One of my friend told me about saraf furniture, basis on her recommendation I purchased designer sofa set from saraf furniture at very reasonable price. Delivery guys were very decent and polite, their service is very good.

Purchased a very high end sliding wardrobe from Saraf Furniture. It was customized for my requirement. And I am very happy with the quality of work. The Staff was very helpful and guided us well. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives.

The company is a complete fraud. Ordered a side table in Feb and still not arrived. Their strategy is to tire you with different dates and standard responses till you give up. They are always responsive with their mails but will keep giving you standard one liners or dates with no further details. " item is in final stage of inspection " etc etc Do t waste time and money

I was searching furniture for office use. My staff told me about saraf furniture and i purchased table, sofa, and chairs at discounted price. Delivery guys delivered all furniture in given time. I'm really very satisfied & happy with the services of saraf furniture.

We are having the worst customer service experience with Saraf Furniture. When we ordered the bed in March, they promised to deliver it in 5 days and now it is already almost 2.5 months and they keep coming up with some or the other excuse to extend the delivery. And that too they never communicate - we have to do multiple follow ups to get the response. I would never do any another transaction with them.

After the 6 months of order placed and installed we have seen the crack development as per seen the images. They don't give the free service too. After mailing all the images they said like our technician will visit and the charge should be paid by the customer. Very unsatisfied with the saraf furniture cause it's been only 6 months and the damage shows. Poor product.

Horrible! Never ever buy any product from Saraf furniture. No customer care, nobody gives an exact date when the order will be delivered. Followed up for 150 days, no. Of mails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, tagged Yet to receive only 2 products, had ordered 3 products on the 16 August 2021… order value is almost Rs. 50,000. And this is how they treat a customer! The rot has started from the top, an entire organization not feeling like responding. Very very pathetic company! Big FRAUD e-commerce company.

My order was booked with full advance payment in October 2021. The order had many pieces of furniture. The delivery took place in February 2022 after umpteen calls and heartburn. The owners cannot be connected directly as these delayed deliveries are a norm with the company. They have an inhouse call centre which is trained to constantly lie to customers. Absolutely disorganised company trying to make it big. With this kind of setup, I sure they're going to go down, not up. There are other companies making similar furniture based in Rajasthan, try them, they deliver in time.

A fraud and thief company who has no concern for the customers. I ordered bed, bed side table and sideboard from them but they have supplies broken, damaged, cracked panel and poor finished product for which they had taken Rs 1, 03, 000/- in advance. Now they are neither replacing nor responding. Bloody goons of highest order. Pathetic quality stuff are been offered. Begging dor last 45 days to kindly refund the amount but these jokers are not responding. Their quality is worse than dog $#*!.

If you need to serve a larger group, consider putting some dining room chairs in storage. Depending on your needs, you can choose a round extendable dining table from Saraf Furniture because It gives the variety of furniture collection with an affordable range.

Their products are just ok but service very very poor... pls don't rely online market blindly... as army officers I can give u just advice... they will maximum time only chat with u but with no response in ground esp when ur in type B city like Jabalpur... very poor response... if any stuff get damage during transportation they don't even attend or replace... liar of highest order... pls still u want to suffer most welcome

For me personally, being connected with Insaraf hits home. It has been a little over a year since I made my first purchase with them. What surprised me most when I saw their collections, was that they captured the sense of belonging beautifully in all their furniture pieces. Very poor quality products and customer service. This is a fraudulent company, they deliver very poor quality product and do not service in spite of follow ups.

My dining set broke and came apart in just 3 months. Spending so much money is not worth.

I am planning to approach customer consumer Court as after multiple follow-ups also they are not resolving my issues.

Never shop from them. Else get ready to lose your money

Saraf Furniture had such a wonderful overall experience. The shop in Delhi had a large collection of excellent furniture. The staff is extremely courteous and supportive, and they treat each person as though they were a family member. Thanks to Saraf furniture, you can find beds, sofa sets, dining tables, office chairs, Multi-units, crockery units, and much more all under one roof. It has been a wonderful journey with the same and ahead too.!

Ordered dining table and centre table. Finish is horrible, not like in the picture. And there was power coming out of wood after few months and when you try to get help they push you around and if you try to leave negative review you cant do that in their site. I guess most of these reviews are from their own staffs. Dont buy and be fooled
Spend your money wisely.

Saraf Furniture is a very professional furniture company. They have an amazing collection of all kinds of furniture. My friend told me about them, his words gave me the confidence to choose these guys as I was confused between different companies at that time. So, I visited their site and checked all the products they offer. After that, I decided to place my order over them because they were offering the best prices with the quality stuff.

I purchased the whole furniture like sofa set, bed, dressing table, almirah and etc for my daughter's wedding. The whole experience was amazing. Sales guys are very polite; they helped a lot to select the right furniture's. Exactly I got sophisticated designs for the wedding at discounted prices. Thank you so much saraf furniture.

I purchased a desk with drawers, they looked goof but the piece of furniture with drawers is very badly designed and now having used it a few times I am completely unable to open the drawers with my stuff inside. I contacted the company many times and only received automated reply with no further follow up.

Please never buy from them- the dressing mirror was broken, the table chairs were defective, and the table plank started to shift after 20'days! Repeated phone calls to fix/ replace items went unacknowledged. Nobody came by to fix or replace it- company is a total fraud! Their Goa representative, who I was asked to contact, was ruthless and rude. In a nutshell, after months of calling and following up, we had to pay 3k to fix the mirror and 1 k to fix our table/ chairs and btw the carpenter said the furniture is not solid wood as they claim on their website and it was impossible to fix the plank fully even after 3 nails and 2 screws- reason being it's some cheap wood that went out of shape! Beware everyone!

Earlier I didn't believe to buy online furniture will be fruitful but someone recommends me about saraf furniture. I ordered 2 chairs and one table from them. Seriously I got all the furniture at the best price as compare to market. And quality is superb as I have seen in images. Overall I am fully satisfied. Thanks

I recieved a defective product after 8 weeks of placing the order.

The headboard was damaged. I reported it on the same day (now over 4 weeks ago). The support staff didn't reply for 10 days. I finally called the CEO and he said it will be looked into. Got a generic template email right away and then no answer thereafter. Now it's been over 5 weeks and the staff doesn't give a crap.
