On First glance thought it was a different product. Ordered a day bed with Mattress. Mattress provided is no where match with the one in the website. Height and length of the mattress is very small and not a fit into the day bed. Even the daybed is one inch less in length and width. Wood ordered is not a match, received a two tone. Overall a bad experience.

My order number ID#DD*******. I had placed an order 2 months ago and made a downing payment of ******* and now I am yet to receive the product which was promised to me on 27 last month. If it gets delayed genuinely it's fine. But you people kept telling that the product is under final process every single time I call. You never give a proper response to emails. I am really sorry to say I have no other choice but to go ahead with a legal proceedings against you

I ordered 3 products worth 80k on the 9th of September and till date ie. 25th Nov, they have not been delivered. Numerous calls and mails have resulted only in delayed timelines. Multiple dates have been given after several reminders. Not once has anyone bothered to call or inform in almost 2.5 months. Everytime I have called, a date of next week has been provided. They dont have anyone to address the complaints, no one is bothered about the plight of the customers. Whatever positive reviews one may find on the net, they are fake.
Never even think of ordering through them.

Average quality of product + EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE.

Please do not fall for this scam of a company called insaraf.
I paid around 6,000/- to get additional storage in my bed. They sent a bed without handles/grooves to access the storage.
I had first complained in August 2021 and my issue hasnt still been resolved. The CEO of the company, who I reached out of linkedin is equally incompetent as his team.

Will never purchase again from insaraf.

Someone told me about saraf furniture but i couldn't believe but when i purchased
Chairs and table from there. I really got to know that quality of wooden using in furniture that best quality Sheesham. And i got all furniture at discounted price.

Not recommended to anyone, do not buy product from Insaraf (order number- INSF*******)
They delivered the bed but they are denying to do the assembling. They are saying that they don't have services in that area where they themselves delivered the product. I need to get the assembling done from any other carpenter. Upon asking that will they cover the cost and damages, if it happens by external carpenter, Insaraf is saying that they will not be liable for it. It's a sheer cheating. I don't know as how they will fulfill the terms of warranty if they cannot facilitate assembling. It is a sheer act of cheating.
