Saraf furniture has been my number 1 to go store for buying solid wood furniture. Ever since I came across them i have never switched also recommended them to my whole family their furniture quality is top- notch. The sofa set that I bought from them has my heart.

Ordered a desk - damaged desk delivered - company refuses to replace product or refund keeps sending from One department to another saying placating talks. They are the worst experience ever.
Product gown on site and the one delivered are not matching.

They are big frauds and cheaters, they just make fools to customer and makes money. No one should buy product from them. I have long story which I cannot share place is very small. Just don't buy anything.

Saraf furniture is one of the best furniture store in India. It provides its customers with online shopping for various kinds of products such as wooden furniture, living room furniture, bedroom furniture, dining table, chairs, cabinets and others.

Ordered dinning set in 2022 November second week, and still unable to use the product because once you pay the money, you are literately on the mercy of Saraf Furniture. They don't bother when the product will be delivered, if you you lucky enough then may be 2-3 months, after multiple follow ups.

High chances that you will receive a defective product, they will arrange the technical but again after multiple follow up. Technician will fill everything with some wax which eventually comes out. And these shameless people will say they have fixed the product, nothing more or less that same problem appeared in 15 days.

For replacement, I'm still struggling to get the replacement. Word like ETA or customer services are from alien dictionary for them.

I am extremely happy with solid wood kuber bed purchased from Saraf Furniture. This has been nearly two weeks of usage and till date no problems using it. The kuber bed has a sleek elegant design which suits my home. There is an oriental yet modern touch to the design made with Sheesham hardwood. All of considered, I'd express that the bed would be well worth the money. It reached me intact, in a prescribed time period n with excellent packing. Have ordered a bed and 2 bed side table and all the items which i have received are in damaged stage. Despite of multiple follow up for 2 months they are not bothered to revert back to us with a solution.
Even there is no installation being provided. You either have to self install the items or need to spend extra amount for installation.

Recommend no one to purchase a single item from SARAF FURNITURE. They are highly unprofessional and unresponsive

Very unprofessional. Constant nagging until the advance amount has been paid. After the initial amount has been made there is no proper response from their team even after 20 days past the estimated delivery date. Below I've attached a screenshot of the mail I received after I called the customer support a day after Estimated delivery date. Till date I've called them 4 times and the reply I get is that it'll be ready in a week.

They took money. Supplied broken item twice. Taken back the broken items. And now no response.

Good Going. Take money first and supply damaged items. Then take back the damaged one also. This is the business strategy Saraf has. No hesitation in advising people not to buy from Saraf.

Very unprofessional, they have delivered Dinning table which has it's legs broken, chipped and in worst condition. When this is raised to customer care they say we will repair it. Why would a customer want to get a new furniture repaired for the amount of money we have paid? Also they design of the dinning table is like the chair don't fit, you cannot push the chairs inside the table space. They are not giving any solution for such design blunders. Forget your hard earned money if you buy anything from INSARAF.

I recently bought something more from Saraf Furniture, and like before, the whole transaction went without a hitch. The ordering process was simple and quick, and I valued how convenient their internet method was. The delivery process went really smoothly, and the driver showed up when he said he would. I was happy with the item's meticulous delivery, which ensured its safe arrival.

I am totally satisfied with the quality and price. It took 4 months for my second order to be delivered. My first order was delivered in 6 weeks. If your product is already in the stock, I think you get it in 6 weeks. All's Well That Ends Well, so I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars, also considering the special situation we are in currently.

I happened to place a order for sofa for my main room. Order no is #INSF******* to avoid any claims of false review. I received the package, item was found defective, requested them to repair/replace. Forstly, they DID NOT reply to my complain and then when connected told me to drop msg to another mail id claiming to be the complaint id. Fine, I sent the same request again. After lot of deliberation, finally they said kindly get it repaired and furnish the bill, amount will be reimbursed. Okay, I did so and asked them to pay the repair amount. To my utter surprise, they changed their statement and said now we will replace the defective product. Nonetheless, I was still positive and asked them to do so. And here I am still waiting. I may or may not get my item. But, trust me people, don't be fooled by apps and site. Walk up to your nearest furniture shop/carpenter and get it made as per your choice. Absolutely not recommended.

I am a repeat customer for insaraf furniture and i truly appreciate the quality of product they deliver. However, this time around when i ordered for a double bed, the courier delivered a damaged part. I was really surprised to see the delivery person handling the parts alone, considering it required 3 persons to unload the product from their van to my house (in ground floor). And as i guessed the one of the product part was damaged. I raised a complaint #******* on Aug 15 2021. Its been over 5 months and i have been getting only false hopes and assurances that the part is ready to ship but till date nothing. There is no escalation process and no one bothers to let me know the real status of the replacement. While i continue to follow-up, i hope the top management take cognisance of the fact that existing customers complaint resolution is something they need to look into seriously and show that they count.

Hoping for a closure.

I was not sure to buy furniture online but later I purchased a sofa set and chairs. And I got it in 5 days. When I checked the furniture. I am quite surprised that my friend was right. Quality and design are excellent. And the price is also very affordable. Thanks.

I booked a study table in November and the website promised delivery in 3 days. It's been more than a month and I still don't have my product spoke to some person called Ashwin Sharma who was completely useless abd unhelpful.
I this this company is a complete con job.
I have wasted ******* rupees.
