Their lack of transparent communication fuels unnecessary stress and anxiety. Rather than helping users resolve issues, their system appears designed to distance itself from human problems. Garbage site. Bans your new account and demands face and phone no verification with no guarantee of getting it back. Actual site is just lame pic collages from lame "photographers" such as- *******@kiosea39 and- *******@rowellphoto57, and celeb nonsense. TikTok is outcompeting it anyway. Zuck and all his Meta garbage is on its way out.

Went for a touch up and cut. Cut uneven, Touchup too dark and not matched my color. I told owner and person doing my hair. A day later after friends commented how badly my hair looked I called to speak to her, employees refused to let me talk to her. I texted this woman and she could not even call back. I just wanted it fixed. I paid 100.00 for a procedure that left me depressed and looking horrific. An owner that can not return a simple call and fix an issue that would probably take 10 minutes, is not concerned about customer retention. I traveled from NY to NJ in my daughters recommendation because she, so far has been satisfied with service by the owner. I was having surgery and they refused to accommodate me. Very disappointed. The root touch up lasted: weeks, I could have used same Target product and find it myself for 18.00.

I see women post half naked photos on Instagram and as soon as I say something it gets removed? Like there was a girl that posted a coochie pic with 1500 likes and as soon as I posted "gross" it got removed for "harassment" like these nasty women can post naked pics but as soon as I say it's disgusting I get sensored?

A scammer cloned my account with my own screen name with "_" added at the end. This was YEARS ago. I've had everyone I know report it to get it down, I've reported it MULTIPLE times, I've tried everything to get it down. I have young children and work for the state that I live in. I do not want something like that out there tricking people in to thinking I'm doing sex work. It should be ILLEGAL to allow this. Instagram also allows violent videos of murder, child pornography and pedophiles to thrive on their platform. They don't care as long as they're making their ad revenue. It's absolutely disgusting.

I use this app for business and helping people in my community with their questions. It seems anytime I try to comment to help people ig removes them as spam. I can't even comment on my wife's posts. I am just going to go to yourube where I can actually leave comments for people. Ig sucks

Instagram are cowards. They hate pages that disagree with them politically or on moral issues and WRONGFULLY delete comments as SPAM when they are never violating their Community Guidelines.

Appeals button is a middle finger. Then they censor you from speaking for 24 hrs for "their definition" of "crimes" committed. They biasly cast sentence based on prejudice paranoia.

Their needs to be laws set in play for digital harassment by the makers of the app.

Posts go nowhere. And even if it sez your photo is shared, it is not shared. See a hashtag that several days ago had content from more than one small business. After I upkoaded my photo to this hashtab, all of the content disappeared. See my screengrab.

I've been using Instagram for several years, and while there are occasional bugs and glitches, for the most part it runs incredibly smoothly. I love that it's so visual and I've found that it's a great way to connect with others within your niche!

Could not recommend more AGAINST this dodgy wedding planner. We paid her to deliver an amazing wedding, she talked up a big game, did not provide 3 quotes as we asked, instead pushed her overpriced suppliers on us, three weeks out from our wedding was the moment she realised she could not deliver and ultimately we had to get in a new planner to help complete the day and source last minute suppliers

Amber Jasper kept all the funds we paid her including the money for flowers which she obviously did not provide. She refused to repay any funds and we are now in the legal process to have our funds returned from this dodgy planner...

It was a stressful experience dealing with her and not something you needed when dealing with the stresses of a wedding.

I had an issue with our business account and was not able to get assistance from anyone. They don't have a phone number to contact them or live chat, so you're left filling out their online form that gets you no where. Worst service ever.

Cannot see likes, " smart $#*! making nonsense decision. This is worst decision ever made. Ingram charming has been reducing day by day, they need to take their back otherwise users will not use insta anymore.

I don't post much on Instagram, but I used to post quite a bit. I haven't posted in maybe half a year, but for some reason my Instagram account was suspended. I have no idea why, unless its because I like or send conservative posts such as the Babylon bee and the daily wire. I tried to disagree with this decision and go through and verify my account, but the verification codes didn't send until it was past the given time on Instagram and I was unable to verify and have been locked out of my account for 24 hours.

Instagram and Facebook are the worlds largest scam companies. They've made several false invoices claiming my account owes them money for advertisement promotion. I have NEVER requested promo from neither Instagram or Facebook, nor have they ever promoted my page or posts. They don't even allow me to reach more than 20 people when I post a pic or story, yet alone promote me. This is the biggest scam company in the world right now.

Instagram and its owners "Meta" will steal thousands of hours from its content creators and years of work — they will arbitrarily close your account with no recourse. While not violating ANY terms our account on fashion and lifestyle was closed for violating "community guidelines." Users can destroy brands and businesses if they "flag" your content in an attempt to steal your audience and compete.
Unlike similar platforms which penalize accounts briefly or temporarily—Instagram will simply close your entire page. If you try to contact support, you get a bot email reply. Horrible, horrible company and zero customer service.

Instagram is actually a corrupted company, and they also have a failed system.
They take money from other companies and allows them to do whatever they want on the social media platform.
The way they protect the right of their users is beyond poor. You cannot leave certain comments (even non-abusive ones), someone can report you for no reason and you'll get blocked or deleted.

Only face pics from me ever and get unsolicited nudes from girls and I got blocked $#*!ing silly company. Face pic how left. Can they be when I get nudes sent to me. This is why 50% of women are single freak site like this.

Always deleting my accounts for no reason and it is controlled by bots. The worst app of all time. I hate it. I've had to create my account about 6 times and I am beyond livid! Instagram needs to be deleted as an app to never resurface. They don't even one star.

Instagram for business is the best social media platform for me I personally really like because it is not just for sharing pictures,reels and stories but also I am working most of the time to promote the businesses and increase the sales. This site is great for sharing photos immediately with friends and family. The app is free. You can set your account to public or private. I personally like it private, and I only accept people I know as followers. I use this on my iphone.
