“They don't take the time studying, understanding, and the effort to collaborate”

I'd like to suggest that managers should take the time to train their team seriously before letting them take on projects. Their members lack the skills and don't take the time to study and understand, what we, the clients, actually want. They don't take enough time and effort to collaborate with us to know what results we expect.
