Instagram

Just started an instagram account. I uploaded a nature picture I took along with a selfie of my head. I also added 3 of my close friends. I decided that was enough for the first day.
I came back to do more and I am banned for violating terms. They wont say why my face is not acceptable. They will NOT accept a help ticket calming that my first one would have been too many attempts to send one. They wont accept any emails.
They just blocked me and are ghosting me because the way my face looks. I didn't think I was that ugly.
There is NO customer service department.
This company and it's employees are worthless.

I love Jim carrey films.i looked him up on Instagram when I looked at blued pictures of Jim carrey. Then I realised it was fake with over 100 celebrities. It shows you can never trust socail media. They are breaking the law.

Suggestions:
- Allow to refine search by newest, popular, most comments, most followed users by genre (singers, actors, politicians, etc).
- Allow to refine search to search for just photos or just videos
- Allow to refine search of videos by a certain length of time (e.g. At least 30 seconds)
- Allow multiple subject searches and ability to refine search criteria (e.g. - you can type in two subjects in search, then refine by stuff like only posts with both subjects, only posts with one subject but do not include any with the other,
- Add these same features and the features already on the app to the website version (you can't even upload a photo by the website version)

Instagram is a social webpage, normally great I cannot get them to contact me or anyone, awful. People are changing passwords, phone numbers and contact, and cannot contact instagram at all. I used to like them, but, there is no way of reaching out even with a phone call, it is terrible. People are hacking on Instagram and no one cares, no one sends or responds to messages. No one seems to care or help at all.

This stylist on IG,@itss. Niyahh_ is a scammer. She scammed me out of my deposit after she canceled my braiding appointment 10 mins prior to my appointment as I'm standing outside her shop. She refused to refund me although I drove an hour to get to her shop and she even blocked me from her IG page afterwards when I kept asking for my refund. I'm trying to find ways to make other people aware so you don't get scammed like I did.

Instagram has never ever use judgement on their social media platform.The people they defend are not innocent like Emmanuel Ramos from ykkeman on Instagram he has done so bad things to his own family like go jail, don't take care of his own child, he constantly using his mom for a place to stay, he is a "freeloader and a "scrub". This is the kind of person Instagram defends. That is why I don't Instagram it is for thugs, excons, sorry out of gas baby daddies like Emmanuel Ramos from ykkeman on Instagram.

After clicking to "heart" news feeds and satire against Trump, Instagram has blocked me from liking other post for 3 days. This is to "protect the community" the pop up read.

I have an account with them for a few months. It was a beautiful dedication page to various artists that i enjoyed - suddenly it was deleted without any explanation- when i approached them, they asked for my personal details. The account was not created with my personal details therefore i should not be force to provide them in order for instagram to exploit my data. I pray for the day where they will be out bidded from a revil

They can arrest you for having an Instagram I wouldn't use the platform just because it's a Mark Zuckerberg owned platform. They just steal your data and sell it to the highest bidder. You are nothing but money to Mark Zuckerberg. Don't use Instagram.

It literally became the most important social media app or a general app in a lot of the first world countries. It is amazing to see how an app can have so much weighing in people's lives.

My instagram account recently got hacked by a scammer and the scammer is literally pretending to be me. My friends and I have reported the account several times to try to get it deleted but instagram keeps saying the account isnt breaking any guidelines. The account is literally posting on my instagram story about giving people money yet instagram doesnt see that as a problem. Someone is gonna end up getting scammed by this person

When I joined Instagram thinking it's a good platform for creative people for sharing pictures and showcasing their talent. At that time I didn't knew that I'll face so many issues one after another in the insta world.
Namely, a lot of spam accounts are here and loads of fraudulent activities happen here and many looks for public accounts to send them spam messages, comments and even emails if you had a public account.
FYI how many fake accounts I've reported is countless. So what does the verification team when someone creates a fake account on instagram.
To continue further many people here follow you and ask you to follow them and if you don't follow them they unfollow you later.
Likewise many people like your post, so you like their post in return. It's like like for like and follow for follow.
BTW You can't forcefully like anyone's post or follow someone's account just because they are doing the same and beg you to do the same.

My son has had some wone clone is account twice now there are saying thinks to his friends making out it's him and it's not we have reported it but got told there won't take it down has there have had to many reports he is in bits and relly worried and instergram are doing nothing to help my partner even contact the person and told them to shut it down so Bly for instergram to remove the comment as apparently it's bullying absolutely joke no wonder people hurt them selfs because off on line bullying

For the past few weeks i've been using the instragram face call feature and it is absolutely terrible. I have an Iphone X and everytime I use the call feature my phone always over heats and devestatingly freezes my phone. It's absolutely terrible

No way to contact anyone for any help support. You can't call, email, tweet - even direct message on their facebook page illicit's no response. Is this ok in 2017? Doesn't feel like it..

It's almost year 2020 and you still can't delete multiple photos at once from Instagram? When will you upgrade the app! Everything else is constantly upgrading lol.

This is complete bs I've been putting my account together for 4 years plus all the sudden it's gone and no way or no one to help or explain s#@t! Instagram is absolutely junk should be shut down!

Instagram is one of the best social platform i have enjoyed for a couple of years now... Its features are on point, privacy up to date. You can follow your celebrity you like, its just fun..
