My friend recommended this place, we live in Ocean County and Wow what a place it's Very Clean and the staff was very welcoming... They brought us on a tour and my dog seemed very excited to be there I was so at ease when I left him, When I returned the next day to pick him up, he wanted to stay and play... That there showed me that this is the play for him to be when I need to go away... Thank You Dave & Kim for treating him like he was your own see ya again for shore. XOXO

I started kickboxing on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in 2017. The class was challenging and I felt like I was in boot camp for the Army! Nonetheless, I went back on that following Monday and made the decision to join! The Instructors along with the members welcomed me with open arms and now I am part of the ILKB family at the gym in Watching, NJ. What are you waiting for. Come all down so that I can welcome you with open arms to the ILKB Chung Family!

ILKB has been a great experience for me. I have been with ILKB in Fitchuburg, Ma for a year. I have tried going to the gym and it isn't for me. ILKB is the only place I know that I get a good work out at. The staff is friendly and amazing. They are caring and help you in every way possible. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who isn't able to stick with a gym. A gym was hard for me but with ILKB I am able to make the time and accomplish my weight loss goals and gain muscle all at the same time.

I Love Kickboxing has had a positive impact on my life. I was gaining weight, was at my biggest I had ever been and knew I had to do something to change my lifestyle habits. Coincidentally enough I had seen a few of my old high school friends post check ins on fb of ILKB with crazy hashtags with colorful positive yet amusing little sayings of encouragement. After seeing fb posts for three days I decided to see what this was all about. Once I signed up for the trial, I was immediately hooked after the first class. The workout was amazing and I felt great after although I was definitely out of shape. The studio was very clean and orderly. The instructors had greeted me with cheery smiles and animated personalities that would light up a child's face on Christmas morning literally! I was taken back a bit and figured this was an act they ploy to have people sign up. I was dead wrong. I've been doing ILKB since October of 2017 and the instructors are always smiling, create a positive wowstastic energetic, encouraging atmosphere while helping myself and others push themselves a little bit more each time. I've gone down 5 pant sizes, have build more muscle, have more strength, stamina, great destressor and most importantly I feel better about myself with all the hard work I've put in! Joining the ILKB family was one of my best decisions I've made.

I was in need of second vehicle for my family, so i stop at 21st century autogroup in springfield nj, not far from my house in springfield also. I was approached by eric, and helping me. So courtois, he ask me if could help me... i said yes you can... i told him, i was in need urgent of a suv... so he let look first and ask me politely if i could follow him inside because it was very cold that mornig. Soon inside we sat down and start ask some questions without rushing me to any kind decision... after a couple hours with him, i decided to make a commitement to buy the 2005 gmc yukon denali... it was great experience dealing with him because he was not pushing. Ill gladly recommend some friends for their next vehicles. Everybody in that dealership was very polite. I thanks eric and diego to helping me drive home.

Last year during a harsh winter we had a large build-up of ice and an ice dam on a section of our roof. We called the ICE DAM GUYS and a 2 man crew came out the next day. Using their steam system they quickly and efficiently removed all of the ICE, with no damage to our roof. The crew was courteous and friendly and we were very pleased with the result. Their steam system is much more effective than spending hours chipping or scraping the ICE off or flooding the roof with hot water. We would use the ICE DAM GUYS again and highly recommend them!
