Nice store to shop latest fashion furniture. I had got my dining set custom made. Since I wasn't entirely satisfied with the finish, they agreed to redo the whole set and I am 100% happy with the final outcome. The sales executive was highly informative and extremely courteous, which is a rarity these days. It's worst on-line company, whose only aim is to cheat the customers. Ordered bookshelf more than 3 month ago (order no 1NSF*******), but yet not supplied & every time giving new excuses. Like me, hundred of customers are facing similar problems & every time giving the same excuses to all. No senior officials available on their helpline number. A Facebook group has also been formed by the customers cheated by the Company. We are contemplating to take legal action against the company.Kindly also guide the necessary action to be taken at our end.

Excellent quality products and fantastic staff. We roamed around entire market and visited almost every furniture store but finally zeroed in at Saraf Furniture. We purchased an American style imported sofa set and got delivered/installed within 3 days of invoicing (including Sunday). We were assisted by Store Manager at the store and we are really grateful for all her support and help in finalising the product. She's wonderful and extremely supportive & customer focused. Now holi will come
No sign of order, no delivery dates confirmed, not refunding the money. 3rd grade customer service and utterly dishonest people. I am initiating legal action for refund.

I received a chair with several cracks. Even after repeated follow ups and email they never came or came to check to repair and replacement. Now the back is broken.
