What can I say... ILKB Jenkintown is the best! They keep you motivated, excited to get your sexy back, and looking forward to coming back. The instructors are fun, nice and inviting! I Love Kickboxing in Woodridge is an amazing place to work out. I will never join another gym again! The instructors are very knowledgeable and are friendly to everyone who walks in the door. They help you reach your goals and show you when you are not using the right form. It is a wonderful place to work on yourself and get back to where you want to be! The workouts are total body and make you push yourself. You get stronger each time you step on the mat too!
I absolutely love the Alexandria location! The atmosphere and people are so motivating you are literally dripping with sweat. You can't help but push yourself hard during the workouts. The Instructors are a great group of people that are always motivating you to do your best. The people in the class are pretty spectacular as well. I've tried a few different places over the years and I have to say ILOVEKICKBOXING in Alexandria has been the best experience I've ever had.

Insider Pages is a business review website. I went there to find a review of a local pet shop. Another business review website had this business rated with 1/5 stars, and most of the reviews were from a year ago. On Insider Pages, the average review was 4/5 stars. So why the difference? Well, obviously it was a store that was bad and got better, or a good store gone bad. Problem is, Insider Pages doesn't list the DATE of the review. This is one of the MOST ESSENTIAL aspects of a review website. Without it, I cannot make comparisons between reviews and get a good idea of the current standing of the business, which is, of course, the entire point of a review website.
I would Highly recommend using any business review website, however, you won't find much use for Insider Pages if you don't know if the review is 4 years old or 1.
I started going to ILKB in August and its now November! I absolutely love the workout, the boxing, the instructors, and the other people i get to work out with! Super fun environment and the instructors always have great energy which motivates you to work hard and get a good workout.
ILKB Cherry Hill NJ... I truly love this place! The work oust are intense and you are sure to feel it after the first class. I have been a member for 2 months and I have lost 6 pounds already and I feel GREAT! The staff is amazing and they are always encouraging you to give it your all!
