Mast dezine ekdum badiya quality n well mentioned showroom. We wrapped for protection in transit and pleasant delivery people I bought a chester which fits my space perfectly. It's nice to have lots of small drawers to sort out small items for clothing. Sataff behavior is very good helpful
I have ordered tea table in month of June and expected delivery date was on 16th July. And till now i havent received my product & customer service team are unable tell the exact date of delivery still. And not heard any call back from the team. This is very disappointing.

Recently purchased a wooden Almira as I was looking for a long time the build quality was really good my experience with saraf was always good.
Buying furniture is really an good option from insaraf.com. All the furniture designs are unique also furniture are at good price.

Last week visited their model shop near HRBR layout, Bangalore. The shop is aesthetically done and the prices are OK. Store reps - Suresh and Pavan talked sense - Hence, we have taken a chance, ordering Kuber Bed, King Size with Top opening storage, Honey finish on 07Aug, 2018 - Order#INSF*******. Order value: Rs. *******. Shipment expected in 6 days, and another 7-8 days to reach Bangalore(from general Info mentioned in their website). Expecting the delivery by 21st Aug, 2018. Will keep you all posted of my shopping experience - helping easier decision making for future buyers.

Checked with Customer Support for the status of my order. They said, it should be shipped in 2-3 days time.(refer photo uploaded) Expecting shipment by 12th of Aug. Order Flow as expected. Awaiting shipment.

Got my bed delivered on 28th Aug (slight delay of 5 days, with Indian transportation and monsoon, it's a non-issue). The bed is absolutely fine and as expected. Polite delivery and assembly men. Super happy me:)

DON'T ORDER! Worst customer care team ever. Very excited with their designs online, I placed an order for a bed worth 40k, and paid it all upfront on 28th Jan. Received confirmation the same day, and was told that it will be dispatched in a month and a half. On repeated follow up calls and mails they replied on 14th March that it will be dispatched latest by 23rd March. Then on following up on 23rd, they said ‘latest by 29th March'. Again on 2nd April after I followed up they said it will be dispatched on 10th April.
The worst part is- no update on their website. All you know all of this might just be some scam. Pathetic customer care team. Today they are saying it will dispatch after 3 days. And they have the guts to say "trust karo, teen din me dispatch ho jaayega nahi toh full refund." I've been paying heavy rent on my furniture, will they compensate me for that? Companies like these only take customers for a ride wasting their valuable time, effort and money. 1st and last time I ordered from Saraf. PLS DONT ORDER FROM THESE CHEATERS!
It is highly disappointing that the newly purchased bed from a renowned brand SARAF is an entirely defective piece. There is not just one problem, but the entire product is full of poor quality and bad craftsmanship. Following are the list of the issues with the product.
1. To start with, on the website, the product says the bed is made of SHEESHAM WOOD, and no other material has been mentioned. However, the bed received has a base and top made of MDF that is too poor. I am sure that it cannot take a load of 5kg to forget about the human weight for which it is manufactured.
2. The structure/frame on which the top MDF board rests is broken. And it is highly unprofessional that the people who came for installation, rather than acknowledging the defect, covered it up with the board so that we don't see it.
3. The dovetail joint of the mainframe doesn't have neat grooves to the extent that workers had to use hammers to somehow bring the frame together with such an untidy finish. (Picture 2)
2. The top ply shape is not designed as per the bed's size and further does not have straight edges. So much so that at edges, there is a gap of 3-4inches which, strangely, the manufacturers decided to ignore. At places, it doesn't fit and overlaps with the MDF part (Picture 3 & 4)
3. The box's base again uses MDF of shallow quality that it will break as soon as we start storing anything unless SARAF is expecting us always to keep it empty and not use it. (Picture 5)
4. The image on the website shows hinges and a handle to open the bed storage area ( which is what a regular bed looks like). Again, leaving us shocked, the bed only has MDF boards to cover the box without any fixtures/hinges. SARAF expects the user to remove the mattresses, lift the boards, place them on the floor, use the storage space, and repeat the drill to close the box.
Also, the heights of creativity where they have just given a circular hole in the MDF and skipped handles. (Picture 6)
I think if SARAF had delivered a wooden log to us, we would have been more than happy to create our piece of furniture from it, then sending us this crap product and wasting our time.
We ordered for the first time from SARAF based on its quality and reviews. However, with such a bad experience, we would never like to recommend its furniture.
And after everything, they don't even respond to their support emails or customer care calls.
I want to return the bed and seek a refund. I am not looking for a replacement as I have lost trust in your products and do not have the energy to waste in coordination and checking the replacement's quality.
