service person which came for delivery is very polite.

Amazing collection of woodwork. All types of furniture are available. I had bought a study table at a very very reasonable price and the quality was amazing.

I purchased wardrobe, a bed and a mattress from insaraf. Wardrobe was sent of smaller size despite taking money for larger size and was told that they will return money of larger size so that I can keep smaller size. I refused and after multiple follow ups right size mattress was sent. Bed was supposed to be delivered in 4 weeks but took 3 months to deliver that too after begging and requesting multiple times. Wardrobe broke and cracked in 2 months of purchase and when checked for warranty with insaraf their team mentioned that only termites are covered and not the product. Despite the big claim of seasoned wood the product couldn't withstand 2 months of light cold weather. This is misleading advertisement and claim by insaraf that they give life time warranty when it's only termite treatment that is covered. There products are hollow when it's said it's solid wood and warranty is termite treatment and not product warranty. This calls for legal action against the company to wilfully lie and mislead the customer.

My brother recommends me about saraf furniture. And I purchased a king-size bed from there. And when I got it. I am fully surprised by design and quality. I am very happy.

They charge high delivery charges after committing to free delivery. Customer service is pathetic. Not ready to deliver nor refund the money back. Forced to give 20% extra charges to deliver.

I have purchased modern design sofa set. And got it at discounted price. I must say Saraf Furniture is the best furniture store in the Sardashahr, Rajasthan.

Poor quality product, poor packaging. The product is always in a damaged condition, poor customer support. Keeps wasting the time of the customer by not providing any resolution ever.

BIG MISTAKE! I made the mistake of ordering furniture online because I live overseas. I called them immediately afterwards to ensure they will be delivered within the date range they specified. I was in the country for 3 weeks and the date range was well within this time. When it did not come I called them, and they said it would be delivered before I left. A couple of days before I left it still had not come and I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They asked me to email them, which I did. They said they would let me know the update soon. I followed up twice after returning from India, and they said they will check with the senior management. A month afterwards, I called them. I was told it was not their poliocy to cancel the order and they will not issue a refund. They gave me two options- to have it delivered at a different address or hold it for a year until I come, both of which were not acceptable to me. Why would I trust a company that had not sent me the shipment on time? There was no resolution, except an email that said it will be shipped within the next 2 hours- to an empty apartment to which I had told them I will not return for a year! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.

Recently i purchased study table for my son for its online classes and it was really good nicely build with high quality material.

Placed an order in January 1st week. Till date 19th March 2021, there is no delivery done, there is no date when they are going to deliver.
When we asked to refund they are giving excuse that COVID happened. They never bothered to update us that they are not able to deliver till I started following up about the delivery in March. As per their website shipping was supposed to be done on 23rd Feb, 2021. When I started following up about delivery their customer care started giving me fake promises of different dates, saying this is the confirmed date etc etc. After many many follow-ups I neither have the product nor my money.
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM INSARAF.
